  The select the operating system drop-down list does not list Win7, WinVista, etc., only 32-bit Windows and 64-bit Windows; If all goes well, this is the driver you need.

  Someone at - it get this scanner or similar to work with Win 7 64 bit? Seen a few fake Trojan horse software out there and got the so-called 32 bit win 7 download Epson recommended but not luck. It's a fast scanner

  

  I have the Epson Perfection 3200 and when I went to Window 7 64-bit he bought is Silverlight 64bits (updates are available free of charge for 32 bit) or get Vuescan and purchased Vuescan hamrick.com it seems as if he site is down for the moment, however.

  read the other posts, I am dismayed to read that epson does not care about writing device drivers for Windows 64-bit OS.  some of these scanners cost up to $200.

  Old it is but where is the driver for windows 8.
  Epson has no support for this driver.

  Just for info. Scanner works Yes there are free external programs that can run on windows 8, but you have to pay to get rid of the watermark on each scan.

  But why the Microsoft cant recognize?

  I dropped the driver, I use VueScan. It will scan without the need for any driver.

  DRD, I imagine that you must have a HP computer with the Epson scanner attached to it.  Since it is a HP forum, it would be best to contact Epson to find a driver for your scanner.

  Epson scanners rely on adobe TWAIN driver, which is not installed by default in PSE 9. Go to Applications > Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 > optional Plug-Ins > ImportModules, and move TWAIN.plugin there Applications > Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 > Plug-Ins > ImportModules.

• Driver Epson stylus photo R300 doesn't have the features of DVD/CD printing

  I managed to install the printer driver R300 has been provided by Windows 7, (Epson does not have a driver for windows 7 on their site).  I also downloaded and installed the Windows 7 version of Epson Print CD.  However, when I try to print on a CD, I get the following message: printer driver dealing with CD printing Epson not installed.

  If EPSON EasyPrintModule is not installed so that this data can be collected. Therefore, the application cannot find the printer driver and reports that it is not installed on the system.

  To resolve this issue, make sure that the following software is installed:

  • The EPSON printer driver.
  • The latest version of EPSON EasyPrintModule.

There is no hardware or software solution offered by these mega body. MS has changed the program and does not have a driver, Epson knew a change was coming and did not have a pilot. But quite different, another company is their driver the work of dozens and dozens of scanners. I lost a WEEK of my time trying to get a fix for free. GIVE UP and buy the stupid driver so that your equipment is working. but DON 'T BUY EPSON AGAIN.

  Drivers for other hardware manufacturers are not made by MS, in your case its Epson

  Its the same with all hardware manufacturers, they only support/supply drivers for a version of victory for a determined period

  This is not a specific problem of Epson

  PS with the price of the scanners/all in those that you could probably buy a device compatible win7 for the same price you paid for this software

  Epson produce pilots for their scanners - try their website.  It will be hard to help you more as you do tell us not even what operating system you use.
