Driver_Irql_not_less_or_equal (kbdclass.sys) system error.
I just bought a razer with windows edge 8 on it. Randomly when I use a keyboard (bluetooth or wired) I get a BSOD saying Driver_Irql_not_less_or_equal (kbdclass.sys). I have tried everything I can think of uninstalling programs to repair windows. Any help would be appreciated.
Steps to follow:
a. search by sliding into the right edge of the screen (or if you use a mouse, pointing to the upper right of the screen, move the pointer of the mouse down), and then type or by clicking Find.
b. type troubleshooting, and then click solving problems under settings.
c. now, type Hardware Troubleshooter in the search option.
d. click convenience hardware store to run the troubleshooter.

Hello
I recently bought a new laptop refurbished and I have a problem from the appointment. I bought the laptop yesterday. It's a Sony Vaio Fit 15 E, 64 bit with 8 pre-installed Windows. There are times when I get a blue screen with a sad face that just explains that an error has occurred, the error is: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys). It mainly occurs when I try to use torrent software. I did the excessive thread lurking on the various sites looking for a solution to the problem but nothing I try works.
Some forums have said it is this need to updated drivers network card, but when I check updates told me I have the latest drivers. Other forums suggest that this is a problem with McAfee drivers interfere. McAfee has been pre-installed, but I uninstalled all McAfee products manually and then used Development to remove all McAfee software are still hiding on the laptop which, according to him, has worked. I installed Malwarebytes and AVG also and I tried to remove them and try again to see if it was the issue, but even when deleted the error kept appearing and the computer crashing.
I don't really know what is the cause and every time I try a suggestion from other sites they do not solve the problem. I downloaded the minidumps on my laptop here down, however I don't know how to read or do analysis. Is there someone who would be able to help me?
The Minidump files: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B3gAlOZ6dvu8MG5LWjh5cHFQOG8&usp=drive_web
Thank you
Roisin
Hi Roisin,
All attached files of the DMP are the bug check DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) .
This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory with a high IRQL.
A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high. This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.
-FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0xD1_tcpip + 138ac3
^^ tcpip.sys is labeled as the fault, but it is not the real cause of the accident. There is something of cause of NETBIOS conflicts. In addition to debugging shows the crash of coherent process following each crash dump:
-Nom_processus: mbamservice.exe
^^ Malwarebytes.
That being said, AVG is at the origin of conflicts with Malwarebytes. Regardless of whether you're a suite antivirus and the other is antimalware, both are active protection and try to install their interceptors to the kernel for analyzing critical data. Because of these two active protection software tries to do this, the conflicts are happening.
--------------------
Remove and replace AVG with built-in Windows Defender from Windows 8 for temporary troubleshooting purposes, as it is in conflict with Malwarebytes:
-AVG removal http://www.Avg.com/us-en/utilities
Windows Defender (how put on after the withdrawal)- http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/21962-Windows-Defender-turn-off-Windows-8-a.html

March 30, im getting this error on windows start.
When I start my notebook ' VAIO' logo comes with "Preparation auto repair. After 2-4 seconds 'circular loop treatment' pause for 1 sec & 'Blue screen' comes with
"Restart your PC on a problem and needs. We are only collecting the error information, and then we'll restart for you"
error "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (iaStorA.sys).
I know its technology Intel Rapid Storage Technology.
I had my backup of the C: & D: via Ubuntu live disk installed on USB key on a Portable HARD drive.
now, I just need to get into recovery mode.
When I press on "Assist-> recovery & hold ' and then it goes blue screen.
(1) im thinking to 'Safe Mode' start up. because if it will allow the startup I can uninstall the drivers of Intel rapid storage Tech.
Please tell how I can do it, because I can browse the live Windows by Ubuntu Pendrive files.
(2) 2nd is I can also navigate my "recovery Partition", so could you tell me how to use this 'partition data' to something to copy paste for USB...
My Recovery Partition to a folder 'sources' & also sources---> install.wim (9.05 GB)
folder 'sources' is total 17.9 GB in size.
If you (microsoft) can help me with the idea of 1st activation mode without fail to start, then it would be very very useful. Please, I beg you.
just need to as the bypass to my window troubleshooting-made & then I can start my recovery.
thnx.
Hi Christophe,
As the report makes clear that the Intel rapid driver is the root cause of the
question, we can try to run restore the system to an earlier point to cancel the update of starting on the recovery Partition. You can see the Sony guide learn more about the problems of system recovery:
http://community.Sony.com/T5/Windows-8/Windows-8-upgrade-Troubleshooting-FAQ/TD-p/41893
To go in safe mode since the Partition configured recovery on your computer, you can
Follow the instructions below.Once you are on the recovery Partition, you will be asked to press any key to load sound
content, to do. First, you will need to select your keyboard type. Press the page layout you want to use. If you want to browse the available options, press 'see more keyboard
layouts' until you find the one you want to use.Windows asks you to choose an option. Press help.
In solving problems screen, tap Advanced.
In the Advanced options screen, tap Start parameters.
You are informed that you are about to restart to change several options of Windows, including activation of the Secure Mode. Press restart.
Your computer or your device restarts again and displays nine startup settings, including Safe Mode, Safe Mode with network and Safe Mode with command prompt
Press F4 on your keyboard, to turn on Safe Mode, F5 to activate Safe Mode with network and F6 activate Safe Mode with command prompt. Windows 8 and Windows boot 8.1 now depending on the setting you have selected.
It will be useful. Please let us know in case you need more information on issues related to Windows.

First of all, you need to update to win 8.1 and in itself, it may solve the problem.
This phenomenon was linked to your driver Atheros 2 year and liked. I remove the current one and install the latest driver available.

I've read about it online but do not understand because it seems that everyone had different problems or newspapers. Could someone help me solve my problem?
These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver). Please run these tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.
If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.
Since then, it is more likely to be a pilot run everything first.1-Driver Verifier (for full instructions, see our wiki here)
If the auditor does not have the issue we move to it.2-Memtest. (You can learn more about running memtest here)
If you cannot start after you have enabled the auditor reboot in safe modeIn Vista & win 7 (F8)

"An internal system error has occurred" when you try to install DirectX.
A week or so, I tried to install a game requiring the use of DirectX. Well when I go to install DirectX, it gives me an error that reads, 'an internal system error has occurred. " "Please refer to DXError.log andDirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem."
I can't find the files mentioned above on my computer, so therefore, I can't see them.

Hello
I am running Windows 8 on my laptop and have had to face blue screen crashes quite frequently during the past two weeks with error DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys) . Here is the link to my system minidump files. Please guide me on the Bill of lading.
https://onedrive.live.com/?CID=081483B437F58824&ID=81483B437F58824%21105
Errors that you encounter is perhaps having two-thirds in real time an installed anti-virus software, Norton and Kaspersky.
Can you try uninstalling Norton and Kaspersky and see if error fix.
Then reinstall Norton or Kaspersky, but not both, using the most recent version or just use the firewall and antivirus integrated Windows 8 (Windows Defender).

My PC had this problem since I bought it a few months ago, it is said:
Your PC has encountered a problem and needs to restart. We are only collecting the error information, and then we'll restart for you.If you want to learn more, you can search online later to this error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (athw8x.sys)Is there someone out there have this problem with their Toshiba Satellite L850 as well? I'm looking for the solution for this BSoD as happens more often recently :(We need the DMP file because it contains the single record of the sequence of events that led to the accident, what drivers have been loaded, and what has been loaded.
WE NEED AT LEAST TWO FILES DMP TO SPOT TRENDS AND TO CONFIRM THE DIAGNOSIS.
If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking. You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting in SafeMode (F8) with networking. If you are overclocking stop. I have a Split of HP x 2 with windows 8, and when I just surf the web on Chrome I get BSOD with driver_irql_not_less_or_equal tcpip.sys. It happened maybe 7 - 8 times in the last 36 hours. I ran a system Kaspersky and MS Defender full and quick virus scan and both come back w / no reports of virus.
Hello
To help you, we will need files DMP to analyze what exactly happened at the time of the accident, etc.
If you don't know where the DMP files, here's how to get to them:
1. go to the folder % systemroot%\Minidump.
2 copy all the DMP files in the Minidump folder on your desktop and zip then those files.
3 download the zip containing the files DMP to Skydrive or a Web hosting of your choice and paste in your answer. If you plan to use Skydrive, but do not know how to download it, please see the following:
http://www.WikiHow.com/use-SkyDrive
Please note that all programs "cleaner" such as TuneUp Utilities, CCleaner, etc., default will remove DMP files after use.
If your computer doesn't generate DMP files, follow these steps:
1. start > type systemroot which should show the Windows folder, click it. Once inside this folder, make sure there is a Minidump folder created. If not, CTRL-SHIFT-N to create a new folder and name it Minidump.
2. Windows key + key Pause. This should appear in the system. Click Advanced on the left system settings > advanced > performance > settings > advanced > make sure there is a check mark for "manage automatically the size of pagefile for all readers."
3. Windows key + key Pause. This should appear in the system. Click Advanced on the left system settings > advanced > startup and Recovery > settings > failure > ensure there is a check mark next to "Write an event to the system log" > make sure that "automatically reboot" is unchecked.
Make sure Small Memory Dump is selected and ensure that the path is % systemroot%\Minidump.
4. check that the viewers is ENABLED:
Start > Search > type services.msc > on the name tab, search for Windows Error Reporting Service > if the service status is not started, then right-click and select start. Also to ensure that, under Startup Type set to automatic rather than manual. You can do this by right click, select properties and under general selection on 'Automatic' startup type and then click on apply.
If you can not get into normal mode to do this, please do so via Safe Mode.
Kind regards
Patrick

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (amdsbs.sys)
G ' Day. I just took an ssd on my old computer and put it in dock ssd/hard drive to my new computer, no problem at the opening of the road but when I tried to format it and I got a bsod and error message (amdsbs.sys) driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. I'm under win 8 on my new computer in an ssd raid 0, I googled (driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (amdsbs.sys) and all the solutions related to the ssd used as the c drive.) This does not help me because I was going to just use the ssd as a removable storage device. I looked in the reliability monitor and got it

Bought my laptop about a week ago and the Dungeon if blue screen after downloading anything large.
Is it possible to fix this without taking my laptop to the service?
I found in a forum that my network card can be damaged and I need to replace it.
Another solution? Please guys help me.
I tried CC cleaner still nothing.
Sorry if my English is not 100% correct
Hi @Georgio_P_P_,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A place where you can find solutions for your problems with the help of the community!
I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your HP Pavilion 2 in 1 with a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (rtwlane.sys) error message. Here is a link for troubleshooting wireless connection, if you need.If the problem persists, I would change the channel on the router. Routers are able to communicate to your laptop on several different channels. Sometimes, this fixes the speeds.
Some say that it helps to fix this Microsoft Fix it.
Here is a linkto help as well.
Please let me know how it goes.
By clicking on the Thumbs Up below, you can say thank you! .

want to 700: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT LESS or EQUAL (kbdclass.sys)
After (I think) an update of Microsoft, I get the BSOD with the above error, (LESS or EQUAL (kbdclass.sys)) of DRIVER_IRQL_NOT I restarted several times and cannot connect directly to the machine, however, I CAN connect to remote and rune it this way, would rather not! Any help is appreciated!
FINALLY!
I use webroot antivirus software and have had good success with it, removing is so not a good option. HOWEVER... I have to see if SOMETHING does not work - I've tried the keyboard of my partner, mouse (wireless) and very well connected on desparattion!
NEW KWYBOARD/MOUSE solved the problem! (Guess he forced the machine to re - load drivers)
Thanks for all the input
