  the smart card service is enabled in your "services"? If Don t you know what it is, then click on Start-> Control Panel-> Administration-> Services-> Smartcard

  Activate the smart card, and then activate it.

  It should work, if not you can go to download drivers Toshiba site and search the drivers of card reader which should allow things together, too. But I don't know if the change settings of your services...

  Hello and welcome, in normal operation, you don't need a driver for card reader's driver is contained in the system... you have installed Windows 7 Driver S10-2 card reader if it does not help.
