  First of all, you can use Windows XP on Windows 7 drivers. It will not work.

  I put t know what functions you mean exactly, but on the Toshiba download page there are fair BIOS updated and available for download startup disk. It can only be this old unit don t need specific drivers or tools and can work properly with Win95 or Win98.
