Drivers of restoreing.

I reinstalled windows on a 32-bit disk.  (he had 64 top and I have a lot of DOS programs that I still use, so I had to go to a 32-bit system). I found the drivers listed on the Acer webb site.  How can I know which ones I need.  I would like to down load all the?  Computer seems to work ok without them, but I'm not knowlageable enough to know if I should download the drivers and the what. (Acer 7739Z)

I would like to install all the drivers listed except the WiFi you need to know the exact model installed on your laptop.

    Hi Mick

You ad is a bit confusing to me

You ve removed the Realtek driver, but you cannot install a new. Am I wrong?

First of all, you must clean your registry using CCLeaner free software.

Then go to Device Manager and remove the sound card system devices and PCI devices high definition.

    Reboot the laptop.
After the initialization of the short Vista should find a new device (sound card) and ask the driver installation.

If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  • Drivers for modem LSI HDA for Compaq CQ61-411WM

Hi everyone, I recently bought a CQ61-411WM laptop.  I loaded Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit on the laptop, even though I know that HP does not support the Ultimate, just the version version Home premium to Windows 7.  When I did this upgrade to Ultimate, I lost the modem, and I still can't get it to work.

None of the modem Agere/LSI of HP drivers work on this system/modem.  So, I ordered the HP restore disc and guess what?  You heard me right.  The modem has not been installed.  And the recovery discs are supposed to contain all drivers.  Well it did not contain the modem drivers, but they obviously did not work, because it was not installed when you have completed the recovery.

I extracted the modem drivers on restoration with 7-Zip drive, which can read at the BASE. WIM file and all other files on the recovery disks.  It did not work.  I am at a loss here.  I have high speed internet, but I have this modem operational, because I use this computer for work, and when I lose my ADSL connection, the modem is my backup.

HP seems to be of no help either.  I also tried sp45229.exe, and it DOES NOT WORK.  Here's the code provider, device id and the id of subsystem for the modem on my computer... Vendor ID is the device ID 1 11 is 1040 and the subsystem ID is 103C363F.  In addition, number 363 is the model of system/motherboard.  I heard that the subsystem ID does not correspond to the. File INF of the software accompanying modem, it does not install or is not installed correctly. I looked in the. LSI software INF file, and there is no id corresponding to this system/modem in the HP Softpaq SP45229.exe subsystem

There is NOTHING anywhere for this modem.  HP needs to get off their duffs and DEVELOP a DRIVER for this modem on this computer model.  There is no excuse as to why I would not be able to re - install the modem under Windows 7 Ultimate instead of having to comply with the home edition of Windows 7 Premium sucky.  I develop software, but I don't have the time to deal with Scripture, the drivers and all.  I have other things to worry about.

    Here is the entry for this modem device manager: HDAUDIO\FUNC_02 & VEN_11C1 & DEV_1040 & SUBSYS_103C363F

Maybe this is why I'm having no luck.  Also, I should note, that the Manager of devices and Windows 7 operating system as a whole IS NOT AUTOSCAN for HDA modems.  You MUST have the RIGHT driver for the installed do or there are no go!  Nothing found for it on Windows Update either.  So, I am S-O-L or what?  Please advise me on this situation.

I'm sorry for everyone is a moment that I lost.  It turns out that my card in this computer modem is burned up.  I found one for the computer, but it is a map of modem Agere Delphi D40 AM5.  I think that the current excessive loop on the phone line or a storm came out the modem.  So I'll reduce the loop current voice, and I'll keep unplugged so that a storm happens.  I'm surprised it didn't get out the computer.  I'm lucky!

Now, to get the modem and download the drivers installed, it should detect it immediately.  It does not detect a modem blown well! Laughing out loud

    Hello

You're confused system recovery and system restore.

System Restore makes the settings from your computer to an earlier date; It will not reinstall the operating system.

System recovery reinstalls the operating system how much you bought your machine; as for the new State.

You can reinstall by the HP Recovery Manager if your computer is still running or by pressing F11 at startup.

You can also make your own recovery discs.

  • Graphic/video card [REPLACEMENT / UPGRADE] on the desktop HP Pavilion - help

    I have the following:

    Desktop HP Pavilion Elite m9152p

Upgrade to Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (updated 11/2009)

The video card seems to have gone out and tried the following:

    Operating system reinstallation

Uninstalled & drivers Reinstalled & restoration

Before attempts above, no changes had been made to software or hardware only led to the same result: the video seems to be fine, and then it crashes and hangs and doesn't eventually having a hard reboot how, the computer loads the integrated video/graphic card.

I need to buy a replacement video/graphics card, but I'm not sure what card I need to be aware of, or that my computer can handle as a replacement and maybe a possible upgrade (not necessary) - any help in this regard would be most appreciated.

    Thank you!

    I think it's a good choice.

The comments seem positive most of the time that the fan seems to be quiet.

I don't know if your previous card had HDMI.

When you install your new video card, it can disable your sound system because of the HDMI audio chip on the video card.

If you do not lose your integrated audio system, after you install the video drivers, reboot the machine, go into BIOS, find the onboard audio setting. It can be set to Auto or disabled. Change the setting to "Enabled". Save the configuration when you have made the change and again when you exit the BIOS.

Upon restart, you will have your on-board audio back.

    Impatience back on your part.

  • Some keys do not work properly on the keyboard, Portege S100

I have problems with the keyboard on my S100. The s, d, g, j, q, and a few punctuation signs does not at all. I had problems with them before that have set themselves pretty quickly, but now it appears 'permanent '.

A USB keyboard works very well. I also replaced the keyboard with a brand new and that has not changed the situation at all.

I do believe that it is a software problem I tried to reinstall the drivers and restore system several times employee.

  • Qosmio F60 - 111 - giving speaker static

    Hello

I got my qosmio a month ago and 2 weeks in I installed the updates that the bulletin board toshiba told me. I then started to mix static on the left and right speakers.

Two sound drivers I have installed the toshiba site (which are the same drivers toshiba bulletin board told me) are:

    1 - realtek high definition audio driver - 6.0.1.6062
    2 - nvidia high definition audio driver - 1.00.00.59

After that go threw etc etc Device Manager and driver toshiba download page and after research threw all the forums I decided that it was a software problem that I could not find that I did a system restore. When the system was released in its original state I started having static again about a week (I don't know if its still a software makes it maybe something I have installed. I could have installed that some software again after I made my system recovery, I'm not sure). I downloaded drivermax, who told me that my sound card drivers are outdated so I installed the latest drivers.

    1 - realtek high definition audio driver - 6.0.1.6257
    high definition 2-nvidia - 1.1.13.0 audio player

Even static once was mixed at times. That's what drivermax was showingme.

    http://www.DriverMax.com/driver/drivers.php?computer_id=WR7V6K17D7CIF4OC0TYT88W7IP 783K & iduser = 1693461

However, after installing random different audio drivers (realtek and nvidia) to drivermax, I had sound work in the right speaker. The left speaker gives a lot of static (I went to the sound in Control Panel - properties - and did a test under the Advanced tab bar. There is this high-pitched noise from the speaker of lelft). I don't want to perform a system recovery again once I have just to many files on my drive hard right now even be embarrassed distance to save them again.

How to restore audio drivers to their original state (i.e. before 6.0.1.6062 and 1.00.00.59). Once the audio drivers are restored if we remain static, that would mean probably this is a software problem and I will then do a system recovery. If ago only static left speaker after recovery should I assume that this is just a hardware problem?

    THX :)

Wait a moment please, your ad is somehow a little confused...

When you retrieve your laptop to factory preinstalled drivers with tools, you have the same behavior or not?
After the installation of recovery, you need to check if the automatic driver updates are disabled (Windows Update) and updated TEMPRO for example not necessary.

But when you install the driver of his most recent of the Toshiba page, you have this static noise on external speakers too or is it just related to internal speakers?

  • HP Pavilion 15-ab270sa: need help all of a sudden my phone displays "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".

Please help me, how fix this mistake without formatting?

A 0x000000d1 error occurs when one of the drivers that you have installed on your computer is damaged or behave in an unstable manner. To resolve this problem, you can restore your drivers, update your drivers or restore your system to the last known good configuration. If you have recently installed the new drivers and new software, plug-and-play, it is very likely that errors that you see are for this reason.

    Update your drivers:

If you know what drivers you have not successfully updated for awhile, then the first step you should take is to update the drivers. A newer version of a driver is less likely to suffer from the instability of the system issues the way a former pilot might. Update your drivers generally is to go to the website of the product. If you have recently installed a new NVIDIA graphics card, for example, you go to the NVIDIA website and search for the article of their driver. To update your drivers with success, you will need to know the exact material or accessory model you have recently installed and the operating system you are using.

    1. go on the manufacturer's website.

    2. Locate the Drivers section.

    3. Select your operating system.

    4. Select the model of your equipment.

    5. download and install.

    Restore your drivers:

If the update of your drivers does not help, you may need to go in the opposite direction. If the material or accessory item that causes this problem is something that you have used for a while, it may be that the latest drivers are the cause of the problem. This is often true if you use an older operating system, such as Windows XP or Windows Vista. When you cancel a driver you will be rolling it back to an earlier version that you had used successfully in the past.

    1. click on the Start button and navigate to the control panel.

    2. open the equipment and audio.

    3. open the Device Manager.

    4. right click on the device there.

    5. Select Properties.

    6. click on the driver tab.

    7. click on Driver Rollback.

    8 follow the instructions.

Drivers for most corrupt file names:

athw8x.sys - Atheros Wireless LAN Driver

    Igdkmd64.sys - Intel Graphics driver

Tcpip.SYS - Microsoft TCP/IP Driver (associated with network management)

    Netio.Sys - network IO subsystem

Usbuhci.sys - Miniport USB UHCI driver

    iaStor.sys - Intel storage drivers

rtwlane.sys - Realtek PCIEWireless LAN PCI-E NIC driver

If you are unsure which model of the component you have installed, you can usually find by accessing the Device Manager. If you are still unsure, it usually appears on the spec sheet provided by the manufacturer of your computer.
