  According to HP, they offer no drivers for Windows 7, but in many cases the driver for Vista works on Win 7, then you can try this. If you have 64-bit Windows 7, then download Vista(64-bit), if you have 32-bit Windows 7, download Vista.

  So my computer could not connect with my 7310 all-in-One fax and scanning functions. I downloaded the HP diagnostic software, who told me to reinstall. The CD was unable to reinstall because of updates, so I installed the latest drivers from online. However, these drivers did not include Fax drivers or drivers HP Director, who touched the uninstall. What are the correct drivers that I need to install?

  I see that you are looking in your scanning options. I would try to help.

  Due to the age of the printer, there is no HP software for this printer on Mavericks.  You can, however, use the characters of basic Mac OS and drivers to scan.  I'm including a document on the installation and using the printer on a Macthat should help you to solve this particular section of the document titled "How to scan with Apple software update driver?"

• Officejet 6310 says 'No. Scan Options' and there is no SUN

  I have an Officejet 6310xi connected by USB to my Dell computer. I use Windows XP (with Service Pack 3).

  I downloaded the base (no software) on the site of hp drivers. I can print and copy on the officejet. When I try to scan it says "no Scan Options". The digital imaging monitor is not visible in the system tray. If I run msconfig the SUN is not in the start menu, either.

  When I run the Scan Diagnostic Utility V 1.5, it detects problems with PML service, registry Mismatch and HP Digital Imaging Monitor.

  When I run "Difficulty", it can't find C:\Program HP Imaging\bin\hpqtra08.exe. There is no file by that name (hpqtra08.exe) on this computer.

  While I had the CD with all the software and drivers, it is not at this place. Should I order another CD or is there an alternative? I don't have Norton 360 running and I understand reading this could affect the download drivers, but I'm not enough common sense to know how to temporarily disable firewalls, etc. That is why the CD solution is attractive for me. Needless to say, a free solution would be even better! Thanks for any help.

  You can try to reinstall the drivers and software of digitization of the printer using the latest drivers from the site Web of Canon USA try and solve the problem.  Please click here to access the page drivers and downloads for the PIXMA MG6220. Once on the page, follow these steps:

  3. Once you have downloaded the INSTALLATION of MINI MASTER file, please download the MP NAVIGATOR software for the printer from the SOFTWARE section of the Web page.

  4. once all items have been downloaded, please temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software on your computer and then double-click on the downloaded file and follow the prompts to install the printer and software on your computer. Please, start with the INSTALLATION of MINI MASTER file. The reason why we have you temporarily disable the protection software is because it sometimes prevents the printer is detected and installed successfully. Once the printer and the software are installed successfully, the software protection can be reactivated.

  Once the drivers and scanning software have been brought, try again to start a new search.
