Droid micro Turbo suddenly quiet?

I had a Turbo Droid since launch and love it, but recently my microphone just stopped working. Google voice can't hear me, and the people on the calls barely can hear me.

I want to emphasize, I never let drop the phone, or get wet. This problem started just for no apparent reason.

I wiped my cache and even factory reset but the problem persists. The only temporary fix I found was to speak directly into the micro-USB port, and then people can barely hear me. My guess is a hardware problem. Someone had this problem?

I'll be in store VW management on this issue.

-UPDATE-

The ports with a PIN of cleaning worked! Thank you very much! It is strange because it seemed poking around with the PIN was almost nothing - these ports are so incredibly tiny and there is no obvious blockage, but I kept him home in any case and now the microphone works perfectly.

Wish I came here before that I did the factory reset. Well!

My niece has had this same problem. She asked me to look at, and I've tried everything to fix. I finally made an FDR, but that did not help either. I was about to say that is has to be a hardware problem, when I noticed something in the hole of mike. There was a small piece of fluff from a Pocket stuck in the hole. I used a needle and carefully, without going to the bottom of the hole, pulled it out. Well, of course, the phone worked great after that.

If all goes well, it's your problem as well. It would certainly be an easy solution in this case. You'll be back to love your phone too. I hope this helps.

No apparent reason, my screen is auto rotation in apps. It automatically rotate when it is docked. I turned on the auto rotate in settings and off several times, pulled the battery, even installed an app to auto-rotation switch... nothing. Help! My old eyes make it really hard to read as my RSS feeds when I can't turn and zoom. Thank you

Could be a broken accelerometer. There are a few apps to register g-force, just do a search for "accelerometer" on the market. If you get no reading, it's time for some services.

  • Droid Turbo could not connect the Cisco access point

    Greetings.

Since the upgrade to a droid turbo, I was unable to connect to the network without wire of my work. I work in the it Department, but my experience with Cisco technologies and wireless is limited, so I tried to understand why. My previous bike x worked fine. We have a network of all the access points managed by a controller Cisco 4402 running version 7.0.98 of the BONES. I was able to connect to another wireless network that I could meet outside of work, and I am able to connect to the network of my work if I connect it is unsecured guest SSID. Only connections to our 4 secure networks fail. The controller reports that my phone cannot all simply to authenticate. The controller is configured for WPA2 / AES using a key 284 on the particular network, that I am trying to connect. I entered this key manually both via copy and paste. As far as my phone goes, I only tried to withdraw and time networks like tent to start it in safe mode without success. I read on various forums android that maybe it's a problem related to Kit Kat and this kind of problem has appeared on other handsets from other manufacturers, but nothing definite.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

  • Turbo 2 non-visible data on PC

When I connect my Droid 2 Turbo to a PC, a folder named XT15865 opens, but none of the data in the phone (pictures, videos, etc.) are there. It began just a week ago. It has always worked before. How can I fix it?

    Thank you

Until about a week before, I would connect the phone to my work PC and my PC at home and the folder as xt1585 would open and all Turbo 2 would be in this folder without changing the mpt. What has changed?

It was a bug, if you always Android M. she should always begin charge mode. Google made this change with android m.

  • Why Skype keep going back to the status "available"?

I'm running a Droid 2 Turbo with OS 5.1.1 on Verizon.
My version of Skype is 6.15.0.1162
I am also running Skype on my LG3 tablet, with the same questions.
As a lurker, I always want to be among the invisible ones, but if someone sends me a message, or I restart one of my devices, I'm 'outstanding' status available so that the rest of the goobers on my contact list can see me, not to.mention family members I've been dodging for years.
I saw where this was a problem for the desktop version and has been resolved with the last update. Y at - it's going to be a resolution for the mobile version as well, or do I have to find another application that allows me to hide the families feared?

The statutes on Skype for Android are a mess of rush. An important thing to understand, is the status of the notification icon is completely meaningless. If she says 'Active', it means in fact 'Active', it means «the last time we checked, could be Twitter.com Active»

Anytime the Skype window is not active or the screen is off, it goes 'inactive', but is not updated the icon and it stops, check his status, so he repeats to me 'Active' even if it is not. The only way to know what your status is, really, is to open the app window - which, after a few seconds, automatically turns the status "Active". This is absurd.

Only the desktop version offers all control or reliability at all. I recommend to uninstall on Android and use it on desktop. Use other apps reliable messaging to the people you want to communicate with Android. Ask contacts for to add you other applications is a nuisance, but it's worth in the long term. Each version of Skype for Android is less reliable and more opaque than the previous.

  • last updated leads 2 force persistent ends: com.motorola.process.system and nfc

I received an invitation to be in the impregnation Droid Turbo 2 test. I responded to the survey, but I never got an update. Now, last night, I have the update when its released to the public and made useless phone. After each restart, I get pop ups, a saying com.motoroal.process.system stopped and the other who stopped services Nfc. both are persistent even after clicking on ok, it's immediately. I can't use the phone at all.

Should impregnation is obviously more test I go to Verizon store? I bought at Motorola.com, should I go for support of Motorola? given that I was invited to the trial of impregnation, can I put it on the soaking test forum?

    Where should I go?

    Adam Jones

    aka BaldyPal

I've tried everything. the com.motorola.process.system popup is persistent no matter what. mode without failure, cache deleted, factory reset, can't do the settings in two modes to a time zone change, or even disable the NFC (nfc close force won't go away).

I went to verizon, which in turn called support of motorola. They agreed to send in, reimage, then send it back. I will return to my X-Moto rocker for a week or two.

For the record, the two parties called it a known problem. that was not very satisfying to hear knowing they pushed the update anyway. There was a test of soaking, I've even been invited, I filled out the questionnaire, but I never had the update.

I would like 6.0.1 on this Droid 2 Turbo as soon as. I cross my fingers.

  • Unlocked Bootloader need

I've owned 3 Motorola phones so far. My current phone is RAZR M. I am looking to buy a new phone but I need a unlocked bootloader. Can buy the phone unlocked? If this isn't the case - this only unlocked Motorola phones can be purchased? Cost no object. But - I prefer the smaller screens.

I need root, and if I can't get the root I'm not interested.

    Thanks in advance.

Exclusive Verizon phones don't usually have a unlockable bootloader. The only exceptions in several years were the Developer editions, which we currently produce not. Droid 2 Turbo is not unlock.

  • Can we trust never a Lenovo motorcycle phone?

Devices of Huawei, Lenovo and other Chinese companies have a major bug for security

"The bug allows an attacker root access, which then allows them to access the personal data, monitor communications and spy on the user.

I was hoping that Droid next, Turbo would be the processor Snapdragon 820 (true 64-bit), but now I can just completely avoid.

"We are aware of this problem and it has been reviewed by MediaTek's security team. Found mainly in devices running Android 4.4 KitKat, due a de-bug function created in interoperability of telecommunications in China,"a MediaTek spokeswoman said.

  • Droid Turbo on T-Mobile

I recently left Verizon and my Droid Turbo for T-Mobile. I did it for having better relationships within the Canada. I had to overcome a few problems, including the definition of my name of the Access Point to one for T-Mobile. My question is this... There are a lot of Apps "Verizon" pre-installed on the device, those who safely disable/uninstall to remove as many "Verizon" can I whithout causing problems?

I recently had a security (from Verizon) update for this phone. This makes me wonder if I should delete anything "Verizon" at all. My thought here, is that the only possibility I should get Marshmallow, thanks to an update from Verizon, just as I have with the recent update.

Is there someone else on this forum who has experience, moving to T-Mobile with this device?

    Thank you!

I actually had no problem with my Turbo on T-Mobile with updates with the last update of security and Lollipop. With regard to applications from Verizon, I've pretty much all the people with disabilities with the exception of voice mail (don't).

  • Droid Turbo Bootloader unlock

I bought a Motorola Droid Turbo XT1254 in Pakistan and that you want to unlock the bootloader, so I can it root and use Titanium Backup to backup/restore my apps and games. I made a thread on the Verizon forums but probably will not receive a reply, they give no email address to contact them either. I emailed Motorola also yet to answer.
Please give me the bootloader unlock that I'm not in the United States and don't use SIM card code or Verizon services. I can provide all the information required to generate a bootloader unlock code. It is not a State secret and Verizon should allow Motorola give codes as they do for all other phones unlock.

Don't expect anything from these people and you will never be disappointed

  • Using Droid Turbo as a TV remote control

Did someone using their Droid Turbo as a remote control for their TV? If so, what App do you use, and how does it work?

    Thank you

I do not think that the turbo has an IR blaster, so it does not work like a TV remote in this case.

  • Transfer data from Droid Maxx Droid Turbo

    Hello

My new Droid Turbo arrives Monday. How can I transfer all of my Droid Maxx above my new Droid Turbo? Is there a simple way to do this? Thank you all!

To migrate from Motorola app should be able to help with that. It is designed to transfer data from one phone to the other. It seems simple enough to set up & use.

I got my Droid Turbo less than a week. I only had to load it 3 times. I'll wait until he gets to 10%, to plug my charger and it took 1,5-2 hours to load 100%.15 minutes?

Nope... don't lack anything at all... advertising for the turbo charger is that you can get 8 hours of charging in the time of 15 minutes... not 100%

  • BlackBerry Z10 Help! Micro very quiet during calls!

more recently, it has started, but as the person primarily texts that might have started a while back.

Basically when you call someone, with the ear phone you, the person on the other line can hardly or not even hear you. [How ever when you put on speaker and speak directly into the microphone is always very quiet but audible.]

I removed the battery and restarted, and it didn't work, so I'll try a wipe secrurity.

If there is dirt in the mic, and if so how can that be cleaned?

    Thank you

Do you have no OS update recently? What is the current operating system you have?

In case of problems although I suggest to Bell store, have them take a closer look, or they can ship the Z10 for BlackBerry have them replaced!
