  Hey guys

  I'm working on a project in AE that involves the green screen.

  I'm having a problem with the COMPOSITION of PRE. Please keep in mind that I have done about 0 video and HAVE NOT suffered this problem so far.

  Now, whenever I try to compose Pre pictures green screen, after effects Pre composed the whole MVI_0000.MOV instead of just the DURATION of the LAYER.

  Thus forcing me to do things the long extreme way to find my points IN and OUT, that I'm afraid to do for audio, reason for synchronization.

  I feel like a one hit shortcut keyboard or something because I have not had to deal with this issue all the time I've been editing.

  I tried the things:

  removal of the preferences.

  Open a new project

  uninstalling / reinstalling AE

  software update

  analysis diagnosis by computer

  And yet nothing has worked... Does anyone else have this problem?

  I tried to learn AE & that it is confusing. one of the most confusing things is the layer Timeline Windows and Footage (?). They both appear in the same place using the different tabs. And I don't know how to explain it: - but when I put a picture in the Timeline layer, it does not appear if I rub it beyond the first image. If I place images of film in the chronology of the layer I can rub thru & see it. I mainly work with still images I want to cover anime titles. Can someone point me to some info to help me understand how as well how to understand whhen use images windo - VS - layers / chronology. It's so confusing - I hope that I asked a coherent question!

  Hmm not sure if that's what you mean but if you put your image in the timeline to look right and you will see a color bar that represents the length of the sequence (your image) Unlike the duration of the timeline. Scroll to the right of the color bar and take the end of it (left click the mouse and hold the button) and drag (extend) the end of the timeline or the desired length, you need. Looks like the length of your comp is longer than the length of your movie (photos).

  Hello, my wifi card has had a history of problems before now, I had to reset it frequently that I lost the connection easily. Today, I had to start questions so I did a hard reset on my computer. Then I realized the wifi adapter "disappeared" networks and sharing centre and I could not connect to any wifi. Broadcom wireless adapter was also hidden in Device Manager. I then uninstalled and tried to reinstall the card using HP Recovery Manager but the Device Manager I don't see anything installed. Installation on the HP site can also get nothing.   I've had this problem for awhile now. It happened quite suddenly, one day it worked great, the other day and the following days later, it didn't. The problem is like this:

  My Tecra A7 still "sees" the adapter connected, even if it's not! This can be quite annoying if I turn the laptop on its battery, because it will automatically run on full power b/c of the Toshiba power management utility is installed. That said, running at full power, the battery is discharged very quickly. Beside that, if it is disconnected from the net power for some time, the laptop battery is draining, even if turned off all the time!

  Of course, the problem is not huge. I can always manage the electricity utility myself if necessary, but as you can imagine this probem is quite annoying. And I really want a solution to this problem.

  If someone knows the solution?

  I'm not sure what you mean by 'receiver' on the adapter, but if the AC adapter is dead you will need a new.

• 600xt only occasionally don't market/wake... light green on the AC adapter is released... strange

  I have come to resolution on this, but in a quite ridiculous way, with HP. My machine is under warranty so I called HP support. They have paid shipping for me to return the PC. The shipping box included explicit instructions, not to include the power adapter. I've included anyway so they could use it in the trials, including a note on the behavior and I figured the adapter not the PC. They I returned the PC with a note saying they were unable to repro the problem, and highlighted with a copy of the notice with the part that I intentionally did not follow!
