  Unfortunately, I have two problems that you can watch in... but no solutions!

  First of all, your likely Nvidia graphics card suffers the Nvidia powermizer DPC latency problems that cause the slower the computer each time changes on the GPU clock speed. NVIDIA claims to have solved the problem, but we don't see until they release their next regular update. Hope that Toshiba makes the driver available as soon as its ready!   Second, is a huge problem with hard disk queue length. You will find that your computer runs lightning fast of complex calculations, but slows to a crawl, every time that you run simple programs that spend a lot of time communicating with the hard drive... as an office. Try opening the Windows - resource monitor task manager and look at the length of queue disk when your computer slows down. Anything above 2 indicates a bottleneck between CPU and hard drive (my disk queue length happens occasionally when 10 multitasking!).
