DW CS6 very slow, hangs, lags when using startup code.

Hey guys,.

I used bootstrap for awhile and never had any problems. All the South I hurt myself when lag using bootstrap. All of my pages Web saved locally using the bootstrap information now take 10-20 seconds to open a page, switch between open pages (tabs) even in mode code without live view activated. I tried to delete cache, some random reg-Edition and seen disableing CSS and Java. Nothing seems to help. I suspect it has something to do with my router, I had network problems recently too. I have to redirect ports for DW? Other solutions, what is ' y'all may think?

.. try passing DW to my SSD and put the site out there.

That sounds like a good plan.

  • Host of character is very slow and glitchy when using my own character design

Therefore, do not misunderstand with this post - animator of the character is such a fun and effective tool in my opinion, and it works oddly when you use the preset/pre-made characters that comes with it.

However, when I created my own character design in Illustrator from the shell that host character gives you, it seems to make the application run very slowly. I see still some movements with my character design, but a lot of times, it's whole body moves and the edges will become wobbly. I chose 'New puppet in Illustrator' and you just copy all the elements of my design in the layers that it already provided and maintained the same naming conventions. My character is not too advanced either (certainly not as detailed as the wendigo), and if I could get it works, it would save me an extreme amount of time in my animated film!

I am running the character animation (Preview) on an iMac (OS X 10.9.5).) I enclose below my character design.

Hi Shane. We currently have a behavior for illustration Illustrator which is called "earthquake." If your work HAVE a lot of paths, it will move each of them and which can really slow things down. You can disable the Wiggler behavior by selecting the track of puppet, then pressing the red button next to the behavior of Wiggler.

If it is a common problem, we will probably default this OFF. We also plan to eventually offer a similar look with Photoshop illustrations.

  • Lag when using track changes in the large document

I do experience lag when using "track changes" in a large .pages document (about 180 pages). I get the wheel of the Rainbow for about 10 seconds after completing each change, which makes it very difficult to obtain concrete results. Other applications on my computer work simultaneously without a hiccup. I use the latest version of the pages on the latest Mac OS. Anyone with a similar problem? Tips to solve this problem?

It's unfortunate that Apple has not adopted an icon "Achtung Minen!" for the v5 Pages. It is slower than the second coming on intermediate to large documents, and it only gets worse when you add images at higher resolution. Apple has not designed there is a professional-quality, or as a realistic replacement processor for MS Word.

There is nothing you can do, but seriously, re - evaluate your software solution for processing.

Here's an icon from the WAD of v5.6.2 request Pages. Prophetic isn't?

  • AE CS6 very slow with images

    Hi guys,.

I use AE Effects CS6 (11.0.4.2) on a new Macbook Pro with these specs:

Intel Core i5 at 2.8 GHz

    16 GB DDR3 MHz

    Iris 1536 MB Intel

The problem I have is that, when the imported images are visible in the form of film or a layer, æ becomes very slow to every mouse click on the timeline or images in the viewer itself causing the color wheel to appear, often for 30 seconds both. Strangely, dealing with the composition has no problem.

    Any ideas guys?

    Thanks in advance

Try transcoding the footage for a codec of production and see if that makes a difference.

Love, use Adobe Media Encoder to make something like QuickTime with the JPEG codec.

    See if this helps performance.

    Can you help me please?

    I can't work...

Twixtor Pro have applied to the project. It can take a lot of processing power. Make your model in a production format, do not use MP4 or h.264, then import the melted model and apply your simulation to the pre-rendered effect.

  • Very slow muse and lag when using the assets of Photoshop

    Hi all

I have a high spec machine with a SSD - my hardware is fine, but Muse is incredibly slow. Resize the width of the page to test the reactivity takes 2-5 seconds every time. It is not good either.

I imported a lot of assets of a model on a page PSD - it is what is causing the problem? I have Photoshop generating assets, but this does not yet fix the performance lag / slow.

    Need a fix!

Have you tried to work on a new expenses file, similar behavior?

You can try to uninstall and reinstall Muse- Uninstall/reinstall Adobe Muse CC completely

    Kind regards

  • Adobe Photoshop CS6 very slow on the Type of rendering

I have a laptop with specification as mentioned below:

    Lenovo Ideapad Y470P

    • 2nd generation processor Intel Core i7-2670QM (2.2 GHz 1333 MHz 6 MB)
    • Windows 7 Ultimate x 64
    • AMD Radeon HD 7690 2 GB
    • 8. 0 GB PC3 - 10600 DDR3 SDRAM 1333 MHz
    • 750 GB 5400

I use Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64-bit) to do my job.

At the present time, I have a task to create a banner with dimension 800 x 900 cm with resolution 300 DPI and color RGB 16-bit Mode.

The size of the file when the vacuum is about 56.1 GB.

The problem is, when I add a text with the Horizontal type tool, click the tool move, appear the Type of rendering screen, and take a time very very long to finish.

I made some configurations to my Photoshop I found on the Forum from Adobe, but the problem still persists.

    Some configurations I've done is:

-Turn off automatically save it recovery information

-Set maximize PSD and PSB files for compatibility

-Set the memory to 95% usage

-Set the level of Cache to 8 and 1024K Cache tile size

-Set the Advanced Graphics Drawing Mode advanced settings, check the option use graphics processor to speed up the calculation and uncheck the anti-alias and 30-bit display

-Set the disc scratch on another partition (C:System D:PageFile E: Data F: Scratch disk)

And after all of this Setup, my Photoshop still slow when rendering Type.

Could you give me some advice to solve my problem?

    Thank you

300 dpi for a banner size is categorically not normal.  Guaranteed.

Get specific instructions of the shop that will print it.

You keep confusing ppi with dpi.  The resolution of an image file really is expressed in DPI, pixels per inch, not ""dpi ' i.e. points per inch. "  The exact terminology is:

    • DPI = dots per inch = units used to measure the resolution of a printer
    • LPI = lines per inch = offset printing 'lines' or dots per inch in a halftone or line screen.
    • PPI = Pixels per inch = the number of pixels per inch in terms of file screen/scanner.

Here is a link to a discussion which may interest you:

    k-for-print-be-done-at http://GraphicDesign.StackExchange.com/questions/487/What-PPI-should-a-large-format-Artwor

It includes the table below and subsequent comments:

"The rule is that we need 1.5 to 2 times the LPI in PPI to get acceptable results.

    "Viewing Distance   Present Study
20 feet    greater than 10 LPI
18 feet    18.75 LPI or greater
16 feet    18.75 LPI or greater
14 feet    37.5 LPI or greater
12 feet    37.5 LPI or greater
10 feet    50 LPI or greater
8 feet     65 LPI or greater
6 feet     85 LPI or greater
4 feet     100 LPI or greater
2 feet     133 LPI or greater
1 foot     150 LPI or greater
6 inches   150 LPI or greater

"No doubt, for a banner 3 m x 5 m, that would be at least, say, 10 feet. (Just the eye or the wall here). So, by this table, you will need 50 minimum BVG. That would mean that your raster graphics should be about 100 PPI or 75 PPI at 12-14 feet. Given this and the fact that x 2 LPI is conservative enough for the faithfulness of reproduction (often 1.5xLPI is 'enough'), this is in agreement with [the data] advice from 75 DPI is acceptable. »

Talk to your printer.  I suspect they'll want a card at the address under 75 dpi, or even much less.  Follow the advice/request to the printer.

  • Major Photoshop lag when using ATI Radeon HD 5770 and Yosemite

I have a Mac Pro early 2008 running the ATI Radeon HD 5770 (recommended by, purchased directly from Apple). Since the installation of Yosemite my CC 2015 (or 2014) Photoshop has become excruciatingly difficult to use because of the major lag. I get the spinning beachball after almost every order using a brush or eraser (15 seconds or more of delay). I did a clean install of Yosemite and always have the same question. In Mavericks, Photoshop CC 2014 worked perfectly without any lag.  I adjusted the performance parameters in the pane of Photoshop preferences without success (Advanced Graphics Processor settings Basic), Normal and advanced without success. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations how to fix this problem?

If your Mac makes a video card, then this is a way out. Apple is promising El Cap will address the issues of speed of Yosemite, then maybe who will take care of him if you don't mind the wait. Adobe works with them about it.

  • Horrible lag when using certain tools - great video card

I hope you guys can help me.

Whenever I use the blur tools or paint tools I * incredible * video lag.  It's to the point that I don't even have sufficient control to do the job.  Everything else works perfectly.

I have an ATI Radeon HD 5870 with 2 GB of RAM.  I'm assuming that this card is more than enough...

It is with version 9 if that helps.

Anuak help or idea would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

If you are running Vista or Win7, disable Aero for Fireworks.

Search Fireworks executable, right-click, select Properties, and on the Compatibility tab, check the Disable desktop composition. (I have mine goes to work also in XP compatibility mode, but I think it's just the composition of the Bureau that you really do need.)
