  Windows Mail uses the for Internet Explorer print engine.  Try to set the margins and other in IE and then see if that solves the problem of WinMail.  Also check to be sure that IE of printing correctly and make sure you have the latest updates.  If this does not help, try compacting and repairing the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) and you can also try to restart.

  Select the folder assigned, right-click, select Properties then File Repair.

• Can "Write" e-mail header be white - how it was before last download?

  Before the last upload the header that is displayed when you click on "Write" was all white - I could see it. Last download turned the gray space, unless you type on this line. Once you have finished typing goes back to gray. I can't very well at all, please turn the spaces header where you type to (to: response: subject :) again to be white and keep them white so I can see them.) It was GREAT, until this last download changed.

  In Thunderbird
  Help > troubleshooting information
  Click on the view file"" button.
  a new window opens showing the profile folders-
  It will look like the first image below.

  Close Thunderbird now - this is important - before you start doing what it says on the link I gave in the previous answer.

  Then, create a new folder called chrome - note the spelling.
  If this profile folder looks like the second image below.

  Open Notepad
  Copy paste everything shown the link in Notepad, and then save the file as userChrome.css (Note spelling) in the chrome folder.

  Restart thunderbird.

  ePrint was never designed to print header information. As I said above, if you receive this information before then it is because your email client is inserting into the body of the message. Insofar as the CC/BCC fields, the reason why it's set up this way is to avoid spam. It is intentional and probably cannot be changed.

• DW mail header HTML only?

  I used Dreamweaver MX2004 for a few years to maintain a web site of the school. It has always worked well, but recently, I find that when I download a HTML element and check on the website, I find that the file contains only the HTML header information!
  
  To test this I produced a new, very basic HTML file in DW with a single piece of text in there, but it still appears on the web site as only the html header information.
  
  However, I can download files using a basic FTP program (coffeecup) without any problem.

  I think it's fixed now - but I am totally confused!

  The only thing I changed on my system recently is McAffee security removal and replacement with VirginMedia PC Guard. I had checked the settings of firewall for DW and Coffecup FTP program and the two were identical.

  Work logically, I disabled the PC guard and retried the download using DW - Hey Presto! This worked ok
  So I restarted my computer to restart completely PC Guard and tried another upload - who worked also!

  Computers huh!

• The sender always ends up in the junk mail

  A sender (a store I order often things of) always ends up in my junk e-mail folder. I tried to add as my contact email, or using the advanced options of the junk e-mail filter, but eventually he always there.

  Your screenshot seems strange. Junk mail header is enabled, but what we see below is a rule...

• El Capitan mail app - the message body empty conversations

  I have this problem: Mac Mini end of 2012, El Capitan 10.11.4, Mail with POP3 and IMAP accounts 9.3 app mixed, Classic view (mailboxes on the left, the list of the top right of the mail messages, the body of the message below on the right). I have just a few messages from Inbox of 2000 + (says the header to Mail.app window).

  When I open the mail application, I can see the body of the message (body), as long as I select just a simple mail, non-conversation in the list. The problem starts when

  I click on some 'conversation' (blue triangle) mail: the mail body field appears empty, except the headers. Double click opens an empty window (just e-mail header fields are written). The second problem is, when I click again to all mail non-conversation - body is now empty (but it worked just a moment ago!).

  This surprised me as well, but from my understanding, the display is something which is standard for e-mail servers define (similar to the caller ID) and they all allow you to represent yourself but you wish to, it's just something that normally is done automatically by your email provider Eloqua gives you the ability to set specifically for each email. In our company we use it in a variety of ways... sometimes we have it come from a specific seller or we can send you generically of the company name or brand.

  There is no restriction on the field "From" - the name and address may be fictitious and are for display to the recipient. The name is what will appear in the Inbox and the name and email address will display in the e-mail header when it was opened. However, if you have configured your instance Eloqua to Branding & deliverability standards, it is recommended that the field of e-mail (after the ' @') be an of these subdomains configured (e.g. @marketing.client.com).

  

  The "Reply-to" field must be a valid email for the best customer experience, but it is also suggested to use a common or shared mailbox separate for this as any auto-reponses such as "out of Office" responses will go to this address. If you use a single e-mail address, be prepared to be flooded with automated responses.

  You can also change the default "From" field on each individual email without opening the settings menu. The e-mail editing screen click on the button to the left of the object to the value of name and address directly. To change the default "Reply-to" field, you need to open the settings menu.
