  You must attach the images to an e-mail message in plain textformat. Outlook Express and quite a few other email clients, do not include Outlook to RTF (Rich Text Format) and will never see the attachment. Bruce Hagen

  1. If I send an email via my BlackBerry Z10, those will appear in the "sent" folder.

  I recently migrated from MS Outlook 2003 to Thunderbird 24.4.0 to my personal e-mail address because I cannot afford the latest MS Outlook and you'd really like version 2013 in any case.   I had the same problem. Turn off the phone and remove the back. Press the small brass color reset buttn on the left side under the battery. Phone resets and message indicator will disappear.

  I have included a link to the driver Windows 7 given that you indicated that your CD is not the driver for Windows 7. HP has a wizard called printer install wizard for Windows 7 and Windows 8.  It will search for the best driver for your printer and your computer, and you went through to install the appropriate driver.
