  Hello e-all-in-one printer users,.

  If you're reading this, chances are you have a problem of webservices in your HP e-all-in-one printer. If you can not scan to e-mail, use ePrint, or get a code application, this post is for you.

  Many of later vintage (2010 and beyond) Photosmart, ENVY and Officejet series e-all-in-one printers share the same Web services and Wireless features. Within these series printer, you can enable wireless and Web services (ePrint, scan to e-mail, printable sheets) connectivity of the façade do their installation for use with Android, Windows, iOS, Macand Chrome OS much simpler than the old printer models. Of course, when things go wrong or there is confusion about the use of the printer and features such as printing and scanning to e-mail stop working, the correction of these problems is the same in most of the models.

  WebServices are not connected: what affects?

  When the webservices connectivity is lost ePrint, scan to e-mailand pads features will stop working. If you are just getting started with the installation of your printer, the inability to generate a code application (to add your connected HP printer or sign in to Instant ink) can be attributed to not being able to afford Web services. If you are affected by any of these questions, read on. I have some suggestions that might help.

  Ordinary remedies

  • Before set you Web services, make sure that your printer is connected to a network, either via an ethernet cable or Wirelessconnection. Print a report of Network Configuration of your printer front panel (usually this is located under Tools / reports) to confirm an active ethernet connection.
  • If you are connected wireless, touch the wireless icon printer . If you see as connected and there is an IP addresses starting with 192.168... or, 10 grand. If this isn't the case, run the Wireless Setup Wizard to connect you with your network name (SSID) and enter the password wireless you are prompted.
  • Ensure that the date and time your printer settings are correct. You can check and adjust this via the front panel of the printer in most cases and trivia: the printer Web server integrated.
  • Now, with network connectivity guaranteed webservices icon or (depending on model) and try to activate Web services.
  • If you have managed to connect and a leaflet printed, or at the very least, an [email protected] address is displayed on the front panel of the printer, perfect, Web services are now functional. This means that you can now ask your HP printer connected , or use one of the above characteristics *.

  Note that ePrint and scan to e-mail feature are addressed later in this post if you still need help with these functions.

  • If the webservices are always not, try your printer restore default*.

  * Note that this step resets the setting up your printer wireless, address ePrint and other custom print settings. If you have created a custom @hpeprint.com address that it will be permanently deleted. For more information on custom addresses ePrint, click here.

  Here's how:

  • The printer's front panel, press the Setup/key icon and then tap tools
  • Select Restore to factory settings
  • Note this new printer may contain this setting under the heading maintenance of the printer instead of tools.

  Then, to reconnect to your network (wired or wireless) and try to set a manual DNS:

  Make a note of the IP address of the printer.  Then, follow these steps to configure a manual DNS:

  • Enter the IP address in a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer), and then press Enter to go directly to this page. This should take you to your built-in Web server (EWS) printer.
  • Click the network tab.
  • In the submenu on the left, click Networking.
  • Then click on the network (IP) address.
  • Click Manual DNS server.
  • DNS preferred as 8.8.8.8 manual entry
  • Auxiliary DNS server entry as 8.8.4.4
  • Click on apply to finalize this change.
  • Note that menu above EWS items can vary in overall models of printers. If you do not see the exact topics that I've listed here, the subtopic you should always appear on the Networking tab.

  Then, press the icon of Webservices or and reactivate your webservices (required for scanning to E-mail, ePrint , and other functions).

  Then, if a scan to e-mail question has led you to this position, tap the scan icon and enter the email address that you want to scan to.  Then, recover the PIN code that you should automatically receive by e-mail and complete your scan to E-mail setup by entering this PIN code in your printer.  Ideally, if you are able to get this good service will be fully functional.

  Alternatively, if ePrint is your main problem and all the above (except for scanning to E-mail steps) suggestions worked, try emailing your printer a print job. If it prints correctly, ePrint is back online. If you are a user of HP ePrint app, the app did automatically detect your printer? If not, go to the application settings and manually add your printer to the app using either ask you code or IP address of the printer. Finally, if you're a printable, user use your favorite applications on the front panel of the printer, or via HP connected.

  There are advanced troubleshooting steps beyond what I posted here and you can find them in the Forum such as displayed by the employees, Experts and members of the community. Start with the basics and if you still can't not to take advantage of Web services from your printer don't be shy to reach out - HP Support Forum's is a great place to exchange ideas and help each other to get the most out of our products.

  It's probably what the question, but don't know your who your mail is provider, so it is difficult to tell you what setting to change.  Check via webmail and see if you can get this to work, if you have this ability.  Also check the website your email to the appropriate settings provider to use.  They will be under Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties.

  I have created a dynamic to complete XML form which is a survey on page 14.  It has a series of yes/no radio buttons that hide/show additional questions.  The investigation must perform several other functions as well.  Ten questions are mandatory, that I put in the object palette.  If a user selects "No" to one of these ten questions, an additional page should appear at the end of the investigation, they end.  Currently, if a user selects 'No' appears the extra page, but if the user changes a response "" for the "Yes" of the page doesn't go away.  The script that I have for this is the following:

  The user will submit the survey by clicking on a "Send by E-mail" button at the bottom of the form.  I need add action preSubmit who reviews responses to the ten mandatory questions and returns a message to the user stating "You must complete a Correction Action Plan" if one answer is 'no '.  I have currently a mailto:[email protected] in the object tab palette submit to submit it to the URL: field and PDF in the field send in as long as I need a pdf of the document copy returned to me attached to the e-mail.  Finally, I would like to make the page corrective measures an element required if one of the answers to the required questions are 'No', but do not know how to do conditional mandate as responses from the user are all 'yes' of the remedy is not compulsory.

  I looked at the form and found something...

  You reference the Pages as Page3, Page4, Page5 etc. in your code... But in reality you donot have a subform named page 3 / page 4 / page 5 in your form. If you look at the attached schema, you will understand that in the hierarchy, he resembled Page3 but if you look at the Script Editor in your code for the event, you can see the actual reference to the Yes option button.

  Real path for Comp1Yes button: #subform [2].Comp1.Comp1Yes::mouseUp of form1.

  You referenced in your code like: Page3.Comp1.Comp2No.selectedIndex == 2...

  To make your code work, you must change the subform to Page3 / Page4 etc.

  Go to the Menu window - > hierarchy and select "(Untitled Subform) (Page3)" and press F2. " Change the name on page 3. Do the same for each page that you have in your form... Can you select the Comp1Yes button and you should see the correct path in the Script Editor.

  Form1.page3.COMP1.Comp1Yes::MouseUp

  In this way, you can refer to page 3 / page 4 etc. in your code.

  Why I don't receive HTML messages in Apple Mail (9.2)? Using the latest version of El Capitan (10.11.3). I do sometimes, but more and more I'm not. This is the case on my MacBook Air and Mac. The two relatively new.

  I have this same problem. Sometimes the message will look good on a computer and not the other. In addition, I use gmail. I can send google mail messages and then they will be displayed correctly on the computer on which the original message was not. Seems to be a problem with how Mail handles the message when it comes to the, but in a random way.

  Hope we can get an answer to this problem.

• I forgot Security E-mail questions and rescue

  Good evening, I'm with Apple support because I am having trouble with my "received email address.

  I have an Iphone 4S with the IOs9.1. Whenever I go into my device ICoud part, I click on "password and security" and he says that there is an email in the meantime for comfirmationn (I don't remember not implemented)

  I tried to fix it via laptop, and when I go to the part of "manage account" to change my email addresses, need me automatically to my security questions (which I forgot) and he said nowhere to reseet my questions or address of relief, which means (by several forums I've read), I don't actually have an emergency address. Since I'm currently not in the States I can't call for support or go to a store. This gives a very bad time.

• Mail question: remove all the e-mail folder

  Hello. It is as much a matter of Gmail as a matter of Mail, but I tried to find an answer online with no luck.

  In Mail, is it possible to disable the all mail folder that generates Gmail?

  The problem with this file, is it seems to keep emails after I deleted these emails from my regular files. And when I do a search, the old emails in all messages are appearing.

  I tried to see if there was a setting in Gmail, but I don't see one.

• Mail question - how to remove something in the right click options

  I find that I sometimes wrongly empty my deleted folder.  I got in the mail list and think I select "delete spam" when in fact I chose "delete deleted items".  Is there a way to delete 'Clear cut' in the right click menu in the mail.  I searched the internet and can't seem to find the answer.

  It's not a way to remove it.

  You can simply use the shortcut to empty the junk mail (cmd-Opt-j) or set up preferences of Mail to delete spam after a period of time.

  Last week my Windows Live email stopped working.  I set up an alternate email address and then done with Hotmail, with the same address.  I could not connect to windows live, since I forgot my password and I couldn't get anything on my email because I could not turn it back on.  Finally I put it up thanks to an alternate email address I put in place and now it's on Hotmail.  I prefer the format on windows live.  After working with a tech now receives my windows live and I can respond to emails.  However, I can't, just send one.  Answer only.  Also all my contacts are not displayed to the top (they are all there in hotmail, but not the live windows).  How can I get this fixed?

  Windows Mail (Vista): can RECEIVE cannot RECEIVE, new to get the dialog box asking for user ID & Password - no network and never set up the ID user or password by email. The error message that appears is:

  If you do ever set a user ID and password, Windows Mail never would have worked.
  1. What do you mean: can RECEIVE cannot RECEIVE? Who is this?
  2. What happens if you try to send a message to yourself?

  I use Windows Mail in Vista Home Basic to my email. My wife has an e-mail address separated by the same server as me. I have used Message rules to have the email to her go in a designated folder, but any communication addressed to him who the server thinks is spam won't.   I hope I have understand what are the 2 problems you have:

  Problem #1: "Junk Mail will not go"
  If you mean, by 'out there', file desinagted to your wife, the answer is: all of the spam to go the junk e-mail folder. They won't go on the record of the individual user.

  Problem #2: Only your e-mail address can be used to create mail
  Ask your wife to send a test message to itself or to you, using its address. If he fails to get sent, there will be an error message. Copy / paste this message and post back here. The message must be in its entirety and verbatim... no paraphrasing.
  Cannot stop without the message.

  No, which will not affect your e-mail account.

  Deletion of your user account from the only way to your brother computer you no longer have access to his computer, because you can not connect on his computer without an account and a password is valid. That's all.
