E-mail to Smartphones blackBerry on 1 line

I just got a Bold 9790.

I would get my email on 1 line (currently 2), to learn more send both on my screen.

It has been possible with my previous BBry, but I can't find the option in the options.

Someone has an idea?

This feature has been removed for a long time.

My emails have suddenly started to display in the form of lines instead of text.  I can see that comes from the email, but the message part is just one or more line segments.  Someone knows how to fix this?

Very strange. All emails without worrying that he comes?

Perform a simple reboot on the BlackBerry this way: with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most defects and errors of operating system, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

Now, do the rest with the lines?

  • Smartphones blackBerry Curve 8330 Line Out for external speakers?

Hello!    I wonder if it is possible to use the headphone jack of 3.5 mm to the music of the road since the BlackBerry Curve 8330 through speaker / stereo receiver system. I tried to use a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack to RCA stereo/video from the BlackBerry to the RCA headphone port / V ports on my amplifier/receiver, with the audio never play via the loudspeaker in the handset or the speaker. The audio plays fine in the headphones supplied with the Curve 8330. Also I noticed in another thread, someone tried to do something similar, but the car's audio system, and the problem they had was that the cable they used was incompatible somehow. If anyone has any experience with this or knows what type of cable to use, your advice would be much appreciated! Thank you. -Sladian

I spoke with a friend who tried the same case, and he said that the problem is in the type of cable. The headset uses the third ring on the voice data sheet (line) while the other two are for audio and the ground. When using a PIN to 3 RCA (Audio video + stereo) unit seems to have a problem with resolution of the video with the microphone online. When you use the headphone of BlackBerry as a line of output, please make sure they use only a stereo (L + R) RCA (2-pin) cable to avoid the problem of the video line line mic.

  • Configuration of e-mail to Smartphones blackBerry on BB bold 9900

    Hello

I can't add any account other than Enterprise email.my e-mail software worm is 7.1.0.923 Bundle 2534

I want to add my gmail but I can't. Please someone help me!

    Hello

Sorry... But all the messaging services push BlackBerry route by the server of our carrier, so if you want to take advantage of these email services or to integrate any personal email account then you must activate this specific data plan as already suggested.

Your profile indicates that you use a pay-as-you-go sim card, some carriers offer BlackBerry services even on a pay-as-you-go account, then call your carrier to confirm.

There are some browser third like Opera, which allow you to display your email on wifi, but it is not the same thing as push e-mails BlacklBerry. IMO, you must add BIS to use all the services of BlackBerry and make the most of it

  • E-mail of Smartphones blackBerry is Houdini icon

When I got the 9800, I configured my email accounts (2) and has been sending and receiving emails, but my e-mail blackberry icon was not found.  then as if by magic it appears for a few days and everything was peachy.  now today, hop, he disappeared again.  My pop3 account email icon is still there along side the text message icon.  e-mail blackberry icon used to be placed between the two whenever he decides he wants to be.

    everyone knows this?

I expect the update of the operating system today to solve the problem, but I was unfortunately disappointed she did not.

so I'm sitting here defeated, then thought, hmmm Don, maybe you should check to see if the icon is hidden possilby.  so I did a "show all" and flippin ' the dang icon was hidden.  but waaaaaaait.  I never hid it in the first place.  as I mentioned previously, the icon has been appearing and disappearing on his own.

allows so say if I have inadvertently hidden the icon, how could he have been randomly display itself then?  I feel something unusual was going on, but it is probably fixed in the update of the operating system.

  • Mail lost Smartphone blackBerry connections

My wife and I have two BBs drool unlocked (my 9700 and its 9300) on the Orange UK network. On a week viist 5 recent in the United States, each one of us used a SIM from T - Mobile USA on a monthly unlimited. Our return to the United Kingdom, we have replaced our SIMs of Orange UK, and everything was fine and dandy until about a week ago (more than 2 months after returning from the United States) where, after changing our monthly packages Orange for a cheaper fare, the e-mail function has stopped working. I spoke to Orange who said it seems that T-moble was associated with my phone (and probably my wife) with them and that I had to call T-mobile USA to ask them to disassociate themselves from the phone (s). I called them and they acknowledged the IMEI of my phone (but not my wife, who seemed to them a Motorola) and said they would send me by email or codes within 24 hours. I later received emails telling me that they would ask the manufacturer to pull out my phone - up to 14 days - if ever - and please submit IMEI correct details of my wife (which are what I gave). On our phones when we try to set up the e-mail we get this 'empty user name. Type a valid username"message, even if the correct user name is used. We can never send and receive emails again?

Excellent! I followed the two John Legere as well as the official TMO support twiiter accounts... it's great that you were able to get their attention.

    Good luck!

  • Smartphones blackBerry with curve 9320 problem: I need to disconnect and reconnect to receive mails and browse

    Hello

I have the following problem with my BB Curve 9320: several times per day email stop and I can't use the Internet (while telephone calls normally).

Whenever this happens I have to disconnect and reconnect to the network. As soon as I reconnect to the network again starts the flow of electronic mail and Internet is available.

I contacted my mobile operator (wind, Italy) and told me that it is not for lack of wind, but a technical problem of the phone.

Thanks in advance for your support.

    Marco

    Hi, KIDA,.

Try one of the following - option

    1. when your device is turned on, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery. This do a reboot your device that addresses minor issues with the BlackBerry.

    2. KB17877 how to start a smartphone BlackBerry in Mode safe

    3. have a backup of your device data and then have a security wipe. Options > Security > Security Wipe. Enter "blackberry" without the quotes. This will delete all your data from the device.

    4. consider the update/reinstall the OS device.

  • Approval of blackBerry Smartphones Blackberry e-mail

In my company, we use the Microsiga ERP (Proteus) and we can approve purchase orders by e-mail from Outlook. However we cannot aprove this same e-mail of the Blackberry because we receive the message in text format.

Is it possible to receive this email in HTML format, so that we could approve the purchase order by blackberry?

    TKS in advance

    Hello.

BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) is given by the carrier (AT & T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint etc)

Version 2.5 is the latest version.

The new OS is 4.5.  However, while it is offered by Vodafone in the United Kingdom, it has not been offered, for now, of the above mentioned carriers.  If you go to the Blackberry site, you can download the 4.5 OS, however it is not recommended until your operator offers to match with their BIS.

The big difference in OS 4.5 is, if I understand correctly, email HTML display and better Media (not Roxio!) programs.

Having some major issues with Roxio Media.  I suspect 4.5 will take care of the problem.

    Hope this helps

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry Curve is only download e-mail POP of Comcast if it comes from the BB itself.

So far I was able to receive emails from the POP of Comcast on one condition: if I send it to my BB himself.

I tried to send countless other accounts.  I missed the emails from other places.  I don't let Outlook or any other open customer and all the messages are still on the Comcast server.

I've seen a lot of questions like this in various forums, but most of the trail threads off without resolutions.

    Any ideas?

    SOLVED

Nearly ten calls to Verizon tech support, several hours on the phone, hours of searching on Google and post them in the forums and finally, five minutes after the Verizon representative asked me to hold while he has contact BlackBerry support, the problem is solved.

I hope this helps someone else:

    Options-> Security-> Firewall-> uncheck "BlackBerry Internet Service".

Last night I thought I had solved the problem I was able to receive e-mail from addresses, I sent the. A new problem however: the phone would not ring or vibrate when the e-mail has been received, regardless of the profile settings. I don't know what combination of events made me at this point.

I sent service books, drawn from the battery and the phone returns to the behavior problem I saw in the first place:

    * Could only receive emails that were sent from e-mail accounts that had already been added to the phone.

    * Indicators data (arrows in the upper right) flashed received email transmissions other accounts but the e-mail had not arrived.

At first, I thought that the problem was Google/Yahoo/Comcast, until I tried to send e-mail to my BlackBerry using a Comcast account, which has not been added.

It's certainly frustrating, but I'm happy to have the problem solved.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry to take apart and put back together.

No, I don't mean remove the physical device.

My company (finally) made me a Blackberry (Bold 9650) so I could learn to do things like it backup, restore and so immediately and (better) to provide technical support for others.

So, I would like to know:

    1. how to back up my Blackberry?

I have e-mails, contacts and appointments calendar and your Internet favorites.

Would I need (as I believe...) to connect the device to a computer via a USB cable and somehow save these items on the computer?

Is it a synchronization for this software?

    2 restoration

I guess I want to reverse the process above.

    3 secure wipe

Some time ago, in another section, I was told that it would probably be necessary, if a Blackberry into a movement of one BES/BPS server to another, to wipe the device and then turn it back on.

Wipe the unit would, I guess, delete the personal data, hence the master back to the top and restore operations.

What a wipe erases exactly (and what don't we not delete)?

    4. What is (re) activation after a wipe?

Wiping the Blackberry does include eliminating the activation information (I guess for that), it seems that I have to reactivate with my ISP (Verizon, in my case), correct?

Now, I won't do this 3 times a week, every week, but can I reactivate my Blackberry as I want? I just call Verizon like I did at the beginning?

    Hello

Yes, the subject line is a little off the mark! I'm afraid that some people may not even venture into your thread accordingly. However...

Hmmm... I'm not sure on the migration of one BES to the other, but I know that a WIPE has no effect on the it policy. I don't know if the migration to an another BES replaces the policy of IT or not. Nevertheless:

Reactivation as with the carrier. For the Association, is a lack of prejudice no-fault to reactivate with them. Simply dial * 228 and select Option 1 (then again and select Option 2). You don't really have to call and talk to them because your BB is fully registered on their network the first time you activate... on CDMA networks, there is much more "hardcoded" into the network (where the greatest difficulty taking CDMA devices and use them on another CDMA network).

    I hope this helps!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones Blackberry not syncing with Gmail

My Blackberry Bold 9900 stopped sync with Gmail. I only synchronize e-mail, contacts, or calendar. I mainly use Gmail site on my PC to read and delete emails. I have more than 70 unread e-mails on my Blackberry that were already deleted from the Gmail Web site. The option 'balance' has no effect. I can receive new Gmail on Blackberry messages, but if I have to 'Mark as read' or 'Clear' an email actions does not sync with the Gmail Web site. The same is true if I 'Mark as read' or 'Delete' an email on Gmail Web site. The actions are not synchronized with the Blackberry. I have 2 Android devices and a Windows Phone that syncs with Gmail without a problem. I just have the problem on my Blackberry.

    My device information:

    BlackBerry Bold 9900

    7.1 bundle 2435 (v7.1.0.862, platform 5.1.0.662)

    Reconciliation of BlackBerry e-mail settings:

    Delete on: mailbox & Pocket

    Wireless reconcile: checked

    On conflicts: mailbox WINS

    Gmail settings:

Inbox, and garbage are included in IMAP feeds

Also, I tried to delete Gmail from Blackberry account. When I did he told me he would remove all Gmail messages from the phone but it moved all the Gmail unread messages in my main mailbox. (I keep Gmail and Exchange separate emails on my Blackberry). It is also impossible to select multiple messages at the same time to remove if they are not in a consecutive order.

Hello and welcome to the community!

With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    2) Remove and return Service books

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    3) restart

    • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile provider for formal support.

    Good luck!
