EA4500 - DMZ does not!

Need help!

I had a program running one of my computers.

Need to be accessible outside of here.

I put the DMZ at 192.162.1.100 (which is the ip address of the runing machine program)

MY ISP got a static IP address. Used to work with my old WRT54G... don't know what I have to do to access outside of my working group.

The program on the machine uses port 8600.

Not lucky to get this thing to work up to now

You should also check if your modem is a gateway(modem-router). If it's a gateway, it will also block the ports that you try to open on the router and may need to ask your ISP to set the bridge in bridge mode. Also, turn off the anonymous filter request under Security > Firewall tab. I also recommend to disable the DMZ (for security reasons).

Simple Port Forwarding.

Both external and internal 8600 Port IDE oucederomsurlesecondport value.

Set the Protocol at a time and

Use the IP address of the computer using the software.

O read lots of itens of the same subject, but I have not found a solution. I bought an EA4500 wireless router. I plugged a 1Gig HD using the usb storage port and I activate the FTP service to access my files. Using the local network works fine, but now... I am outside my house and I need to get a file that is in my storage connected to my wireless router. I have unchecked the "anonymous internet request' box... version of the firmware: version 2.1.39.145204.

How can I access my storage?

    Guys,

I found the solution! The main problem is that my internet service provider does not allow port 21... and 8080... and 443. So first, I changed the FTP port 8085 in wireless router.

The second thing is that I need to create a rule to share: click on "Access to records", after that, click the user that you want to use... click on share... and create a new rule, as "share all folders."  That click on apply.

as you can see, the BGP process in R1 receives the correct link DMZ bw but not indeed take...

can you please help me if I makeover anything in my setup?

    Hello

Can you please make sure you have a value of bandwidth on ALL your BGP peering physical interfaces? And you can also include the running-config 'router bgp XXXX' out of R1 as you have not understood what we (others are). Just to make sure that you have "bgp dmzlink-bw' configured on all peerings and overall in the process - it will still show in the output of the same community if it does not work on it.

  • Anchor WLC in DMZ, FW does not support mulit-static Rts.

    Hi gang,.

Not looking for someone to hold me hand, but you can use some advice.

We work through our deployment of a WLC guest. Our WLC anchor is in our DMZ.

Management and the AP Manager are on the same subnet. The dynamic interface "VLAN" is on a different subnet from the other interfaces, and its Portal is the DMZ Firewall interface.

Problem, the firewall does not support multiple static routes.

Always do the management and dynamic interfaces must be on different subnets?

Someone at - it experience with this type of configuration?

I understand the value of the time, if I appreciate honestly all help I get.

    Best regards

    Larry feet

Just to clarify, we're talking wireless access visitor right? Wired not invited?

Wired allows you to create a custom in a vlan port specific necessary (but not when you configure this on the controller of anchorage)

In any case... just make sure that the WLAN you want to dock is configured the same as on the controller of the DMZ. Make sure you anchor this controller to the DMZ and make sure you anchor the wlan dmz to himself.

  • M176n: M176n of MFP LaserJet Pro ePrint does not work

I have problem with my printer. I can't connect it to the ePrint service.

EPrint functions is turning on and off without my knowlegde.

After you have enabled ePrint in the web interface of the printer, printer does not print information sheet.

When I enter the code for example my last code (from email [email protected]) edy638epu59 in HP connected it says either invalid code or something to the exception.

I have updated the firmware of the printer.

I added printer DMZ on my router.

I changed the router to another.

    I unlocked the ports

    UDP: 5353, 547, 53, 67, 5355, 137, 138, 139 427, 161, 514, 3702, 5357, 445, 3910

    TCP: 445, 68, 80, 8080, 443, 137, 138, 139, 427, 9100, 445, 515, 161-9101, 9102, 9103, 9110, 9220, 9290, 9280, 9500

UDP port range: 9999 to 65535

I tried to disable IPv6 in the printer.

I tried to print the fact sheet on the front panel.

I tried all possible methods found on the web, and even got my replaced printer - same question...

    Hello @ Averus89,

    Welcome to the HP forum.

I understand that you did a lot to solve your M176n and its connection to the ePrint service.

I want to help you with this question.

If the printer does not print the document to Web-based information services, or allowing you to add to HP connected, I have

    Set a manual DNS.

I won't go into the details on setting this up. From your post, I think you know your way around the printer and your network. If I'm wrong, let me know. I'll go into the details.

    The DNS to try is:

    Primary: 209.244.0.3
    Secondary: 209.244.0.4

Set the DNS, and then try again to print the web services information page.

Let me know if it helps.

  • Wireless camera does not work with the new router

Hello, I'm having a problem with a camera D-Link DCS932L after you set up the EA4500.  The manual of the camera can be found here.

    http://d2okd4tdjucp2n.CloudFront.NET/DCs-932L_A1_Manual_v1.00 (NA) - en.PDF

It worked fine with my old D-Link router.  The rest of the House has not had a problem with the EA4500.  There is a level of criticality around this camera certail and if I can't make it work, I'll have to return the router.  Configure the redirection of port as 5556 ~ 5559, TCP protocol (but I tried "Both" as well"with the IP address of the camera.  It still does not work.

I craft but not in networks, i.e. I'm not stupid with tech but port quarrels is out of my comfort zone.  This camera with our old router setup took minutes.  I spent five hours trying to make it work on the EA4500.

I guess you have the static IP value, or having a reserve of DHCP MAC address for the camera, network OK settings.

What was the authentication wireless on the old router and that you use the new 4200?

Is it possible that the camera does not support the encryption used by the 4200, i.e. wpa2-personal?

Have you tried WEP to see if the unit works then?

  • WRVS4400N does not connect to internet

At home, we have a linksys WRVS4400N router. As of recently, it does not share the internet for the rest of the network... and I don't even know if it has internet. I tried to reset the router, the modem (7 years at Wired speed of bellsouth) reset and changed all cables. Here's what the router is currently pulling (after reset modem)

    LAN IP: 192.168.1.1
    WAN IP: 192.168.1.97
    Mode: bridge
    DNS1: 192.168.1.254
    DNS2: 192.168.1.254
    DDNS: Off
    DMZ: Off

given that your modem is giving the same IP range as the (192.168.1.x) routers LAN IP address change address LAN IP of 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.2.1 (this will now be the address that you will use to access the web user interface routers)

After you save the settings, release and renew the IP address of your computer... it must now make 192.168.2.x of the router then check internet

    Linksys E2500 (fw 1.0.0.7)

The PC is connected by wire, the printer is wireless.

(Band 2.4, mixed patterns of connection and security)

    PC is 192.1.1.100 printer 192.1.1.103

    Security settings for the router:

    IPv4/6 SPI-Firewall-fire active

    Anonymous requests filtered

    Filtered multicast

    IDENT Port 113 filtered

    What does work is:

    Print, scan to PC

    What does work is:

Scan from the printer to a file on the PC

    What I did:

New installation of the operating system, does not

DMZ was the PC, does not

    What Miss me?

Make sure 'Discovery of the network' and 'Printer and file sharing' are turned on for your network on this computer.  You should be able to transform in the control panel.  Then, restart the computer and try again.

  • ASA - DMZ - LOTUS NOTES ACCESS SEGMENT

    Hello

I hosted lotus notes server and citrix servers in the DMZ segment of the asa. Access remote vpn has been configured. Users use vpn to access the servers. Users are not facing any problem when they try to access citrix and other servers after the connection to the vpn.

But when they try to access the server lotus notes using lotus notes client after authentication are not able to view their mailbox. When they try to telnet to the port 1352 it is successful. When they ping to the server works very well. But not able to view emails. That is to say the server does not.

I updated the entry of the host also in the files of the host of the client computer. But users of windows 98 operating system is able to display emails. But not in windows xp.

Let me know what we can do in asa.

When we replaced asa with pix, it works fine. But the servers are not hosted in in pix dmz segment.

    Concerning

    KRishna.

    Krishna,

Please check the domain/DNS suffix. We had similar problems and it was resolved after you have added the DNS suffix on the General attributes for the VPN clients group.

    static (inside, outside) tcp a.b.c.d 2022 10.0.5.200 ssh netmask 255.255.255.255 0.0

    access-list 100 permit tcp any host a.b.c.d eq 2022

Access-group 101 in the interface inside

When you access from the Wan, I used putty SSH port 2022 a.b.c.d IP in and he gave me of waiting times. I used the:

Capture interface capo outside access-group 100

The results were (that I can remember that I am not on site):

    My WAN IP-> a.b.c.d (R)

    My WAN IP-> a.b.c.d (S)

    My WAN IP-> a.b.c.d (S)

    My WAN IP-> a.b.c.d (S)

The server on the internal LAN access is great and I can access port 22 on the server on the local network (Note: there is a L3 switch in the environment and inside the IP segments are 10.0.1.0/24 and 10.0.5.0/24 routable both.)

This is what I did so far and would like more ideas on this subject that I am currently facing to. thanks!

    Hello

Configuring static PAT (Port Forward) seemed correct to me.

If you use the IP address of ' outside ' interface you would generally configure the parameter "interface" , and not the IP address.

public static interface 2022 22 netmask 255.255.255.255 tcp (indoor, outdoor) 10.0.5.200

Of course if you can/want to save a public IP address for this server only you could configure static NAT

public static 10.0.5.200 (inside, outside) subnet mask 255.255.255.255

That would bind essentially those 2 IP addresses, and you can allow services that are needed for the current server. Naturally, you will also need to allow traffic in the external ACL to the new public IP address.

But it should also work with your configurations. If you want to use the IP address or a separate public IP's to you.

If you are missing the 'road' to the 10.0.5.0/24 subnet in your PIX configuration so it is an obvious problem in why the server is inaccessible from the Internet. So, I would start by adding the "itinerary" necessary and retest. If it does not then would be good to verify that the routing between the server and the PIX is fine. For example, there is a route to the PIX server, and the server has a default route takes traffic to the PIX.

    Hope this helps

  • iPhone 7 more buttons outside does not

I've had my iPhone 7 + for about 2 weeks now. Every once in awhile all buttons outside to stop, volume up/down, power, home. The home button will still record and push and give the sensation of taptic and touchID works. The phone itself still works and I can answer texts and which do not use notifications.

The couple spent time he did, he came upon her in about 4-5 minutes, however it was about half an hour and still nothing. I want to restart my phone, but the switch does not work.

Has anyone seen this issue or know how to fix?

    Thanks in advance.

I just experienced the same problem on my iPhone 7, I think it's a bug in iOS, but I am using iOS 10.0.2. Power + button low Volume allowed me to turn it off then turn it back on... Apple please fix this bug!
