• Between key frames break the Bézier handles

  Hi there, for the first time post. I'm really hoping to get an answer on this, I searched everywhere for an answer and found no one yet. So, when I create a mask (tell something rotoscoping) and I place a keyframe at the beginning of the sequence, then I place a new image key and Rotoscoping at the end of the sequence, then I try to rotoscoping between two keyframes, most (not all) the Bezier handles break so that they are are more related to each other. I want to be able to the keyframe between two key frames and all the Bézier handles permanently connected. I don't know if it's a preference thing or a bug or what, but it's DRIVING ME CRAZY. Having to move the two Bézier handles when they are broken in rotoscoping is like having to make double the quantity of work. I'd love for the handles stay connected until I actually tell them to separate. Please help me. Please, I beg you.

  Also, you can see how it goes! All you have to do is open AE, create a new layout, create a new solid layer, create a mask with Bezier handles and button mask at the beginning of the model path and then move the handles Bezier path at the end of the model as you're rotoscoping something, then go in the middle of the model and try to move the handles. TADA! Most of them broke now.

  I tried this on CC 2014 and CS6. Both do the same thing. I also tried it on another machine of people.

  It's all in how you use the tools. For rotoscoping, most of the time you will find it is more easy to use traces of Rotobezier but for traces of Bezier technique is basically the same. Use the pen tool to do all your repositioning. Do not add summits in the that you animate. Use Alt/Option keys and Ctrl/Cmnd to change the selection feather (black triangular arrow head) tool, group selection small white arrow (alt/option) to convert vertex. Feel free to use multiple masters to facilitate rotation. Do not hesitate to stabilize (no chain stabilize) the images to facilitate rotation. I also recommend doing your roto on a solid color rather than images. The solid color to multiply the value or screen sho you can see through it, and then use it as matte when finished.   My question is about text real 'monitoring' not followed with text of movement. I'm working on a title screen and I need the text in the title of discarded characters as the title fades into view. I can manipulate the value "tracking" in the window of 'Character' for everything I like, but I'm having a problem actually the animation from one value to the other (more tight at the widest). I added 2 keyframes in "Text Source" under the "text" of the text layer menu drop down but the two keyframes appear locked as "hold" key frames and it wont let me change it. As you can imagine this causes my title text pop with a value of follow-up to another rather than gradually transition.

  Please tell me what I'm doing wrong because I know that this must be something quite simple. (I'm on PC, Windows 7 using after effects CC btw, if this is important)

  You must use text and no text source try and keyframe animations.  Check the help files.

  Hi, I'm doing an rpg style character select interfaces.  What I'm trying to do is very similar to the image below. How to create a button like the stats, equipment and supplies that will each show a different image or text depending on the character you choose.   While you could create a different screen for each, a better way to do it is by a form of database.  Buttons cause the functions to be performed and functions use data resources account required to choices that are put in place.

  So if find you a particular character, a variable is assigned a value which indicates that.  This variable is then used to retrieve the data associated with the character and build the screen elements related to the options of this character.

• Time remapping key frames cause other keyframes become independent to where they are on the timeline

  Programmatic animation? You do not have keyframes by itself, you animate your object by changing its properties over time-, x, y, rotation, etc. You can do things on a frame by frame basis using an Event.ENTER_FRAME listener. If you had a clip on the stage with an instance name of "guy", we could say guy.x += 1; in an enterFrame listener and your guy will move to the right to 1 pixel by image. In the same loop, you can try to go off the stage and move him to 0 so it looks go, collisions with other objects, all what you need to.

  There are also engines of the interpolation of the animation, I like to use TweenLite. You have a logo you want to step up and fade, the center of the screen.   I think that Bill wanted to say is that some cases have a "loving" in them...

  This wasn't the problem for me, however.  I got the Seidio Innocase active which, while it came with whith case had a magnet, the case itself is not.  For some reason any case be too snug around the unit, causing my problems.  Don't know why this is, but I have heard since others have suffered ths same thing the case Seidio so that cases from other manufacturers... that's why I asked if you had a case on the device.

• Frame Animation timeline - Photoshop CC rate question

  I'm hosting a music video cc Photoshop with animation scenario at 24 fps. In a first time, playback was smooth, but now that I've gotten more deeply in the animation it plays back very nervous. When I hit play the fps indicator in the lower-left corner of the timeline goes red and jumps at a lower speed autour doing animation jumpy. This made it impossible for me to see if my reading is at the pace of the music. Is there something I can do to make smooth playback again?

  

  Photoshop needs to put all of your videos and it's fixtures in the cache to run smoothly. Usually, you play once and then it loads fully cached and normally runs twice, but that can't happen if your changes get too complicated. More complex changes, Premiere Pro is better and faster.

  For all your MovieClips that have only 1 frame, should put a stop() on this image? If you don't, flashes lose CPU looping constantly than 1 frame?

  No need of.  You can test if Flash constantly looped a single image by putting a trace here and see if it is followed at all times.

• How to adjust each layer frames so late to the selected position

  How can I drag the keyframes in the lower layers so that they are all on the final stage. When I hit play, the clip is currently shooting until the last keyframe and other layers that do that run the length disappear. How can I better fix?

  I don't know how it works if you happen be using interpolations of the most recent, but to have something else such that it was the end of its Tween I would normally just right click the last image I want to busy and choose the command "insert image."  This image would be 72 for setting that see you the/wanted.  You should get rid of any empty keyframe at the end that most of your layers seems to have.

  For example, for the layer named "layer 2, I frame 67 right click and choose 'Remove image' to get rid of the empty keyframe."  Then I'd frame 66 right click and choose "delete Tween.  Then I frame 72 right click and choose "Insert image" which should translate the content of the frame remaining frame 72 66.
