  Download and create a Windows 8.1 installation media and do a clean install of it. See creating installation for Windows 8.1 media. If your key is in the BIOS of the laptop, it will be detected automatically.

  At the end of the installation, you will be prompted to upgrade to Windows 10 and will be able to do an immediate upgrade Windows 10 without updating the Windows 8.1 installation.
