  From within the business rule component, you can't call and get additional data. All required data must be passed as part of the entry.

• Hi HP Touchsmart screen empty even not the up cursor shows, please help

  I have a HP touch smart pc, when I got to turn on tonight looks like it's going to load, but just gray screen, nothing shows at all, the cursor is not visible. I tried pressing F8 to try to start in safe mode, but nothing showed up, I then tried to load the backup disc, I could hear the disc running but nothing appears on the screen.

  I thought that I'll let you know the results of the trip to the shop for the TouchSmart.

  I didn't get no help from HP at all when I sent them an email detailing the problem, had to take the machine in the store to check out them, the opening to the top of the machine, it was found that the video card is attached to the motherboard, so to buy both, and because it is a specific element would be only able to be purchased at Hp is. Consulted on the Hp web site at a price that my machine has now been abandoned, so no parts available!

  I only got 2 years Pc, on the audit of the hp forum, it seems that it is a common problem for this touchmart this is perhaps the reason why they stopped them, no help to someone else with this problem that I don't know, but maybe I do the job for anyone else having the same problem.

  I've never used variable Calc and after reading a guide to the study, which has talked about them, I didn't really understand the benefits.

  I used the TABLE in a calc script really-cool-but-alas-not-invented-by-me do better than planning made the conversion of currency currency conversion in planning. (How's that for a run-on sentence?) It is one of the six blog posts that I'm trying and I will end it soon, I hope. I am now thrash mode. It doesn't have its uses and I'll try to remember to update this thread when I'm done.

• selected song is not the song that plays

  On some, not all, my songs I select the one is not the one who plays.  It will play music from the same album, but not the title that shows.   First I thought that it would be something in the cd that I burned.  But it happened again.  Only a few albums.  Clues?

  What I saw with Windows Media Player.

  What Internet extracted metadata for your song is a different version of the album, or the data is 'off' track number in the database of resources.

  To resolve this problem, open Windows Media Player and select the Library tab.  Make a right-click on the album of your choice, if you select Find Album Info.  There will be a delay of a few seconds.  On this screen, you can select the appropriate album, or click Edit to fix the track data.

  Once the album is corrected, remove the album from the Sansa, and then transfer the corrected on the Player version.

  You can do this if you use a Menu to launch rules in planning, any POV associated with the clicked cell is passed in the SPTR

  in the screen shot here you can see, I accessed the menu of the cell in red, I had selected a cell in the grid, period and year also would have been settled.

  In environmental assessment if you right-click the rule and select "Automate the Variables to launch" you can generate xml with the guests, guests are business rule variables, void vars do not appear in this way.

• Issue business rules - cannot associate planning in environmental assessments (11.1.2.0)

  I am facing a problem when I try to associate a rule of planning business in the EA. When I try to develop the planning node to find our application to associate, I don't see anything under the node of the planning.
  
  Another thing that is strange is that I do not see that planning has added to the location node under Administration on the view of the company, but when I go to the "Locations" tab on my business rule and try to add the same planning repeats, and I am not able to do.
  
  In addition, I'm unable to see my business rule in Planning and no wonder, it's because I'm not able to associate the business rule to my plan of implementation planning in EAS and the appropriate location is not added.
  
  I spend two other messages in the forum which discusses a similar problem and made sure I actually assigned access to myself. Also, I use an administrator account. I also tried to restart the services that they suggested in some messages of the forum and also in the document "Troubleshooting with Business rules Issues" on the Oracle Web site, but it did not help. I don't know what goes wrong and that is what I am missing which is continues to cause this problem.
  
  Please help me with your ideas and I would like to know how to solve this problem.

  Is it EPMA then you will need to use the calc Manager, if one is your request or EPMA, classical planning are you sure that you have created the application to use business rules and not Manager Calc.

• Aggregation level business rule Essbase parent for end users

  Can anyone provide me with the basis of a business rule syntax to allow end-users to operate a speedy execution to aggregate at their level of responsibility within a dimension as a cost center? So, for example, I want to allow a cost Manager Center choose its parent level cost center and then run the script only expenses cost center ROLLUP aggregation. I tried to include AGG and ordering CalcDim with various global variables to allow them to select the difficulty cost center point, but the aggregation does not produce good results. Anyone have a usable for this syntax?

  If you're just trying to agg children until the mother is even more simple, that I will assume that you are trying to wrap the company at an intermediate level

  The Idescendants command really means calculate all of the descendants of the selected member. I guess if you wanted to make it more effective you can add the level inside control

  When I'm in a business rule execution, it runs successfully, but it doesn't show any result. But when I enter that specific cell where the BR must calculate the amount any amount, then run the BR and then he shows me the required result. What can be the reason for this?

  I think that's the entire problem (a cell value) block. The BR cannot open the block automatically. In BR sorce usually used a command Set Createnonmissngblk before calculating the value.

• Initialized the planning application, but can not see business rules (scripts).

  I'm new to Hyperion and would greatly appreciate your help. I created a classic application planning White (11.1.1.3) and initialized Capex planning (Edition-> initialize capex), then created and updated database so that it appears in Essbase too. I can see the application in essbase and planning, I see the forms of data and dimensions, formula member... etc. When I opened a data form it shows me downstairs left business rules and that I can run them and select execution prompts. But when I go to the calculation Manager and select the same application, see the actual scripts, how it is designed (essentially wants to learn scripts are created, calculation and all functions) under the rules and scripts, I don't see scripts anywhere. I have tried this 4 - 5 times by creating charges new application (I also tried the workforce planning and the same problem) with a plan type, more than 1 type of plan but its market not now. Can someone please help me from your experience what could I be missing and why his watch now.
