  This is the MAC address of endpoint, in case your device the P20.  There is a breakdown of options on Page 155 of the view 4.5 Administrator's Guide but no example of MAC address.

  Once you have it configured just hope that users begin to negotiate Thin Clients and down the office (this black is faster than these blue)!

• Design - Rack Edge or Edge VLAN question

  I have Cisco UCS and Nexus 7 k gear I design, so I use this design guide:

  However, it is not totally clear on how the physical to virtual connections must be deployed.  Looking at this guide (page 11), it seems that 5 VLAN must be shared resources to each host (including the VLAN edge), and it would negate the need for a separate group of edge (or grid).  However, the same guide also speaks of a cluster of mgmt and edge and there is even a diagram (pg 13) that shows what looks like to me a host of edge.  Since both the mgmt, edge and compute clusters all share the same distributed switch, it seems that this design is indicating that there is no need for a separate edge cluster.   Does this sound right to you?

  Then the document proposed the edge VLAN to shared resources for all hosts, the VLAN Edge can simply be ignored and remain stagnant on the hosts of the calculation, thus linking the only living on the edge/edge management cluster VLAN edge elements.  He accomplishes the goal of the cluster Edge.  The edge vs no decision dashboard isn't so much on this VLAN are connected, but more info on how you plan to implement NSX and its components.

Now, Windows 8 license has expired and I don't want to upgrade to the professional version. So I tried to do a factory restore. I tried:

  1. start > enter > I can't see F11 here, there're only ESC, F1 and F12 to choose.

  2. plug USB Recovery > start > enter > F12 > I see my USB in the list > select and enter > system continue to start with Win 8.

  3. Similarly, choose F1 to enter BIOS, put my USB on the top of the boot order list > save and restart with connected USB > system continue to start with Win 8.

  The content of my usb looks like: usb.tag / winRE.wim / Boot folder (283.9 M in total). It's called imation, 1 G.

  I wonder what I can try to take the step of recovery plant. Any help will be great!

  I solved this problem by creating the boot on CD instead. Then start successfully from the CD instead of USB.

  It depends on what type of criteria you are using. A standalone solution may take 3 minutes or more.

  Having a devil of a time getting it works.

  First option is for the device to try to authenticate using Dot1X/EAP-TLS - to only the devices in the field.

I always liked using a separate strategy defined for the Mode Monitor and a separate strategy defined for the Modeof Production . Then, I used edge location to match with these conditions. For each location, I have two subgroups: one for the instructor and one for Production. This way I can move a n leave monitor mode full production by simply changing its group.

  Finally, Yes, your CWA rules must be at the bottom of your authorization of production rules.

• HP Z200: Z200 Workstation processor Upgrade - having problems

  I have a workstation Z200 has been great without any problem. It currently has the i5-660 processor installed.  A week ago, I ordered a processor Xeon X 3470 online... Which is one of the processors tested and compatible with the Z200.

  Told that the processor has been tested by a working machine and no problem.

  Received today the processor.

  So I turned off the machine, unplugged everything. Removed the old processor. Clean the radiator with the thermal compound remover. Assured that the head of the processor was impeccable.  Inspect all connection on the processor and the power outlet.  Everything checked out great.  Installed the processor, apply the thermal paste. Installed the heatsink.

  Plug everything back in and press the power button... Power led goes blue for 2 seconds... Then turns red and blurts out 5 beeps in 1 second burst. Then start again...

  I tried swapping and relocation of the ram, the same question.  I removed the video card and used the edge. same question. I turned off the unit, pulled out all the ram left it unplugged for some time, reset the cmos. Returned later plugged it all back in and still beeps.

  Tried to put in place the processor and still beeps...

  I took out the processor, new installed the old and runs like a champ!

  Any ideas on what could be the problem?

  Since the upgrade to Windows 10, I had some localization issues when using Firefox. When I search something in Google, I get only US results (we are located in the Canada). However, Chrome and Edge both show good Canadian results. I checked the location of my IP address and it shows Toronto (as it always has).

  It's only a problem since upgrade to Windows 10. When I was installing Windows 10, I know that I turned off location services because I don't trust Microsoft with any personal information. However, thinking that this might be the cause of my problems, I finally gave in and activated the service return. However, it has not fixed the problem.

Is there no way to keep the options of version 28 (mainly the position of the tab & address bar) in the updated versions? I tried the Restorer Classic theme, but it did not help. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit & Firefox 28 right now without any problem, but I guess that Firefox is progressing certain features on the old version will fail. Help please?

  Large buttons, tabs under the location bar - just above the page content 'window', but the reload and Stop / Go button cannot be moved, however. It uses a combined stop / Go button which could take a volume of little getting used to.

  IMO, much simpler than the Restorer of classic theme and no need to tinker with a large number of settings to make it look 'right', but it has a very limited ability to be changed or reconfigured.

  Windows Server 2008 network.  Printers have ip addresses. Install the drivers from the Print Manager.  /Terminal Server Workgroup installation.

  It's the same situation with XP.  The print driver names must match.  If you notice the name of the printer driver that uses XP is a name different from the one that is installed when you plug in the device on the Windows 7 computer.  This is just my assumption, please correct me if this isn't the case.

  The real solution is to install a 32-bit driver on the XP machine that uses the same name that the 64-bit driver and share a printer using this driver or find a 64-bit driver that uses the same name as the 32-bit driver installed on XP and install the driver on XP.
