Editing images/editing text on ipad pro

Just got an email to combine the project files, and drag-and - d├⌐poser to arrange pdf pages.  I just listened to the video and it says you can save to the cloud, then make the changes from your ipad anywhere.  I tried to do and not able to.  I have Adobe Reader installed on my Ipad Pro and I wanted to add/remove a saved document text.  When I select the T tool and click on where I want to make the change it brings up a text box and impossible to insert/remove the text I want to change in the sentence.

Do not use the comments. Use the editing tool.

  • Want more features on the adobe for IPAD pro Editor

    Hi all

I would like a version of adobe reader that will allow me to edit PDFs on IPAD pro. My complaints are 1) you can only highlight in yellow color and 2) you can only draw freehand in red color. I'm a through and through mac user, but like the adobe product. For what it's worth, I currently use Noteshelf because it has more options for editing files in Adobe PDF. If Adobe adds these features (or if someone can point me to a version with more options that I can buy), I would as soon as POSSIBLE.

    Thank you!

  • Why my .png image file text is not editable in Acrobat MS pro?

I have an image that contains text. I imported into Acrobat CC and tried to use the OCR, but the text get recognized, in the living text or installed in editable text blocks. OCR does not work on certain types of images?

    Good answer:

Discovered the hard way. He can't OCR white text on black background. I reversed the image in photoshop and the work done, Acrobat recognizes text!

  • Using the pencil and iPad to editing text

I'm a writer. When a piece of writing seems to 'fact', I print out and go top with a red pen for the final polishing. I carefully then enter the changes in the document (not my favorite part!). How much of this workflow can I replace via Apple pencil + iPad Pro? For example is it possible for my pencil for editing changes to a direct impact on text processing?

Even if I can't perform changes through pencil, it's cool... it would be nice to be able to see the version marked on the screen alongside the original, rather than on a sheet of paper awkwardly located on my desktop. This would also save a lot of paper! A concern: I really need to see a page of text at a time when editing. And if I need to compress the text and/or shrink the police for a page on the iPad, that would leave little white space in the doc for the seizure of the changes with the pencil (I own the 9.7 "iPad Pro, not that big).

I was not able to identify word processing (Word, Pages) programs that allow pencil marks.

I use Pages on my Pro iPad 9.7 "and my Macbook Pro. In the lower right corner of the version of the iPad, it is the symbol of 'paragraph' (on the keyboard, the upper right corner). Place the cursor where you want to make a change. Tap the paragraph symbol and go to 'comments '. Make a notation of the change on your iPad Pro. It will highlight the word about change. Open the document on your Mac. The highlighted part where you need to change is there.

I may be able to make this clearer with screenshots. Let me know if you need!

The error message says "The Application from HP could not save the file to the specified location."

I tried to save in various different locations with the same result.

I can save other formats including PDF and normal images.

    Hello

Right click on the start icon and select programs and features.

Locate the I.R.I.S OCR application and uninstall it.

Then download and run the latest drivers for your printer below:

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/softlib/software13/Printers/OJ871/OJ8710_Full_WebPack_1881.exe

Once the installation is displayed, close the specified window.

Then, right click the button start and select run.

type %temp%, and then press OK.

Open the last HP installation folder that begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
    Open the optional folder.
Right-click on IrisOCR.msi (Windows Installer), then choose install.

Once this is done, open the HP software and try to scan the image, you can see any difference?

  • Edition and sending of the docs of transcend usb with iPad pro

    Hello

I have the smaller iPad Pro, key onboard and transcend usb. I work a lot overseas and I'm Editor. I have all my work files on usb transcend that I use in my PC in my office. From the PC I can change all of the files stored on the usb transcend and re-record - it's the simaple. Now here I am away from the office and want to be able to do the same thing on th iPad. This seems to be far from simple.

I've resorted to sending the images separately by e-mail, but my designers like files to send in lots of 5 - normally I use wetransfer, but this option doen't appear to be available directly from the usb. Can someone hel please?

I'm starting to think that I should have saved money and bought a small tablet of Windows!

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Elaine

Your question seems to dive in the 'how' I make things (for example, using USB, which does not exist on an iPad).  Like the people you work with don't use Apple hardware, I suggest you reorient your thinking to 'what' to do (for example, transfer [something, perhaps of the images and/or files] to my creators).

    First of all

    eperrigot wrote:

This can be true and doesn't really matter since the iPad has a lightning connector and not a USB port.  However, the App Store verification reveals that in fact there is an app available for the iPad wetransfer (at least in the United States):

    https://iTunes.Apple.com/us/app/WeTransfer/id765359021?Mt=8

If one of your colleagues have Apple gear, there are easier ways to transfer work.  There are also plans to improve the iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) applications that run on your iPad to enable real-time collaboration.  These plans have been announced to Apple product announcement on 7 September.  In my opinion, that they would even offered to owners of non-Apple products that use iCloud.

  • I cannot edit text in a PDF - any help?

I have a PDF brochure that I'm changing some of the text, but I'm in trouble I've ever had before.

I will open the PDF file, select the Touch Up text tool and go to text that needs a few changes. I will highlight the text, but when I start typing, I get a message saying:

All or part of the selection has no available system fonts. Cannot add or remove text using the selected font.

I will try then to recognition of OCR text-> recognize text using OCR, but this message:

Acrobat cannot run recognition (OCR) on this page because:

    This page contains renderable text.

I tried to convert it into an XML, convert it to PDF and fixed text. I will highlight the text and click on delete, but nothing happens. I'll try to add text and type it shows nothing type. The cursor moves as he types, but nothing does not display or change.

Is that what all this makes any since? Is there something on it? How can I make this PDF so I can change the text?  I have Acrobat Pro.

    Thanks for any help,

  • Shadow appears when you try to edit text

Hello! I received a .pft document I have to translate into another language.

I downloaded a trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, since it's something I've never done before. I opened the document without any problem. The text have no shadow. Whenever I try to edit the text, a shadow appears.

The document is confidential, so I can't share the document of hole. However, I can show some of the text:

    sWUvflN.png

It comes from before that I'm trying to change it. Let's put an 'x' in front of the letter:

    mgJjwds.png

And the shadow appears. The only way I can fix it right now, is to move the text, then mark the shadow, press DELETE and move text to where he was. Is there an easier way? Is there a way I can disable the shadows?

I really hope someone here can help me, because what is happening to all text in the document (20 pages), and it's really annoying.

Thank you in advance: thank you!

    Hi stighetl,

It is difficult for me to tell from the screenshots, but it looks like the first image, there is a slight shadow. Please see if this hits the mark: How to edit text with a shadow without distorting?

In any case, since you have so much text to change, I would actually make this change in the source document (if you can get that). Otherwise, you can export your Acrobat of PDF into a Word document (file > save as other > Microsoft Word > Word Document), clean it in Word, and then recreate the PDF file.

    Best,

  • AiO want 7645: Impossible to analyze editable text

This newly purchased printer. which is supposed to come with ROC to enable analysis of editable text (Word), is not that.  Online and CD resources are proved to be unnecessary.  How can I activate the editable text (Word) scan?

    Hello
The software provided for your device does not include OCR functionality
