Try to close Photoshop Elements, access the MACINTOSH HD\Library\Application Support\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\9.0\Locale\en-US\ and delete the MediaDatabase.db3 file.   tmsng db contains all meetings scheduled, which was planned until you tell people don't not to plan more due to the upgrade. ;)

  I run sql server on virtual machines and tms and just take a snapshot of the two just before upgrading. Have had no problems with upgrades for which is scheduled meetings.

  I tried to install After Effects CS4 upgrade (pc, 6.5 standard). He accepts the new serial number, said while my old serial number is not valid. Apparently it contains only 20 characters instead of 24.

  I just moved house and all my stuff is in stock, so I can't lay my hands on the box to check the number out there, but the coming of the number on screen for my current AE is only 20 characters long-someone ' one can tell me if their number on the screen is shorter than that of the case?

  I could have sworn that I registered this product and my copy of Photoshop, but are such emerging saved... I contacted support and they say that I need to check the case of jewel - can't argue with that, really, but I try to work if I want to access my stuff in stock... is worth a lot of hassle to discover the case only has a 20 digit code too.

  Anyone got any help/ideas/suggestions?

  The serial number listed on the box about clips the last 4 digits. You will need to find the original package to install. I'm sorry. There is a chance customer service can search your old information, but I'm not 100% sure if they can or not.

  I assume you mean that you run Windows in a virtual machine such as Parallels? If so, the machine virtual peut must be updated.

  Photoshop 2015.5 CC is a major version update it will install completely separate from the current version of Photoshop CC (version 2015.1.2) and have a separate plug-ins folder.

  Then, you must reinstall all of your Plugins, check the Web site or updates to plugins manufacturer and install your plugins.
