  If your running windows make sure you have the latest device driver for your graphics card installed.  All entries must be selected and be on a black background, but you should be able to see is that the text.

  Do you know what data they are collecting? I suspect that what they perceive is material that they can and must know you already in order to be able to send your data successfully between you and everything what you Internet service use, whether a Web site, a server messaging or anything else.

  In any case, it's data outside of the control of Thunderbird. Who sent a message that they sent to and when they sent these are all essential parts of your email routing.

  If you get a network connection, if you can get X 11 to talk, she must be the connection TCP/IP and TCP protocol provides a reliable transfer.

  Just checking, but you know that OS X is NOT X 11 as its windowing technology.  You can use XQuartz for X 11 using a Unix or Linux system.  But you won't be able to say a typical application for Mac that his DISPLAY server is more about it another system.  The best you can do with OS X is use screen sharing to display applications running on the remote system.

  I have a HP Officejet which was working fine, then all of a sudden not. When I try to print, I get an error "unable to connect to the printer, will try again in 30 seconds." I deleted the printer several times and added in my preferences, so my iMac can see the printer, but when it comes to print to it, is not going to see it.

  In addition, I have no problem, print on it to my MacBook Pro, nor fact my wife on her MacBook.

  If I type the IP address in a browser on any other device including my iPhone, I can reach HP diagnostics and configuration screen, but my iMac just times out.

  You need not Vista or Windows 7 hard disk replacement to install the Windows 8 Preview of consumer. Instructions that you mentioned are for the "setup" file, which is different then download ISO.

  When you make an installation ISO DVD, it is bootable and you can use it with a hard drive completely empty.
