Elements 8 video audio sync problems on burn

My apologies if this is the wrong place / way to go on this issue, but maybe someone can redirect my question to the correct place, if this is not the right path to follow on that - after a lot of research, I can't find answers on other posts / comments.

I am runing Elements 8 and have had experiences format / accidents other noted. However, I kept fighting and developed a project simply consising of DV video and standard photos (jpg) with musical sound appropriate as support (mp3).

When I now have all produced a DVD to work, in all other aspects, as I intended, my last frustration relating to audio and video of specific clips are not synchronized. While the audit and the video appears in perfect sync when played through the timeline once the burning process is complete when played as a result out of sync (by more than a second in some cases). This out of sync can be observed when the TS file is executed in windows media player before the file is burned on a DVD (so not a problem of the burn DVD I guess).

This would indicate that this is not the DV download process that is involved, but the burning process (I burn on a file, first). I was initially background rendering (knew I had a choice) but to burn it later did pass this off but having no significant impact. It doesn't seem to be all the clips, but a number of them (they are all from the same source).

I'm running a pretty good system with an Intel i7, 8 GB ram and am running vista (not a strength of the system!).

Any suggestions as to why the desynchronization appears as a result of the burning process would be welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Steve

I'm not an expert on the phase of creation in the Meadow, but here's what's happening again and many other programs complete creation:

When we had imported assets, related to Menus and all other navigation settings, they will burn (file, Image or disc). According to what has been imported, still takes the size of the selected drive and is studying the assets. If necessary, it will be to Transcode the active movement to MPEG-2 and mux the video and Audio. It will create transcode files for this purpose. These are then left in the media Cache. Once completed this transcoding, yet then assembles materials in the order of DVD-video and written the necessary files, like the VOB. These are then written to a folder wrapped in an ISO file or burned directly on the disc. According to what is done, these files will not be abandoned on the computer after the burn process. Fact.

It's just a theory: If PrE follows very closely to this workflow, if perhaps happened by transcoding, say for a burning earlier and then make changes to the project, it could be that PrE is always trying to use these transcodes older files and that it is not picking up the changes made to the project. This can happen in still, and clean the media Cache takes care of it. Links to these previous transcode files may be messed up. Something like that could happen here - maybe not exactly the same, but similar.

Still has a process of toolbar to clean or remove the media Cache. I don't know if the pre is similar, but do not think it does. Perhaps someone who knows what is the process of creating "under the hood", about PRE, can offer some thoughts. Steve? RTA? Anyone?

I will also burn a small project in pre (something that I have to admit that I did only once, as I still use it) and just see what files are created and where they are created, before the physical burn.

Thanks for your comment and happy that you got this synchronization "online!"

    Hello

    I have a video app that I'm building - and before I used FMS and TCP connections for the video. Now, wait to be much lower than with UDP latency, I implemented in my application and stratus as capable server RTMFP UDP. I used the video phone sample application tutorial a simple sendStream and receiveStream for video.

    However, unlike the application hosted itself, example my audio and video are completely out of sync - 4 seconds! I tried to look at the sample code to see if there was any special settings that have been made. I have found none.

    My questions:

    1 adobe there special settings in their hosted example application? If so, what are they?
    2 are there timing issues known with the help of RTMFP connections for video?
    3. what other also problems of audio video synchronization to face someone?
    4. If none of the above is true, what do you think are my mistakes? Please let me know if I need to add information to answer this question.

    with RTMFP, video and audio can go out of sync if your stream flow exceeds the capacity of your network. video is currently being sent with a reliability of 100%, so once it has queued for transmission, it will be sent (eventually). video is lower priority audio, so audio gets dibs on the capacity of your network. If the video stream flow is higher than what is appropriate for your network (after audio), video data will be back until its send buffer is filled, new images of the camera will stop to have captured him. in steady state, this may look like a multi-seconde shift between video and audio.

    try to lower your rate/quality video so that it fits in your network quality. video and audio should remain synchronized.

    with RTMP, there is a buffer of network transmission (TCP) for all parts of your stream (audio & video). When you have enough bandwidth, the TCP buffer will fill up eventually and video images will stop at been taken into account to compensate. so while the audio and the video might stay synchronized, the total end to end latency will increase. When you use RTMFP, the audio and video have stamps of independent transmission, so in the event of insufficient network resources, audio of the highest priority should be faster but the video can be left behind.

  • Audio sync problems

    I am a wedding videographer who has a few months ago, from FCP to the PrPro CS5. I am currently working on a wedding ceremony where I have some audio synchronization problems. I filmed the wedding with 3 cameras high definition. The video was filmed all HDV 29.97, with 32-bit audio 48000khz. In addition, I used microphones tie for the spouse and the officer, each record to a device in the WMA format. I used "free mp3 wma converter" (which may be part of the problem!) to convert the WMA in 480000khz 32-bit WAV files. After using HDV Split to ensure that there are no breaks, I have imported/captured everything in first CS5. Once I dropped everything in the timeline panel, I find the part in every audio layer where the officate said thank you, "you can be sitting." I created markers not numbered to the exact frame that starts and all the video layers 3 and 5 audio layers becomes synchronized. However, when I scroll further down the timeline, something badly screwed up and I don't know if it's the video w / audio layers, or if this is WMA files that I have converted to WAV. Any help would be great!

    There are several discussions on the use of a separate Audio recorder and the OOS issues. Much discussion was provided by a few of us "old-timers," who bemoaned how things were to be, when the movie camera was attached to the Nagra, and could be configured to provide synchronization of Crystal, but that does not seem possible today with our great digital equipment. Should be easy, but it is a difference in "clocks".

    Hope just to get this straight, as I blew it away last wire - one single user with Zoom Audio recorder has found that the Audio derived from 100.3%, used if just the Stretch tool w / maintain Pitch to address that. It took experimentation, but when he found the % correct, it fixed everything.

    For questions of a general nature OOS, this ARTICLE could offer some advice, but in the end, I think finding the % of drift, will fix everything for you and with this same equipment, will still work. Test now will be dividend in the future.

    For some additional information, I search on this forum for 'sync' and maybe filter the_wine_snob (me), or Jim Simon and read. Jim is the user who found the exact % that was disabled, as well as sound equipment made of marriages.

    Good luck

  • Sony XBR-55X850D audio sync problem with Xbox One S

    Recently bought a new Sony X850D 55 '' TV, it's my 3rd Sony TV the past 10 years, and the first I had a problem with.

    I use the TV mostly for games on my Xbox One S, but have found that there is some dramatic audio synchronization problems. The sound coming out behind what is displayed on the screen (IE. Close door, sound audible is later). Xbox is connected to the TV via HDMI to input 1. I also have a bar of his (CT380) connected via HDMI output HDMI-4 ARC.

    I tried with and without the Soundbar without result. 3 different cords HDMI do nothing. Using my old Xbox One compared to the new One S has no difference. Question was not present on my old Sony TV. Tried with ClearAudio on and out, no change. I can't find all the parameters of sound synchronization in both of the TV, bar, or Xbox.

    Running Version 5.1.1

    Thank you

    Jerome,

    I could solve my problem using HDMI from the Xbox to the sound bar HDMI then another sound to the TV bar.

    Thanks for the good help!

  • Video/external audio sync problems

    So I recorded the video of playing me the guitar and record audio to a separate computer, to be imported and synced up in post pro. My problem lies in the fact that audio and video are not synchronized rising due to my ability to cut and move the audio into a single framework. I have disabled the function of hanging, but it doesn't seem to help. It's a little less or just past a perfectly synchronised result. Can I trim/move the audio inside of Premiere Pro or what I have to guess and to restore the cut sound by 1/4 of a second by that it is disabled?

    For any question, please ask! I usually work in Cubase where publishing is going so deep as milliseconds and samples, so you can see where it's just a little frustrating... Thanks for any help =)

    In the properties of the program monitor (menu from the top to the bottom right), click on "Show time audio units", this should allow you to edit sample level and milli seconds, you can choose in the settings of the sequence. Even without that, you should be able to get audio through a frame, 1/30 sec.

  • How can you fix audio sync problems when editing DVD of imemories

    When I import video imemories on dvd in Adobe Premiere, the sound is out of sync. Have a fix for this?

    What format files are imemories give you? You can do a scan with the free utilities GSpot or MediaInfo (Google for download source) and post their results here.

    The smallest unit by which you can manually adjust the audio track in the MEADOW is a single image. To do this, you right-click the track and loosing audio / video, then do drag the left/right audio if necessary (or use the shortcut (Adobe Premiere elements 11 * using default shortcuts) to shift the).

    See you soon,.

  • audio sync problem and cc animate animation

    1. more audio / timeline that includes a slide, most animations will play out of sync because the blade continues to play. the animation seems to be trolling the audio at the end of the slide.

    Executives jump script is certainly a problem, but I have ways around it without having to cut the audio. Suppose you want to trigger a code engine animation after 2 seconds of frame skipping, and you want to stop jumping images after 10 seconds, this kind of approach works well (this example is 24 frames per second, changing 24-other values for other frame rates):

    var starttime is createjs. Ticker.getTime ();

    var firstframe = this.currentFrame;

    createjs. Ticker.setfps(25) (24);

    createjs. Ticker.addEventListener ("tick", movealong);

    self = this;

    setTimeout (CodeAnim, 2000);

    setTimeout(AtEnd,10000);

    This.Stop ();

    function movealong() {}

    var = now createjs. Ticker.getTime ();

    var f = Math.floor ((now-starttime) / 1000 * 24 + firstframe)

    self.gotoAndStop (f);

    }

    function CodeAnim() {}

    set the animation code course

    }

    function AtEnd() {}

    createjs. Ticker.removeEventListener ("tick", movealong);

    }

  • Problem with Windows Media Player Audio sync DivX playback in full screen

    Hello

    I have found lately that when playing videos on Windows Media Player divx mode full screen audio is out of sync.  If the video is played in window mode, there is no problem.  I had no such problem in the past, but now for about 1 month or so, I have this problem.

    I have fitted iq508a to vista 64-bit, with the latest drivers delivered HP installed (using the HP update utility)-does anyone else have this same problem too?

    Thanks in advance

    I can't believe! I solved the problem with this problem of video audio sync during playback in full screen!

    While watching the Pineapple Express, I thought WTF I'll take another closer look at this, and while they were smashimg their cell phones so that they could not be found by triangulation, (don't ask - u just I have to watch - stoner movie )...

    in any case, I looked under tools options in WMP.  I unchecked the option on the performance tab "use video smoothing"-the video as reloaded and bingo! everything in harmony!

    BTW, I checked my another PC running Vista 32 bit and the option ' use video smoothing ' also exists and it is checked if this seems to be a problem with WMP works on Vista 64 bit or running desktop Touchsmart of WMP... In case I am much happier now...

  • Audio video sync problem!

    Hi members,

    This is my first post so any suggestion is welcome.

    I've been using plural eyes with premiere pro but evertime I take the audio sync and video in first pro my aidio goes away after a day or two. You have any suggestions how to avoid this problem right now that I have a very large project and the deadline is very short. I can not afford lose sound and follow the workarounds of thw as xml export and save the project in sequels as mentioned in the number of threads. I have to use many third-party plugins that could go offline during this operation. I can't use multicam in CC because there are many clips and audio is recorded with an outdoor terrace. So the only optiin is to use the plural eyes who gave me so much pain in the past. Please suggest any workflow through which I can use the plural eyes and my audio keeps in the timeline panel.

    Thanks in advance.

    Xavier.

    Hi Xavier,.

    Welcome to the forums.

    Please launch the pro cc first and go to the window > extensios > adobe exchange site. Once the Exchange is launched click the tab and search for connector pluraleyes all the. Install the connector and close the first pro. Run it again and again to go to the same path window > extensions and you'll notice a plural eyes option in there. Click on this option and it will give you option choose plural eyes sequence synchronized. Please check the workflow of thia and update if it works for you. I have not tried this but suggested to someone and it was working fine. Hope this works for you as well.

    Happy editing!

    Kind regards

  • Sync music audio with video Audio PE10

    Hello.

    I'm new to first 10 elements (Changed from Corel to Adobe, so I am not new to video editing, but I'm not used to PE10).

    I shoot a lot of girls, circus performances, very often I find music number used when running and that merging with the audio video in the project.

    But I have a problem of synchronization of music of the audio track on the video with the separate music track.

    To clarify: I want to Audio tracks running at the same time, so that I keep the beat and the whisteling from the audience, but to get the best quality music from the external file merged with the music in the music-video-audio.

    Y at - it a special tool or someone can help me with a special technique?

    Cordially Settemand

    There is no trick or a special tool for this, Settemand. You just need to zoom in on the timeline and align the waveforms on the two tracks.

    It will help if you can spot a clear sound on the waveform - as a loud bang or drum - which allows you to align the two clips.

    "I ENCOUNTERD CE WHEN BURNING YEAR MP3 AUDIO CD AND NOW I wanted TO KNOW WHY IT WON'T WORK THAT IS THE CODE POPPING up" Windows Media Player has encountered a problem when burning the file to disk ' WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM

    Hello MactabardX,

    I try and remove Windows Media Player and then reinstall it.
    Uninstalling and reinstalling Windows Media Player:
    Step 1.
    Uninstalling Windows Media Player:
    1. go to start and in the search type "Turn Windows willing or not.
    2. click on "Turn Windows features on or off".
    3. search for multimedia and uncheck the brand in the face of Windows Media Player.
    4 restart the computer

    Step 2.
    Reinstall Windows Media Player:
    1. go to start and in the search type "Turn Windows willing or not.
    2. click on "Turn Windows features on or off".
    3. find the multimedia functions and place a check mark in front of the Windows Media Player.
    4 restart the computer.

    If you encounter problems with Windows Media Player, try to use the Troubleshoot utility to see if that fixes the problem.

    Open the troubleshooting Windows Media Player settings Troubleshooter by clicking the Start button, then Control Panel. In the search box, type troubleshooting, and then click Troubleshooting. Click View all, and then click the Windows Media Player settings.

    If the size of the .wmv files is too large, it can cause Windows Media Player to stop working.

    I try and remove videos from Windows Media Player library and test to see if the size of the files could be a problem.

    If please reply back and let us know if these steps helps.

  • Yet Sync problem

    Hello

    I have a series of 6 projects Blu - Ray, one which was made as a 'model' that I could use to fall into a new audio/video files and simply use, chapter markers by moving them slightly.

    3 output Blu - Ray look good, but the other three have synchronization problems.  The end of the disc, the video is much earlier then the audio.

    The timeline consists of a long (ac3) audio file and a long video (m4v).  An underlying question is that the AC3 file coded first off was shorter than the video. I did a stretch of rate and re-exported.  In the still, I have the original audio and video file stretched, and they look and hear very well with the audio in sync.

    Despite the fine search in Encore, the operation of Generation' leads to audio files that derives.  For example, at the end where it is encouraging (the content is a sporting event), you can consider the teams celebrating on the video until they are actually announced the winners of the event.

    Other operations three build led discs which were good.  The encoding of the first has been done on different computers between builds successful or not, but all settings appear identical.

    Any thoughts on how I can be able to approach this, preferably without re-encoding the video of three events?  There are a ton of projects more that I have to the author, it may be an ideal configuration of H.264 Blu - Ray first which would avoid this problem?  I'm encoding 720 p 59.94 as H.264 Blu - Ray so it still takes a few minutes to create the disc, no transcoding required.

    Added: Alternatively, does anyone know if I can add just the two original files again, with the audio file showing about 4 seconds shorter than the video, and still will compensate during the creation of the disc?  I tried this and it looks good, but I can't tell if sync is spot image by image (there is no "talking heads" or other content which is conducive to see if the timing is accurate).

    I thank very you much.

    Hello

    Thanks for the reply; It turns out it was a false alarm in Power DVD 9.  Long story short, everything is consistent between 6 different discs with regard to compatibility.

    Audio sync issue re-emerged with a new batch of content, we set up, very frustrating.  The cause seems to be the audio brevity as exported from first (first thread below with more information):

    Re: Premiere Pro H.264 Blu - Ray short Audio length

    On the even side of things, it seems just inconsistent in the way it handles the generation Blu - Ray files to ac3 and m4v H.264 Blu - Ray files.
