  Our team has worked on RoboHelp 7 for awhile now. I recently joined the team and they asked me to work on RoboHelp 8 and give them a presentation on the same. I downloaded a version of RoboHelp 8 and installed track.

  You wouldn't necessarily be aware of problems during installation. Have you checked precisely with your IT that they do not store your profile on the network. This bit is important.

  Then try http://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/installing/installing.htm and see the problem facilities section. A link help with installs that have failed and the other more deeply than the programs own uninstall routine removes facilities. You may need to reinstall for RevoUninstaller work.

• First fall of 12 elements, all saved data lost on a new project.

  I was working on a short project that had many video and audio clips. About 3 hours in the first project elements 12 crashed. Now, it will not open the saved data.   Thanks for the update and glad you are moving in your project of first Elements. But...

  Remember... you use first items 12/12.1 on Windows 7 32-bit. Under this condition, first elements 12 or 12.1 runs as an application 32 bit with all the limitations of a 32-bit system, namely maximum supported installed RAM = 4 GB which usually 3.2 to 3.0 GB or less available. This has major implications related to the chance for the greater realization of a project. First 12 elements is a 64-bit application in Windows ONLY when it is run on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 64-bit. Under this condition, first 12 elements can take advantage of the 64-bit like application resources for these most important project at a greater frequency of success.

  Initially, you said that you were able to complete with success similar to the problem project projects under the existing conditions. At any time you mention no memory low message.

  The difficulty that seems to work for you involves virtual memory not physical memory (RAM). Virtual memory is disk space allocated for purposes of memory.  In view of recent developments, it would seem that the real difficulty for you is to install your first items 12/12.1 on Windows 7 64 bit with about 8 GB installed RAM. I'll go in a further analysis of virtual and physical memory and the/3 GB switch if necessary.

  Nice that you found a way forward in your projects (this is fine), please review and consider the foregoing.

  Have you ever tried to delete the iMovie preferences?  Elements of the user interface if it does not respond or cause accidents, deleting preferences frequently you contribute.

  To delete the iMovie preferences leaving iMovie, runs, and then press and hold options and command key at the same time, at the launch of iMovie. Keep now pressed the buttons firmly until you see a command prompt to remove the preference. Confirm.

  Please check if there is a section of configuration as below in Web\npd\web.config.

  And you have a config\Core\EqtUIModelDefinitions.xml file? If so, there could be error in there.

  1 save your last project of ALL.
  Click FILE > save project under > give it a name of file > select where the project should be saved to. The project will be registered as (file name). MSWMM

  2 RE: New project.
  As long as you have an empty window of WMM, you don't have to go file > new project. It's a waste of time.
  Straigt go to the IMPORT section.

  Yes and no. You can always import the movie file in WMM and do some editing.
  But it won't be as easy as having a MSWMM (registered) imported to WMM.

• Photoshop Mix and Fix crashes when I try to open a new project

  I got a new Pro 9.7 "iPad yesterday.

  Work on old projects works end up until I try to create a new project or add a new image.

  Whenever I wan't to create a new project or add a new image by selecting + the two apps,mixture of Photoshop and Fix, breaks down (always send the report).

  -J' uses iOS 9.3.1

  -everything is updated / delete / re-installed

  -J' checked access to the Photoshop Mix and fix it to the photo/film for iPad

  -even created another test account

  nothing has worked so far.

  With your help, I found the solution. In the camera to the iPad, I found an old folder without a name (with the name "null"). After deleting it, everything worked without any problems.

• Photoshop crashes when I start/open a new project

  So everytime I open Photoshop everything is fine and dandy. then I click Open a project or start a new it crashes. I tried to fix my disconnection and billing information and back in but nothing has changed. I called and told them and they said to reset my preferences, then I did. nothing has been fixed. So now I don't know what to do, but this post. Happened 2 days now. and I am super excited that im paying for a product that I can not use and I'll have to pay for it for a whole year, it really pisses me and I would like an answer as soon as POSSIBLE.

  If screw up your Photoshop preferences don't work try to install PS using the Cloud creative application, run Adobe Cleaner and install PS again.

  If this does not work, try opening as a new user, if that works, it can mean that you have a conflict with a plugin or something.

  I use first Elements 7 with Windows 8. It works great, when it works, but I regularly get an error message, ' Sorry year error has occurred "and closing the program automatically. This product only when I open it and choose to open a new project or an existing one. Once a project is opened I have no problem using it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but I still get the error message very often. I was wondering if it was because it is not compatible with Windows 8.

  Please try to run first elements 7 in compatibility mode.

  Right click on first elements 7 and click Properties.

  Click on the tab compatibility and check the option "Run this program in compatibility mode" and choose the operating system such as Windows XP.

• Error opening HR 8 of the draft

  When I'm working in my HR project, after a few minutes, I get an error that HR 8 has encountered an error and needs to close. I can open a new project of "sample" and work with it without errors, so it makes me think that it is something in the project itself, rather than other one. When I started the problem, I tried to import a word .doc file. I have deleted this project file, but I still get the error message. Any help would be appreciated!

  Thank you all for your suggestions. I ended up remove all the project files, and then adding them back 1 at a time, until I identiifed the record of delinquency and then finally to identify the corrupted file.

• Mocha AE CS6 open new projects

  Evening (or morning/afternoon) ladies and gentlemen,

  Just having a few problems when opening a new project in Mocha AE CS6. I opened my AE project file, highlighted the clip I want to follow and moved to Animation > track in Mocha AE. Mocha loads without problems, but it is hanging on the window below. No matter how many times I click 'Ok', the clip will not always open, and the window remains there. I can click on 'Cancel', but obviously that just cancels the clip to open in mocha.

  

  I've never had this problem before, so I'm puzzled as to why it happens. Someone knows why!

  It could be codec issues. Mocha is more picky than AE. Have you used these clips front with Mocha.

  Here's what I'm running:
  Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1, fully updated to 04/10/2012
  New installation of Firefox 11. No add-on enabled following troubleshooting.

  For starters, this has happened since Firefox 10 or more. A couple of months now.

  I am able to open Firefox. My modules worked (ABP, Flashblock, ABP Element Hiding Helper, IETAB2, Downthemall, Greasemonkey, extension of 4chan) had no problem. Firefox is defined and has been fixed for the past two years as my default browser.

  But since about 10 or so, maybe Firefox before, if I opened a session of Firefox and any other application attempts to open a session in a new window, I get the Firefox is already running but not responding do not error. »

  I tried to follow the advice of already posted troubleshooting (glance to parent.lock files left [no date], several sessionstore.js [no date] files, create a new user profile, has tried to erase the 'read only' permission in windows 7, but as soon as it is cleared, only read permission back.)

  As a last resort, I deleted the Firefox folder, the directory %APPDATA%/Mozilla in its entirety and then used CCleaner to remove all references to Firefox in the windows registry, and then made a complete re - install, without extensions installed right now.

  I checked the preferences and have the option "open new windows in a new tab" checked. The problem persists without worrying if this option is checked or not. This problem persists in or out of safe mode, even with the new facility.

  Test case:

  All cases:
  Firefox is selected as the default browser for windows 7

  Case 1: Log in to firefox. Use any other program that is trying to open a link to their Web site in a new window browser or the new browser session. "Firefox is already running" error

  Case 2: Open a firefox session. Right click on Firefox in the taskbar. Select 'open in new window '. "Firefox is already running" error

  Case 3: Open a session of firefox. Select the Firefox Menu > new tab > new window. In fact, a new window opens.

  This is the only method of opening a new window in the same browser session or profile that actually works on my system. Attempting to open a browser session from the task bar "open new window dialog" or opening a new window while a current window/session is running will not open firefox in a new window or a new tab in the current session. The "Firefox is already running, but is not responding" error will occur every time.
  

  Make sure that you do not start Firefox with the - No.-remote switch or have defined the MOZ_NO_REMOTE = 1 environment variable (Control Panel > system > advanced > environment variables).
