  There is no download available for version 3 I know - version 9 is the most ancient available offered by Adobe.  Serial numbers are valid only for the version that they were purchased for.

  Add on... I have a laptop connected via HDMI to a smart TV. Duplicate is resolved. And, I have no problem with sound appear to come from TV...   Did you check help-> updates to see if they are available? You probably don't have the latest version of Camera Raw that was compatible with Photoshop elements 12 installed.

  Where are you looking for in organizing elements 13/13.1 that you do not see Edit Menu/preferences /-media analysis that you do not see the options of AutoAnalzyer.
