EliteBook 8560p: Elitebook 8560p reset password did not work

Hello world

My topic is a 8560p with a "power on password" Elitebook

I contacted HP and received the email of instructions with MSC file. However, I couldn't make it work. HP send me the file and we checked the vey carefully.
The system came back with "MSC command failure" which may be caused by the time/date setting, which is not common because the RTC battery has been disconnected. The USB box > 2 GB, Fat32, UUID, USB 2.0 port everything is correct.

But I can't get the settings of date and time because of power blocks - the password me.

HP found they did their best and I need to order a new motherboard.
Is it possible to get these time/date settings? Or is there another solution to change the motherboard?

Problem solved.

I replaced with a new bios chip and the system works perfectly.

Thanks for the reply.
