EliteBook folio 9470 m: folio 9470 m amber and white power light

Hello. The power (Flash) light flashes on the Elitebook Folio 9470 m white and Orange. Also the power button lights up. What could be the problem and how to solve this problem?

Happy thanksgiving. After taking the keyboard in bulk, I found 2 cables may not have been installed properly. After the connection of the keyboard to the right way it started right. So if someone has the blinking orange and white lightning bolt check keyboard connections. Hope this tip helps. Thank you all. Thank you to our military units serve us all over the world.
