I have to send my macbook air to the shop to have the replaced trackpad. How can I protect my information confidential, since I have all my passwords and confidential numbers in notes and other documents. If I have encrypt all with safe will be able to fix my mac?
I was able to have the screen replaced on my MacBook Air with FileVault - active but I don't know if this applies to all situations

Last month, Adobe somehow has not received my automatic membership via PayPal payment, even if the PayPal transaction has been completed, and the funds have been removed and delivered (I have documentation that Adobe don't want to watch).
I used the support available to me - a poor attempt at a service of cat - nothing works. The representative was informed of the situation and proceeded to charge me for the service once again, even though I told them I had already been charged, and it was a mistake on their part. Now I have an another $49.99 charge on my account. So that re - activate my subscription, it wasn't what I asked. When I contacted PayPal about this, their response was to cancel my subscription, completely, but still no refund my second count (they also have a system of foreign aid, under normal)... Now, I'm in the 'warning' of 30 days period before my service is completely turned off and not sure if I want to trust Adobe to my money, once again. I contacted my bank - that should be a last resort, but I guess that is where I am, now. They are willing to work with me, because I can pick up the phone and explain the situation to them. Why I can't do this with Adobe?
My last option is to take advantage of free legal assistance for my company and sue Adobe for $49.99, which seems silly, until you realize that it's free, and Disney has AMAZING lawyers at our disposal. Is this really necessary? Why am I put through so much aggravation due to the error of Adobe? If I return, I would expect compensation for my trouble. At least a few months of free service for the overload and my months of unrest. Otherwise, affinity looking really tempting...

I can't download the updates of windows from 08/10/16 - the latest downloads on 08/02/16. I did a full scan with McAfee & there is no problem in that. Make sure that the following services are listed and started.
in "search programs and files" type "services" (without the quotes). In the results, click on 'services' and the services window should open. Make sure that the following is listed and started:
Background Intelligent Transfer Service
The base filtering engine
Cryptography Service
DCOM Process Launcher service
Remote procedure call (RPC)
RPC end point mapper
Windows Modules Installer
Windows Update
IF it's trying to make an update and the foregoing is listed and running, then try this fixit - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/971058 to see if it helps.
PS - if one of the services above are not listed, or is listed but not start, then see if you can update your antivirus program and run a scan full to see if it detects malicious software. Then, run the fixit above.

My question is this. I have 5 unity servers that use this service account in any area, which includes Europe and the United States. If I change the password in AD all services will continue to work with the old password as long as they have not restarted with the old password? I know I need to change the password for each service that uses the account and then restart the unit, but since AD taking so long to reply, I was hoping to change the password of the account one day and then the next day or even longer when I have planned for my failure, I can then change the password for the services on each server and then restart the unit and make sure that replication is complete and the services start again with the new password.
I think as long as I do not have to restart services can I change the password of the service account in AD a day or two before I schedule my outage can I change the password for all services, and then restart the unit. I know that I can force replication, but it would be nice to be able to change it in advance as long as it is not flexible, whatever it is. Even force the replication takes a lot of time in our environment and I want to be sure, can I change well in advance without having a negative impact.
