Remote support

I have a Dell and a friend has a Dell. The two are (not portable) pc. Can I register and she signed at the same time to allow me to 'see and control' his pc in order to fix his pc?

Remote assistance is available only if you have Vista professional/Ultimate Edition, not the House. The best way to handle this is rather to useTeamViewer . MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

    (1) you must configure your computer to use the remote control - see here:

Original title: I need a real Geek Tech that can remote access to my computer to fix all the errors at a reasonable cost. Does anyone know any service like this?

I have at least 10 drivers obsolete. Problems with the SVChost.exe. Properties local computer management not saved. Now, I can not install or uninstall or update those. I need real help. Someone who can remote access and fix my computer at reasonable prices. I don't want a service contract or a person who will make me pay a small fortune. If you know someone who could help, I'd appreciate it. All online services want a lot of money and no guarantee. Above all, I'm still pretty new in the world of technology and not any kind of expert diagnosis or fixing computers. Please help me name of Jésus Christ my Savior Lord &. You don't need someone to "remote access and fix" your computer.  You must back up the data that you can and then do a clean reinstall of Windows.

Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. • Home Server remote support

I use the management functionality of remote desktop on my WHS 2011 web page on a regular basis to access my PC at home anywhere.  I need to work on the surface, as well.  Updates on work around the requirement of ActiveX or maybe an app to manage?  Is based on the RDP feature?

Good so I think what you're looking for can be done at THE Office. I just got in my server and another computer on my network. Try this IE and not the app. I would like to know how it works for you.

  • Remote support Help Desk

How the remote is managed with my pool of related clones?  If I want to control remotely for a user PC to help them with a problem that they have, can what tools/software I use?

In my view, there is a policy that allows you to enable RDP with the customer

Another option would be to install software of remote control, such as VNC, PCAnywhere, Dameware, Netop, etc.

  • IOS iTunes Remote App will support Apple music?

In recent years we have used a Mac as a media server running iTunes controlled by the iOS app with multiple speakers airplay throughout the condo. Often, sometimes with less satisfactory results, including frequent falling output and often pregnant airplay of iHome requiring a reset.

When the Apple music came out we have signed with enthusiasm, because, you know, everything Apple 'just works' together. Only, the remote iTunes iOS app indeed does not yet support Apple's music. Yes I know I can 'add music' my library, but all the music discovery needs to be done on iOS or OS X. But hey, looks like the remote app has least support for the Radio Apple... uh, oops, not with this latest version.

Now it feels like the final straw... Sonos integrated music Apple support now before remote App. Apple own, Question is, is anyone know if Apple intends to add support for Apple's music for the iOS client application?

I guess I do not understand your question completely. The remote supports all the features as Apple TV iTunes playlist. Make sure you have 'Home Sharing' enabled in iTunes preferences and on the remote app.

What about adding music or playlists and others, use you iTunes and the music for this. ITunes of photo and music as a CD drive giant and the Remote App as your remote control. Once you have loaded your music on your "giant CD player' using the remote for playback, Start, Stop, search, Play artist, play by playlist, etc.

  • Support of remote control options to view 4 desktops

Can someone suggest a support remotely appropriate office application?

We use currently NetOp v9.2.2 remotely control our physical computers for the management of the end user. It allows several customers view and control a single host for collaboration, etc. Runs as a service and is fast.

However, it doesn't play well with desktop view mode RDP. Works very well in mode of PCoIP but conflicted with RDP.

DameWare is my next choice, but their customer service is a show-stopper. Any other suggestions?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you

    Ken

We had this same problem and I can't say that we have resolved yet. We use LANDesk here on campus, so it would have been nice to use his ability to remote control integrated as we do for our physical machines.  Unfortunately, the landesk agent and pools of related clones don't play well together.

I have not yet tested, but I looked at using WebEx Support remotely:

    http://www.WebEx.com/product-overview/Support-Center/remote-support.html

There was a conversation at VMWorld in the fall that remote assistance could be a new feature in a future version of view - but it doesn't look like to me he was coming very soon.
