  Sorry, this does not solve the problem.

  But I found out that the language is driven by the regional Setttings to my pc itself. Once I set the regional settings > location = USA (instead of the Netherlands), I get the English installation menu, then the English version of the HP Solution Center software.

  So now resolved.

  No, the 32 and 64 are not available in the United States, you can buy them from Japan, but there is no English menu options (I have the NW-S756) I bought the Japan. He's a great player, I love him, but all the menus are in Kanji. It's pretty simple to use, I can't read the Kanji, and so far I have not had too many problems other than being able to create playlists.

  Make sure that the icon is not hidden. From the main screen hold down your ALT key, then click on an icon and choose Show all. See if you see your icon of the installation wizard then. If you do just ALT + click on it and uncheck Hide

  I continue to work with proxies and realized that if I want to set proxies created in other projects, in a new solution might select these clips in the new project, right click and "join proxy" (I'm in Spanish and I don't know the name of English menu). Thus, a new window pops up and here I can select the folders of my proxies. I select, and although it seems that all the clips were attached with proxies, only the first clip on the list of the previous window got the proxy, the other not. If I do one by one, it works, but well, it would be nice to reconnect all in one step, and more so when in my project window, I can see that, after the first step (connecting all in one step) on the proxy tab all the clips show "attached" (again, I'm in Spanish don't know the English name).

  In addition to the tip of Rob, I found this in my library:

  1. Select Preferences from the creative cloud App

  2. Select applications. Choose the English App Arabic or Hebrew English menu.

  option 3 (recommended if you want to use International English or another language on the same computer).

  Scroll down and select to FIND NEW applications: previous Version

  4 choose the version you want and close the preferences.

  Install the application.

  Remember that this will now be your default language for installation of the CC.

  So you can reset.

  England International does not Support Hebrew, but English Hebrew made.

  You need to reinstall the software.

  Hi all I know that there are several threads on this.  I have a file with three frames: frame 1 is a main menu with buttons linking to frame 2 (an English menu) or in a frame 3 (a french).

  Within each sub menu is a code that loads various external swf.  Whenever the playhead passes these submenus in frames 2 or 3, I get the following output error.

  TypeError: Error #1010: a term is undefined and has no properties.

  or

  If its going to the French menu.

  I do not understand what the 14 or the _21 is, beside the French_ or English_mc

  Otherwise, the file works just fine and I'm tempted to just ignore the error but I would still like to know.
