  I just got a new 6830 Pro Officjet installed. The printer works fine, but I'm not able to use the menu on the printer. When I choose an option, opens the printer option, but within two seconds, it goes back to the home screen. Analysis and making copies is impossilble at this time.

  I already checked the firmware version and it is up to date. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  I understand that you found a question mark on your printer HP Officejet Pro 8715. I'm happy to help you!

  According to page 7 of the guide of the userof this printer, this behavior seems to be a normal operation of the printer. The question mark is supposed to be there so that you can get the Help menu whenever you may need.

  I have an Officejet Pro 8600 more again to replace the L7780 who brought up the menu scan, when a document is loaded into the autofeeder.  How can I get the only 8600 to do the same.  I find that I liked the convenience of the automatic menu, but it does not come to the top when I load the document (s) to scan in the ADF.  This feature has been discontinued?

  I see by your post that you would like to know if you can simply set a password for settings only menus on the printer.

  The operating system language cannot be changed. If you perform a clean installation, your system will be coming back to original without change of Linguistics preinstalled settings.

  To change the language of the operating system, you may need to purchase the installation media that includes the preferred language.

• I want to run daguech Pro (a word processor/English) on Windows 7. However, the program was never updated for Windows 7.

  Have you tried right clicking on the shortcut to the program or the .exe and select "Run As Administrator"? Perform, even if your user name is an administrator.
