• Disabled but MultiCam clip the original always support here

  I am almost at the end of a long project and all my blocking clips are red with the warning triangle.  The original media, where the multicam clip is composed of, is still there and accessible if this isn't a case of media missing or not coupled. In this case if I am posting in original mode of listening or proxy.  There are two other library projects which are being edited in exactly in the same way, but they all work perfectly.  My only saving grace is that the library works fine on my laptop so I can power through the project on my MBP, but I want to understand the problem when it happens in the future.  Is there a way to 'fix' the multicam clip so that it can be updated without having to replace the old with the new?  It's a pain.  Sorry if this has been covered in another thread, but I was unable to find one.

  My library is on an external drive and I ran the first care about it.

• Equium M50-235: the keyboard does not work after upgrde memory

  I just did an upgrade memory on my laptop using the second slot located under the keyboard.
  However, as I was putting the keyboard at the rear, the ribbon cable has pulled away from the motherboard and even if I pushed
  Reconnect and fixed with the clip, the keyboard no longer works.

  Is there a service manual I can get hold of someone know what could be the cause of the problem?

  First of all, once you unscrew the keyboard, open the clip that secures it in place and reinstall the keyboard by ensuring that it is completely down. After that, now the flat cable in place, close the clip. Then, make sure that it is not lost and that it is seated correctly. Then turn on the laptop and see if it works. If this is not the case, try an external keyboard. If an external keyboard does not work, the keyboard on your MB controller is dead and you need a new MB. If an external keyboard works then your keyboard is dead, or the connector on the MB is dead. Best way to test is to try the first solution. If it doesn't work, take it to an ASP so they can try another keyboard for your laptop. Good luck.

• 2015,3 - proxy created in arbitrary order

  Really a minor complaint, but when I add images to a project and set them to create proxies, all clips are transcoded in completely random order, regardless of the order, they have been chosen or by name in alphabetical order - I can't say HOW it's determine the order to transcode. Boredom minor when trying to keep track of what has been converted or not and harder to get work on a project that is to be transcoded, as I jump around clips that have been converted, he can't do in order easily. No easy solution?

  It is a fickle thing which is related to the queue of the SOUL. You could try to re - sort your clips by selecting the name column in the project Panel, and select the clips. Create proxies must then be created in the right order you selected. It worked for me when using the list view and when the mode value list view icon comes out.

• Adobe first Elements 12 will not import pictures previously entered

  I use first items 12 and my previously entered images was still working on the program, but lately when I try to import it, it gives me an error message and wrote "the importer reported a generic error. How can I fix?

  When we export a finished video of first, random lines sometimes appear in the individual frames.

  It seems to happen only on a Mac Pro (we have several hung on the same server), but it is unpredictable when it will occur. I exported the same project with the same parameters twice earlier today and had no glitches, then made some settings audio and stabilizers of two fixed string on clips unrelated in the timeline, and now the question appears.

  We use outside color luts, but since we have no problem on other Macs I don't think that it is related to the lut.

  Where should I start troubleshooting?

  Sometimes when we export a finished video first, random lines appear in individual images.

  This may be a problem with some computers (end 2013) MacPro, usually with double cards D700. When the GPU processing is enabled, random lines may appear in exports.

• Captivate 8 - "Audio" in the context of a fast action is not playing audio

  Hello. I was hoping you could help me, because I can't understand why what I'm doing doesn't work.

  I have a slide where I explain the answers to a game earlier in the captivate. Each question is a hyperlink that runs a tip action. This action is currently a set group of objects (box highlight to hide the rest of the screen) and two boxes with text captions. From the top of each box has a red X that I use as a button. Clicking this button launches a tip action that hides everything simply all these objects.

  I try to add audio to the text explanations, but cannot get the sound to play. I edited stocks advanced for hyperlinks read 'H1 Show' (objects grouped for that matter) in the first line and "Play audio H1.wav" in the second line. I also changed the advanced actions related to the red Xs 'Hide H1' and 'Audio triggered Stop. "

  

  

  Unfortunately, when I do that, the sound does not play. My limited knowledge of captivate, update the advanced actions on what you see above should cause an audio file specific to play when they click the hyperlink and the beep to stop when you click on the red X. Currently, the audio does not play.

  It must indeed work, don't have time to test and do not immediately see the problem.

  However, would it not easier to fix this audio clip text in the Hx group? He will play only when the group is displayed.

  It works perfectly for me: I added an order of audio playback to the joint action, I used to show the lightbox and stop triggered audio to the action of the close button.

• IPhoto to my Macbook Pro doesn't let me play video clips (usually taken with iPhone). I get a message: "Error OSStatus-54."  Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

  IPhoto to my Macbook Pro (old version) won't let me play the video clips more (it was). They are mostly of clips to iPhone. When I try to open them I get a dark white page with an error message:

  "Error OSStatus-54".

  Someone has seen this and someone has suggestions on how to fix it?

  It's so frustrating because with most of these clips, that is the only place where I stored them - some clips I get from family members as well... (In iPhoto, I see a picture of the first frame of the clip, but the clip does not play). Even when the new version of iPhoto appeared on my computer, my old version slept and I continued to use the old because I liked it is better (more familiar).  The videos were still on the old version when I got the new version, but they stopped play several months ago. Help! Please? Thank you!

• How to fix where a blade to cut a clip

  I accidentally made a cut in a clip, made some changes, and then realized after the accident. Without undoing all the way to the accidental blade, is there a way I can select the clamps and fix them back together? Almost like a collage tool?   I don't think there is a way to put in place as In-Out time, but you can do it as a series of keystrokes:

  Type i {brand}, + 329 {move the playback cursor in 3 seconds 29 images (which implies a source 29.97)} type, type o {mark}, and then optionally, type. {Overwrite to the timeline}.

  What operating system is running your first items 12/12.1? Can we assume that this audio reads OK

  Have you checked the settings change preferences/Menu/Audio ASIO hardware? You have all 3rd party audio devices integrated in your IT environment?

  Please delete the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file and, if it does not, then all 12.0 folder in which the Adobe Premiere elements Prefs file exists. Is the path to 64-bit Windows 7, 8 or 8.1

Make sure that you work with the Option "Show hidden files, folders and drives" of the current folder so that you can see the full quoted path.

• CS6.0.2 update no fix for AVCHD spans Clips - workarounds?

  While I try to avoid hard Clips as much as possible because of a history with their importation in first, for coverage of the event we always get and I just cannot understand how grow Premeire CS6 on OS X. I see a lot of posts on this subject and would like to know if there is a fix that does not require to have bought another product (such as merging MTS $35).

  We use images of Panasonic AVCHD and cameras if it stretches on, the sound will be absent for a large part or all or the element.

  I tried to use the media browser to import the entire folder AVCHD.

  I tried to use Panasonic AVCHD Viewer application to import images (switches to .mt2s instead of .mts wrapper).

  I tried new codec transcoding (Quicktime and VLC will play the MTS file correctly but loses output audio sync).

  Ugh, it's terrible. Has anyone found a workaround?

  Take these clips split into Media Encoder and re-encode the AVCHD of hand Concept using. Then import them into first and see how they act. As long as you select the same codec as the original material settings so there is no generation loss as it will just re - write the file with a different file writer.
