  To change the general look a size control in Hotmail

  Assuming that you use Internet Explorer to view your email these keyboard shortcuts will adjust the zoom:

  CTRL + + zoom

  CTRL + - Zoom

  CTRL + 0 set the Zoom to 100%.

  If you use Internet Explorer 7 or 8, you can click on the Page then text size and then select the text size you prefer.

  The above will work with some other web browsers and email programs too.

  To change the size of the font used in the composition of email in Hotmail

  1. sign in to Hotmail and go to your Inbox.

  2. click on Options then on more options.

  3. under e-mail written click signature and Message fonts.

  4. Select the font size, type of police and formatting you want at the top of the police of Message box (you can see how it will look on the sentence under).

  5. click on Save.

  To change general text size used by Windows

  1. click on:

  Start-> Control Panel-> display .

  2. Select the font size in the more small/medium/large (or set the size of the cutom (DPI) text on the left)

  3. click on apply.

  4 log in and out of your Windows or restart your PC.r user account

• Safari 10: too small font size

  After the installation of Safari 10.0 this morning, nothing is as it used to be - printing on most websites is too small for me to read. The option to adjust the size to a minimum size by default in the Preferences window has disappeared; pages can be enlarged in 125, 150% etc but not what I want.

  I no has not upgraded to the latest version of Safari to end up reading texts too small they are printed on stamps!

  Do these guys at apple all this walk with a watchmakers eyepiece? All solutions (style sheets?)?

  There are a number of discussions on this issue with your same concern. I agree, the issue of font size is really bad and the zoom function is NOT a way to solve this problem. As others have suggested sending back to Apple is a way of approaching the question with the hope that they give the choice of font size in preferences rather than this impassable zoom feature.

  I'm unable to control the font size in the main view that lists all messages. Zoom button does not, in the view menu.

  CTRL ++ allows enlargement of the content. "You will fine it does not affect the parts of the program which would be consdered ' part of the program. In the case of Thunderbird, it works only on the display of the messages.

• How did bench a font size exact in Thunderbird as you do in most other email programs?

  I noticed that when the composition or reading emails, you have only a more or less important font size button. I want to only change the size displayed on my computer, the code is not difficult the size for my emails like that could cause problems for the recipient.
  We tried to copy text from an e-mail in AOL software (we want to get rid of the AOL software, that is why in the first place, we have downloaded TB!) and paste it into a new message of TB and the text after pasting was of different sizes. This text was all a size in the AOL e-mail. Select the text in small characters and click "larger font size" nothing has changed. She ended up having to retype the majority and the text was not yet any uniform. These old emails are all press releases originally typed in the same font size in the AOL software. I realized that if you "paste without formatting" in TB. the text fits all of the same size, but it would be useful that we could enlarge the text by only a point or too. The brand of the buttons more or less seem to have rather large increments. No way to change this?

  To set the fonts to display for messages received and dialed, open Tools/Options/display/set form/fonts & colours / advanced and adjust the settings for each fonts for: you use.

• These last questions w/eBay font size. Fonts page summary now too small to read.

  eBay policies is always displayed correctly using IE. BUT little by little, eBay police changed the size of font within a given page of eBay. 'My eBay' a 10 drop-down selections. These 5 are OK: offers/offers, Watch List, purchase history, my Collections, Messages. These 5 police being so small almost invisible: summary, wish list, all the lists, sales, followed by research. If all goes well, a fellow eBayer is to see these changes too.

  I'm guessing that eBay programmers have been tweaking Internet Explorer to correctly display the fonts on all pages, as Internet Explorer has had its own problems of font size of eBay in the past. But now using Internet Explorer looks good! However, at the same time, Firefox has really gone South. My guess is the tweaking of the IE has destroyed now possibility of FireFox to display the font correctly sizes in eBay. Ask me questions if you see what I see. I can send some screenshots.   Two other thoughts:

  (1) Firefox allows you to select a font size minimum for all pages. It can destroy a large number of provisions, so usually it not very useful, but if the fonts are unreasonably tiny, you can try it.

  "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > content > button "Advanced".

  The top of the page, set "fonts for: Western ' and then about halfway to the bottom of the dialog box, change the Minimum font size to 9.

  At the top, the value ' fonts for other languages: ' and repeat the process. And then click OK.

  Which enlarges the tiny fonts?

  (2) there are scaling of the problems with the new screens of more-than-the-full-HD, especially when the site uses the Flash plugin. If you have such a screen, you may lodge a complaint with the site, so they can update their Flash media.

  The police in the 'superior' Panel is quite small. When I try to use Ctrl + the display in the preview pane is set high, however the font size in the top panel is not affected. How to adjust the disply size or the font size in the top panel?

  You're right, the zoom works only on the message itself.

  You can adjust the other sizes using the extension of theme font & size changer. I have attached a screenshot showing how it can enlarge everything other than the screen message. Unfortunately, it doesn't give precise control over the sizes of the different areas. Maybe there is a better solution, but I hope this will you tide over for now.

  To install, use the 3-bar menu button > Add - ons, in the left column click on get add-ons, then search for the font size and install the extension.

  After Thunderbird restarts, its icon should appear in the lower right corner on the status bar. From here, you can choose a different size.

  You can increase the font size in Safari > Preferences > advanced > accessibility > never use smaller font sizes that...

  If the Web site you are trying to print there is favorable, you can switch to the view of the reader. It's the line 'text' icon that appears to the left of the address/thr search bar.

  Welcome to the Community Forum of HP.

  The provision allowing to adjust font sizes - in most cases, at least - is done at the application level.

  So adjust the display and scale printing, before you send the print to the printer.

  Most applications call this preset Print print preview function: print preview is available in the browsers, editors, and viewers like Adobe Reader documents.

  I'm not at all familiar with the Sumatra PDF Reader - maybe this PDF Reader does not preview before printing?

  Perhaps, if it is available, print preview does not offer the necessary adjustments to allow printing to adjust the scale or the size of the page as appropriate.

  I can offer the following: it may or may not be useful, although it may point you in a direction that helps you to find a solution to your dliemma with your player of Sumatra.

  Manage the print with preview output before printing

  Please, take a look at the section on PDF files.

  At the very least, you can consider the following strategy:

  • Enlarge an area of a page to the screen you need to print
  • Create a Snip of this region
  • Save the capture as an Image
  • Print only necessary as big Snip

  Changes in font size in the middle of what I do for no reason.  It is so great now that I have to move the page back to read anything.  I run a scan completes and no problems were found.  How can I make the smaller print?  I used to have an icon at the bottom that I could use to enlarge or reduce the font size.  I don't know how to get that back and I would use it because I have vision problems.

  Once there, hold down your CTRL and scroll upward or down with your mouse wheel.
