  I'm new to BC and I am trying to activate a customer site.  I was under the impression that a customer can manage all of the billing with Business Catalyst.  I talked to support and told me that this case was not and instead, they had to send me their credit card details and I must enter to update their site to a test on a site.

  You could try implementing the solution "billing statement". Take a look at this. It is designed to mark the hosting costs.

  Or if you want just to solve your immediate problem put a simple form online on your website and get the client to enter billing here. Have these details come to you by email and re-enter.

  Usually, I don't have much resistance to it. I guess that's the way that sell you it to the customer. I always read my CC details on ph people.

  Hi lisa14, gray globe corresponds to HTTP, because HTTP is not secure. You should see a padlock for HTTPS pages.

  For Amazon, I think that they go back to HTTP on the product pages and only use a secure connection on the account and payment pages.

  I don't know about eBay, sorry.
