Enter your password... Guard asking even after reset and re - install and the curse

I recently did a clean Win 7 SP1 and re-installed installation many programs. I used REVO uninstall pro to make a withdrawal deep and re-installed Thunderbird 38. I ran the chrome://pippkicontent/resetpassword.xul. I managed to help my pw even years now including my connection information to the web site of Netzero. When I start Thunderbird, I type in the pw was asked and he accepts it for sending a message and when I type in the same pw, it sends a message. When I exit Thunderbird and start it again, he wants to again my pw. I tried to "Normal password" and "Encrypted password" and restart Thunderbird restarted and reinstalled...
I uninstalled and reinstalled and made sure the security zones are disabled for the pw and master pw economies. I deleted all cookies. Regedit shows a lot of entries in mozilla and thunderbird in remaining after the deep uninstall. I dare not remove regedit entered on mine, again. Any ideas before I divorce Mozilla?

"Firefox"?

If you tell him not to store passwords, then he must ask for them whenever you start.
