EPrint by email

When printing email how to print more than one copy, or specific pages of a document (for example), or print in landscape rather than portrait?

If you want to print several copies you could attach the document up to 10 times, focus everything you attach print only what you want to print, if you want to print in landscape to attach the document in the landscape and it will display in the landscape.

  • ePrint loses email addresses allowed except my master e-mail

    Hello

I opened my ePrint account and wanted to add addresses email who are authorized to print via e-print. I win and the dialog box displays all the addresses correctly.

But when I connect again in ePrint and I want to check the addresses all are gone except my main address on behalf of HP.

What could be the reason for this?

    Thank you and best regards

Try the procedure described below a few users have reported success.  Let me know how it goes.

    1. connect to ePrint Center.

    2. click on the senders list and add the user as usual.

    3. click on save after adding the address-do not sign of ePrint Center.

    4. then send an email to the printer from this sender you just added.

    5. once the e-mail has been received by the printer disconnect and then come back in ePrint center and check the list of senders.

  • ePrint by email alias

    Hello

ePrint is working on my Photosmart printer when I send a document to its native e-mail address.

Since this email address is random name, I put an alias of electronic mail in order to use a more convenient e-mail address, for example [email protected].

However, if I send an e-mail to the alias, it is not printed and ePrint throws a "too many recipients in an e-mail message. I understand the limitation ePrint from one recipient (use BCC to others), but in this case, it's just a recipient!

    Any suggestions are welcome!

Thanks for the reply, I take no need to look any further: he won't fly.

I'll just add at the end of the queue from others in waiting for this function is possible!

    Best regards, W.

  • where should I look to find an eprint forgotten email address?

I created my new printer as an eprint machine a few days ago so I can email prints to it. Unfortunately, I forgot the e-mail address that I gave him. Where should I click to see who? Or is the printer not somewhere?

    Hi CAPSarge,

If you have saved the printer to www.eprint.com, you can locate printers email address after login. It will appear under the photo of your printer. If you do not register your printer to the ePrint Center, you must disable and then re-enable Web Services on your printer. This will generate a new code for you, like the old code will become invalid after 24 hours. If you need help with Web Services, please let me know what model of printer you have and I can walk through you that.

  • ePrint app for iOS and Android do not print, but regular ePrint by email will be

I am able to email from my printer and print using ePrint like that, but when I try to do with the ePrint on iOS7 and Android app, it won't work.  Both scenarios using internet LTE on my phone for my printer on my network domestic wi - fi.  On iOS7, it says ' Please try again / could not finish the job print. "and"there was a problem during printing.  Please check your printer and try again. "On my Android Tablet it just will not find the printer on the screen to preview/print, even if seen on the settings screen.  I looked through other messages on the subject without solution.  Any thoughts?

    Thank you.

Well, it's working now.  I don't know what has changed.  I did something different, just kept trying the same thing.  It might have something to do the cloud service are down temporarily?

  • EPrint lost email address - how do I get it back?

The other day, I registered my printer ePrint service. I took my own address of e-mail (like [email protected]). Then I had some problems with my printer, after which its configuration has been reset. When I restored my setup and open the ePrint Center site that it has turned out that... my printer is not registered in ePrint Center more! Again, I added my printer, but then I learned that I couldn't use my old address ePrint I had before he informed me that it is already used by someone else (most likely it is locked because it belonged to myself until I have my printer reset me).

Is there a way to return to my old email address? I really need because it has already been distributed among my clients, etc. I tried to contact HP support, but when it comes to my printer and the serial number he shouted at me that my warranty has expired Oct 2012 (he bought in a store on August 2012). I have provided my proof of purchase on their site 6 days ago, but they have not responded so far. Please advise!

Hello, once this happens the email address will be locked for 6 months. Usually eprint is designed for consumers, and not to be used in a business like this kind of thing can happen. A better solution is perhaps to have emails go to a normal email account and see if you can set up autoforwarding to the printer. In this way, you also a copy saved to any email on file as well.

Transfer can sometimes cause problems with eprint however, so I would like to test the settings first to ensure that it works correctly.

  • HP eprint by email address question

Is there a way to configure my HP eprint address in Outlook, so I can directly receive documents eprint to Outlook?

Sorry do not provide a "technical" answer, there is simply no such response to provide...

HP offer no access to the POP3 or IMAP server on the ePrint Server (if such exist) as required to configure an e-mail client, the address is limited to intention, not for other uses.

  • How can I get the ePrint android app to print on the correct printer?

My home network is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 A909 connected to the network wired (not wireless), and which is NOT active ePrint (I understand it does not support ePrint).

The network also has a HP OfficeJet 7500 has yet once connected to the network by wire (not wireless) and what ePrint IS activated.

Both printers are on my network 192.168.1.x behind a router, but not a proxy with separate IP addresses.

If I send a print by the 7500 ePrint a email address, he goes out on the printer correct (7500).

But If I print using the HP ePrint home & Biz Android app that shows to the 7500 a print out immediately on the 8500 - the incorrect printer. The app shows the type of printer as 8500, although she still bears the name of 7500 a correct.

    So I have 3 questions:

    1. How could I get the ePrint initiated by app printed to reach the 7500 a?

I like the idea that it is possible to reach the 8500 and 7500 a remotely (when I discovered ePrint after buying the 7500 a I checked if the 8500 supported that to find it does not work). But, if I wanted to keep accidental remote printing to the 8500 then...

    1. How can I print on the 8500 email? (Remember, emailed still prints go to the 7500).
    2. How can I add the 7500 a the ePrint application so that I can print to the 7500 a still without disturbing the current app ePrint printer that prints to the 8500?

Thanks for the tips you may have.

    Kevin

Hi, I would like to try and answer your questions to the best of my ability:

    1. How could I get the ePrint initiated by app printed to reach the 7500 a?

With the printed file you want displayed in the app, you must see the details of the printer at the bottom of the screen on your device. If the printer you want to print to is not presented, you can press the arrow to the right of the name of the printer and then select the printer at the top of the next screen. It will automatically search and find printers available on your network. Choose the printer you wish to print and it will update the printer selected at the time of printing. I've included a few screen shots of what it will look like

    1. How can I print on the 8500 email? (Remember, emailed still prints go to the 7500).

Unfortunately, it is not possible to print on the 8500 email. The printer must have the ability of ePrint in order to be able to do this.

    1. How can I add the 7500 a the ePrint application so that I can print to the 7500 a still without disturbing the current app ePrint printer that prints to the 8500?

See the answer to the first question

If this does not solve your problem you can try to install the HP Home Network Diagnostic Utility tool to check that nothing is wrong with your network printers

  • Scan to email PIN never came.

I want 5530 configuration with HP chromebook. E-printing function works perfectly, but when you try to scan to the printer console emal, it requires a PIN to be sent to you, that has not happened for more than 12 hours. No one knows how long does take to receive this PIN or y at - there a way to disable this security feature?

    Hi ydoc100,

Welcome to the HP Support forums.   I understand that you try to configure your printer Photosmart 5530 scanning e-mail.

There is no way to bypass or disable this security feature and spindle can take up to 24 hours to be sent.  Quite often email clients rank as junk email then please check your spam or junk mail folders.  Be sure to use a personal email address when you set up the scan to e-mail feature and not the ePrint printer email address.

If after 24 hours that you have not yet received the pin number, please try again.  If you have not yet received the pin number after trying a second time, please call the HP Cloud Services for a time real state of the server.  HP Cloud Services can be reached at the 1-855-785-2777, if you live in the USA/Canada region. If you do not live the USA/Canada region, please click here to find the number of Technical Support for your country/region.

  • I need to know my e-mail address of hp do eprinting.

I don't know where to start. I am currently using my Dell netbook computer. The computer that I used to register my HP 6500 Series no longer works. Also the name of my wireless network went from Arlene12 to MyNetwork. How can I start using the eprint by email.

    Hi brownbutterfly,

You have a 6500 or a 6500 printer? Only 6500 a support ePrint. If you have the model 'a', when you enable Web Services on the printer, it generates a code of the printer for you. You will need to register your printer code to www.eprint.com. Once regiastered, you will be able to use this code for your e-mail address, or you can create email ePrint of your choice.

  • Cannot connect to the printer application

I have access to and use all of the applications on my OfficeJet Pro, except for "On Demand" 8610 When I choose at the request of the printer, a screen to Log In just ask Email and password. Fill these fields with my HP account e-mail address and passowrd, but when I press "Login", it says "incorrect entery. Please try again. »

This require a different password? Why is it not work?

    Thank you.

    Hi @mikedog

Thank you for taking the time to answer.

If you send to the printer use ePrint printer email print job prints without you being there.  With sweater print when you send the print job will stay in your print queue print pull until you connect to a printer to support (for example your Officejet 8610) and choose to print the document.  The document will automatically delete after 3 days, if you printed the work or not.

I do not recommend that if you have questions about JetAdvantage from HP that you post on the HP JetAdvantage Support Forum-Forum on the sales of HP Support Forums.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8500 All-in-O: all-in-one HP Officejet Pro 8500 printer - A909a

Is it possible to print from a phone Nokia 635 to the printer above?

It is an android system.  I'm a little new to this.

    Thank you

The HP Photosmart 5520 of the e-all-in-one printer features are more advanced than the 8500 when it print of smartphones - they use Android or Windows operating systems.  I recommend that you try to use ePrint with the 5520.  Here's how to put in place:

    • Front panel of the printer, press the icon of webservices/ePrint:
    • If you haven't already done so, activate your webservices and press OK to enable the automatic updates of printers.
    • When finished your printer will print a sheet of info announced his claimcode (which is the first part of the ePrint address preceding [email protected]).
    • If you were able to activate Web services successfully, you now have two additional printing methods that you can use with your Android and Windows devices:
    1. ePrint by email (note that this method is the best option when you use the Windows phone and one of the two options when you use the Android) - to use this feature, simply send the content you want to print (emails, photos and file attachments) by e-mail to the address of your printer @hpeprint.com.  You can use the email app on your Android device to do and for convenience, you can save the address of your printer to your contacts.  Earlier in this post, remember that the address of your ePrint printer would have appeared at the bottom of the slip of webservices.  Click here to learn more about customizing your ePrint printer's address.
    2. ePrint HP ePrint (second option for Android phone) App- click here to install the HP ePrint app.  I generally recommend this method above others as the ePrint application give you the ability to customize your print jobs, print the photo and files stored on your device and print from the web.  Click here for more information on how to use the HP ePrint app.
