  Hi Toledo_RD,

  There is no way to match the old printer e-mail ID in your account with a different printer.

  All you can do is:

  1. add email ID in your account or

  2. to register the printer and save it again to get a cool email ID and the assertion according to which email ID on your account.

  I recommend the 2nd way. Because this will give you a fresh email ID and your email ID that is not exposed to someone else.

  If you connect your HP connected account and on the devices tab, view the settings and then click on delete printer, which will leave it ready for the new owner configuration to add to his CV connected account.

  They'll be forced to create a new e-mail address for the printer.

  Because of the way ePrint settings are configured to prevent spam and junk e-mail wasting ink and paper, when you send an e-mail message to your e-mail of ePrint printers talk to you may include all additional e-mail addresses in the to, CC, or BCC fields. This is similar to anti-spam and ePrint will not print your message if you have several listed email addresses to send. You can have that a single e-mail address in the field, to the ePrint for the printer address print correctly your e-mail with ePrint.

  on your pc that is connect to your wired or wireless network type 'eprintcenter.com' and you will see the configuration menu of the printer, and then find the address on the eprint tab.  hope this helps

  The only application I know is the e-Print which I know works very well. e Print lets you your which to print to your printers designated e-mail address by e-mail.

  Thank you for the additional information.  I really appreciate it.

  Please implement the ePrint on your printer.  You start by getting the printer application Code.  Once the fact sheet of web services with the code of your application, please follow the instructions in setting upward a Custom Email Address for ePrint.

  Please add the printer to your HP ePrint app by email of the ePrint printer address. The steps on how to do this are in the HP ePrint Mobile App FAQ document, under the question "How can I add a printer on my mobile device?   This should stop the error message you see.

  For additional reference, I've also included the Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and earlier versions: printing with printing from Android Solution document.

  I'm a web developer and you have a website that is trying to send messages electronic smtp for a printer HP eprint for one of my clients.  The website basically built an HTML based email and sends via eprint to address of the customer.  I use a 3rd party SMTP (jangosmtp) service and confirmed that email is out of the service in the eprint address.  I never received a message from "eprint job received" and the print job does not print on the printer.  Emails are sent with one of"address" to [email protected]

  I tested the customer eprint e-mail address by sending an e-mail from the sample in my email (MS Outlook) and I get the email "eprint job has received" and it prints successfully.

  I don't have access to the account of the customer HPConnect, but I'm trying to order him to see if he can look at the settings for me or maybe see a history of emails that have been sent to the printer to see if it indicates a problem.

  Three questions for this forum: A) can you tell me if printing a Web page in this way is supported) B is there any direction I can give to the customer once he arrives on his hpconnect account to search for this, and C) is it possible to your printing service is seeing this as spam?  no way of knowing?

  Thanks for the reply.  I ended up finding this works by changing my 3rd party SMTP server and Google (Gmail) SMTP servers through (I had read somewhere that gmail is a messaging service supported the eprint service).

  To answer your questions about the configuration of the old before going through Google:

  1. Yes, I get the email on the site to my email address.

  2. I don't have a printer HP (does my customer only) - but I have an Epson WF3540 and it printed fine when using their e-mail to the print service.

  3. the client printer was ready to open to everyone.  I also go to only allowed senders and the address to the address [email protected] nothing helped, so I spent it to allow all the.

  4. Unfortunately, the collection shows no email for print jobs.  Even with this work through Gmail now the collections screen shows not all print jobs.

  Thanks again for the response.  Using the smtp servers of google seems to work very well, so I consider this resolved.

• HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911a: E Print email address

  Don't know if anyone can help. My 8600 has had a problem which was under warranty so I call HP just reset my printer that tell me to try it. Unknown to me my eprint information was wiped out too. Before I had time to put things up once again the problem came back and so I rang again HP who sent me to a different printer. I changed the printer and tried to set up eprint, which he gave me a new eprint email address. I tried to put my old email address in, but he said that he had been taken (Yes by me). I looked in help, but having said that you will need to print the code of the old printer to move it to a new.  After putting all the bits in the old printer it says that my original settings for eprint had been cleaned, I guess it was when I did the reset. Now how to get back my original email.

  Any help will be much appreciated.

  I'm sorry, you've been around the block on this several times - and it is good that you now have a printer that works.

  The bad news: the algorithms (code) used by the email ePrint software do not re - use your new ePrint email address - even if it's your own e-mail address.

  You must assign a new ePrint email address whenever you need to reset your ePrint for some reason email address if it's your fault that the custom address has been lost / reset / manhandled.

  Perhaps this restriction will be modified in the future... It is hoped for that to be the case.  Grumble, grumble, book the mouse on the desktop...

• Is unable to connect/merg Cloud Print W/HP ePrint

  Implementation of a new HP ENVY 5530. Having problems to connect to 'Google Cloud Print', he advises me that it is usese the same email that I use to connect with HP ePrint Center.

  But it does not work. It is said that the email is invalid in/on 'Google Cloud Print.'  But you wish that no problems loging in HP ePrint Center.   I need help.

  Also, can't find out how to get the printer to print it is 'claim number?' which is valid for 24 hours.

  Hi and thanks for visiting the forums.

  You must first generate your email eprint printers address. It's the e-mail you use to associate the Google Cloud Print account.   To print a new code:

  On the printer Panel, tap the ePrint.

  • Tap Settings and then press the arrow down.

  • Support on delete Web Services and then press OK.

  • The message "remove Web Services? ' poster on the control panel." OK button to confirm.

  • After that enable Web Services will appear on the Control Panel, press OK. The printer prints a page with new information.

    Save this code to the connected HP and it will generate your e-mail address of printers, or you can customize the email at this stage address. It is the email address that you will use to associate with Google Cloud print.
