  I have a laptop Toshiba Equium A60 which now extends for less than a year.
  I am running WinXp Sp2

  If the network connection works fine, it is not necessary to set it up again. I guess there are conflicts and the unit freezes. In my opinion there is no problem with the hardware or with your cable with the network settings.

  Just, I hope you didn't install own OS or changed something on the second partition.

  So to install HARD drive recovery, follow these steps:
  -Start your laptop and press F8 to display the advanced startup options
  -Choose the first option offered to fix my computer to get into Vista System Recovery Options
  -Choose the last option Toshiba Recovery option
  -Follow the on-screen menu

  Please note that any HARD drive will be erased, and if you have important data please save.

• Problem with TC loss of connection to the modem cable

My mother has had this printer before I got it and I don't remember him having to replace the original cable. As a result, the printer lights.
