  Hello - I can't open Thunderbird more. When I try to open Thunderbird, I receive the following error message: XPCOM. and no matter what I do, the same message continues to appear whenever I try to open Thunderbird. No access to Thunderbird, everything I try. I rely on my phone to receive emails, but have my laptop mail works correctly. Anyone has a solution please?   Thanks for the reply again, I just did a Tassel factory by pressing F8 at startup upward and then through the options and make Factory Image Restore (after saving the contents of the hard drive to external hard drive) which took about 5-8 minutes after the return and then re-installed all my programs etc. , and everything works fine!

  So I say this to all who have the same problem and no other method does work, simple - easy - fast!

One of my coworkers opened to check the faults of grammar of last minute, and when she tried to save him and it took him a long time she decided to close it. which resulted in the error "not responding" and the screen is empty.   Can you check if it's "locked" files on a system?

  You do not check the backup option in the preferences? It's always the first thing to do when you install or patch Captivate.

  The cache folder may be a secondary cache if you can identify it, you compress the folder corresponding to the date that you have finally opened the project.  Do not clear the cache at the moment.

  Goto, start system restore restore Menu\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System

  Now select the oldest Restore Point and restore your computer, but first make sure that you have an external drive.

  After that C:\Windows\System32\Rundll32.exe copy the external drive and the disc is ejected

  Open the system restore and undo restore

  After the undo operation is copy the Rundll32.exe in the road to C:\Windows\System32

  and the problem solved

  Note: the rundll32.exe should be missed recently and you should have an old Restore Point which contains a file Rundll32.exe Intact
