Instant program-no ink

(HP Officejet 4630)   I am enrolled in the instant ink program.  My Alerts shows I'm low on ink, how can I check to see if the ink is on the right track?   I received my welcome kit on 15 April, the service began 23.  I was buy ink from the store that I need it.  I would like to 'get back' to my instant ink program because of the convenience to have ink come home.  I looked in my dashboard HP ink instant and followed the instructions in the "activity" to view these recent expeditions.  My last shipment listed in this article is April 24.  Article "obtaining replenishment cartridges" said if I don't have a shipping click 'Report problem' on this page of the activity.  My page is not a zone of "problem report".  I would like to know if there is a way I can check and see if the ink is on the way.  What I have to do an application order, if yes, how can I do?  Is it possible for me to get back on track with the instant the ink program? Right now, I'm not sure if I should just drop out of it because I was buying ink anyway. All the tips are greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your time.

    I see that you have some questions about the instant ink, I would do my best to answer them for you. You will get notifications for each cartridge.

    Once you install the first instant cartridges, the account is now active. It before, it is preferable to install the two inks in the printer. To store your cartridges open, should this guide has proved the best way to do it.

  • Cannot start programs Crossword ink and ink Desktop on Portege M400

    I just bought Portege M400 with XP tablet on it.
    I've updated with SP3 and all updates of relevnt Ms.

    I tried to use crosswords in ink and ink desktop and they do not start.
    If I try "Explores the experience pack" then the option screen comes up but when you click on start programs above, you hear the click but nothing happens.

    It is interesting to snipping tool 2 does not work!

    I downloaded the MS pack and reinstalled it but still not good.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Hmm did you install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 on your system?

    Microsoft recommends that these minimum system requirements for Microsoft the Pack for Tablet PC 2005 experience:

    Windows XP for Tablet PC Edition 2005, English language
    Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
    Windows Media Player 10 (required for the transfer of the media)
    At least 50 MB of available disk space on your hard drive

  • Ink snapshot delivery

    Does anyone else know problems with deliveries using the instant the ink schema? I signed with success to the top 28 April as to count today have not not ink. Had to buy cartridges today while I was completely exhausted. Spoke to an agent who told me that the ink was on his way and he was very close to me - but not close enough! I'm waiting for a call from HP on Monday.

    Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support.  I understand that you have recently enrolled in the connected HP Instant program of ink but that your welcome kit cartridges and/or replacement did not arrive.

    I hope you received the call that yesterday expected HP on your instant ink.  I checked and it doesn't seem to be any recent delays of sending instant snapshot of ink replacement cartridges or ink of welcome kits.  If you still do not have ink, I would recommend the HP Cloud Services call at 1-855-785-2777 if you live in the USA/Canada region. If you do not live the USA/Canada region, please click here to find the number of Technical Support for your country/region.

    Welcome to the Forums of Support HP and the HP Ink program instant.  I think you have run out of black ink and have not yet received the instant ink cartridges.

    You should receive a welcome instant ink kit within approximately 10 working days of signing up for snapshot of ink.  You you have been sent an email with the tracking number for your welcome kit.  You can also connect to your connected HP account and check your instant dashboard of ink.  I've included the document registration to instant ink HP , which also has a FAQ section below.

    You can also discuss your instant account of ink with a live person.  I have included telephone numbers for different countries where the instantaneous program of HP ink is currently available.

    I have two printers, exactly the same thing, 5530 want all-in-one. One is in Arizona where I live part-time and we're in Oregon where I live part-time. I stopped instant Oregon printer ink when I went to AZ last November. I use instant ink program to AZ while there but she stopped this week when I went to Oregon. I tried to restart instantly ink, got an email that it was successful, but can not get all documents to print from laptop to the printer. Yesterday that it said unable to connect to the server and I chatted for two hours with HP on how to solve the problem. It will print the web now compatible congratulations sheet, but if you ask the computer to print, it circles repeatedly and it seems to wake up the printer at all.

    Now:

    1. If the printer is connected to your Mac via a USB cable, remove it.
    2. Close any programs you have open.
    3. Click the icon of your Apple system and print and Scan preferences.
    4. Hold down the CTRL key and click the icon of your printer on the left.
    5. Click on reset printing system.

    If you removed the USB cable, connect. Otherwise:

    1. Click the more in the lower left corner.
    2. Select your printer from the list.
    3. In the box titled use select your printer in the list.
    4. If you have an option to choose a name or location for the printer, enter a name such as Oregon. This should help you and your Mac to make the difference between your two printers later.
    5. Click on Add.

    Some HP inks have an exp. date, and some models don't. Those that do, will not work beyond the exp date. These special printers has a Board which keeps track of the current date and bed date exp. incorporated cartridges.

    You will need to cancel your ink HP Instant program and return these current HP inks.

    Problem is that the plan will not stop until the end of the billing cycle.

    So, with you at the end of match, you could continue to use the instant the ink.

    It would have been better to use your own inks first as your instant ink program would not really started until you have loaded the first instant cartridge series.

    I hope that helps to explain things. I do not work for HP, I just express my opinion based on experience.

    Yes, you can un-register instant ink at any time if it does not meet your needs.  Once you cancel the instant subscription of ink, you will need to install the standard cartridges.  The printer won't take ink cartrdiges snapshot if there is not an active subscription.   • Instant ink - can't register - HP staff please help!

    I'm in England and have a prepaid instant ink. I'm unable to register and use the code on my card, because as soon as I open a session, the default settings of the site to return to the United States and allow me to change the location. The code I have not is invalid on the site. US I peeked at the forum and posted on someone of another similar thread, but the proposed solution, who used a different email address with a UK domain name, did not.

    I am now at my wits end - I lost two evenings trying different solutions to get me registered, I sent a support request by email (response: telephone helpdesk) after 3calls with the helpdesk at great expense. Telephone assistance service was unable to connect to instant and promised ink team a reminder - guess what? He never came!

    I see on this forum, there was a gentleman who was also frustrated by this registration I - he had exactly the same questions. He was lucky and had a few interventions of mods on this site and it is now registered. So... pleeeeeaaassee can someone in HP help make me on instant ink program?

    Unfortunately, it seems that your email you used to register with the instant the ink program got connected as a U.S. account and not UK, so the experience that you have received as described.

    The solution is to re - register with a new email address or Alternatively if you want to keep your existing e-mail address, I can send you a message private to gather a few details and working on re-configuration of your e-mail for account registered you for the service of the ink snapshot.

    I understand the basics of instant service of ink. However, how my computer calculates how many pages/ink I use if I photocopy "offline"?

    I do a fair bit of photocopy with my current all-in-one printer, so I just want to know if the ink instanst service would work for me.

    Please don't be sorry, it's a good question.

    When the printer is turned on, it will automatically connect to your wireless network.

    Once on the network, the functionality of the services web provides internet access to the printer.

    This allows tracking the pages and ink usage.

    So even if the computer is not on, the printer will still speak to HP.

    If you have a hotspot or another device, which must be turned on to give you access to the internet, then

    The printer wouldn't talk to HP.

    Basically, any time you switch on the printer to the router will be involved.

    Something I want to emphasize, the program works best if the printer is turned on.

    Usually the printer is "checked" once a day.

    If the printer is turned on only for an hour, he couldn't make connection and get 'checked '.

    This may cause a delay in the cartridges of ink being delivered on time.

    Don't worry about the power, modern printers have a nice sleep mode.

    Most likely, you have a Promo Code to enter when registering for instant ink program.

    Our small company recently signed for the package monthly instant ink and we have lack of ink about a week ago. We received an email confirming that the ink is on its way; However 5 days later it still not been received and according to delivery it is always carried to the "country of destination" (which is the UK), even though it was 3 days ago.

    We are a new company and have been left without ink for almost a week now, so we are obviously not satisfied with this plan 'Snapshot' of ink!

    First of all, it seems to come from the Netherlands (Holland) - why?

    Second, how long should we wait between our exhausted ink and ink replacement being sent/received?

    The program was designed with the intentions that the ink would happen until you miss.

    Probably best results if you contact the Department of instant ink directly.
