• How to pragmatically set the name of the user event?

  In LabVIEW 2010, I register a user event during execution by using the function of events Reg, but I want to put the name of the user event, according to the runtime. But I need set the name of the event based on the data that is generated during execution.

  I found a viable solution. I can create a user with a name known event. The event that is sent with the event data will include a Source DN string that identifies the sender of the event. The event handler can then handle each event based on the name of the Source. This is equivalent to have several unique named events, is only right they all share a common event data format, which is OK in my case.

  It works very well.

  Could someone give me advice on what to do to fix? What have I done? I tried to install Adobe digs Eds 4 and it seems stop working after that, but I tried to uninstall that and it is always the same. I also tried to reinstall TCS5. Reactive out of HTML5 still works ok.

  It could be a longshot, but try to move the project to a place where the path is shorter. I had a similar problem (I think I got the same error a few months ago, but I can't be 100% certain), where the epub was not able to generate, and I tried to move my project to another location where the path to the files was shorter. This solves the problem for me.

  Try this... no guarantee

  Start > computer > open C: drive > open the Progran files > y at - it a record of the Ca antivirus?
  If so, open it > is there a uninstaller.exe file here?
  If so, open it and let go about uninstalling.

  Or,

  Start > all programs > CA antivirus > y at - it an option to uninstall?

  Hope one of these AIDS.

• Worth the user events until the structure of the event runs?

  If I create and enter a user event and immediately generate this event before that my structure of the event has seen the refnum inscription, is the event that is always guaranteed to be seen by the structure? In other words, events are queued to the top? It works, but I wonder if I can count on it. I am very sure that I can but I'm setting up a production code and want to be sure that I do not take just the benefit of a bug.

  To my knowledge, the registry for event creates the queue. This behavior is always the same in 7.1, so don't expect to change.

  I think that there was a recent discussion on the lavas on that, but I did not.

  I get calls from a person who claims to have a contract with microsoft, who want to learn how to fix error on my files user event indicators.  How can I remove these items myself?

  I see... that's fine.  I'll keep a copy and keep piracy at home over time.

  I have most of my notes in a database, so I can search just an error, a catchy answer on the implementation of MS Answers forums, find, copy, paste...  Over time, I simply adjust things I hope to be more clear.   That's why a lot of my answers are exactly the same :-)

  You can try the following.

  Shut down the PC.  Tap away at f8 that you start the PC to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select Safe mode and press ENTER.  If windows will load in this mode, on the Start Menu, click principally made programs, click Accessories, click System Tools and run the system restore.  Choose a restore point at least 24 hours prior to the issue of logon and then proceed to the restoration.  When you are finished, Windows will restart as normal in order to check if you can now connect correctly.

  Another option if the above does not help is as follows.

  Shut down the PC.  Tap away at f8 that you start the laptop to enter the Windows Recovery Console.  Use the arrow keys to select "Start using last good known Configuration" and press ENTER.

  1 PC connected via LAN - named PC - running Windows 7 pro 32 bit

  1 computer connected via WiFi - named TECRA running Windows 7 pro 64-bit

  1 computer connected via WiFi - named TOSH running Windows 7 Starter Edition

  Network LAN named changed to have the same name as the network WiFi (SSID)

  All computers have the same workgroup name

  Initially, I had a home group for them, created by TECRA but trying to solve the problem I deleted it.

  PROBLEM:

  PC and TOSH communicate perfectly both ways

  TOSH and TECRA so

  HOWEVER, the PC can access TECRA via the NETWORK, but sees TECRA PC and can not access

  Error message:

  \\Parents-PC is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if access you permissions. Logon failure: the user does not have the type of logon required on this computer.

• Error "unable to get the user's preferences.

  Whenever I try to connect, I get an error saying "Unable to obtain the user's preferences", and then I get disconnected.  I can't use the history or even access my files on it.

  I do not think that you assign a permission named, 'none '.  Reference on the APIs listed above, I take this to mean that there is no additional privileges/permissions required for querying of events.

  Add'l info (added to this response to 23:10): I tested with a VIAccount who had assigned read-only role, and he was able to retrieve events.  So, it would seem that as long as the account can connect to the host vCenter, it can extract events without any required additional right.  You see a different behavior?

  Yes, you can create this effect using Flash.  You can create two different frameworks, one showing the open circuit and the other showing the closed circuit with the light bulb on the schema within a movieclip.  Some event you intend to tell the movieclip to change images based on any framework is now.
