Error 1074395720 has occurred to IMAQ find circular Edge 3 IMAQ Vision: invalid KING.

Hello

I am writing a program to adapt to a circle of an image (from the avi), but when running the IMAQ find circular edge v3.vi I get the error message:

"Error 1074395720 occurred at IMAQ find circular Edge 3.

Possible reasons

IMAQ Vision: Invalid KING. "

I use the vi KING of construct IMAQ to set the return on investment and I am sure that the KING output is in a format suitable for the discovery of the IMAQ circular edge v3 vi.

I joined my program (Labview 2011)

Any thoughts?

Thank you very much

Rory

Hi Rory,

Welcome to the Forums of NOR.

«IMAQ find circular Edge 3' expects a return on investment for type 'Ring'.» There are a number of functions in labVIEW for the conversion of the type of return on investment as "IMAQ convert the KING to ring. However, as the circular edge VI find JUST does not ring but bounding box and other details as well, there is a strange solution to this problem.

Drop-down "IMAQ convert KING ring" and get the return on investment through. Drop-down and then "Convert ring to the KING" (Yes, really) and pass the output of who to "find the circular edge.

It is circular, strange workaround, but it seems to force the type of return on investment to go to the ring and so works.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you very much

    Hello.

I seem to have a problem with my camera Sony XC-EI50.  I use map of 1410 and trying to trigger outside to capture an image (using the FPGA, which is not really relevant here).  I have the adapter for camera DC-700, the trigger signal is connected to the BNC TRIG of entry.  The camera DIP switches are configured so that only 7th and 8th switches are turned on, while others are OFF.  Video output 1 is connected to the framegrabber, and the image is acquired via channel 1.

Capture of the camera and snap features work perfectly in MAX, but I can't seem to use the Sony XC-EI50 CIM file, which could be the cause of the problem.  I get an error message when you try to load, so I use the RS-170 instead file.

  • Application builder cannot build the exe. Error 8 has occurred in AB_EXE.lvclass:Build.vi-> AB_Build.lvclass:Build_from_Wizard.vi

I bought a new Dell laptop (Windows 10 Pro) and LV 2015 (32-bit) is installed. I copied my project files and tried to build the exe file and received the error 8. After much searching for an answer, I created a minimal test with just a single white vi project and an exe based build spec to reproduce the error with. Whenever I try to build, I get the same error 8:

I can't quite imagine I could have permissions issues. I of course have full admin on the machine privileges.

I've seen other messages (like this one) who speak to have Windows Explorer opened the path of construction when it tries to go up and get this error. I made double sure that I don't have ANY Windows Open Windows Explorer, trying to build. There was a mention in one of the positions which perhaps of LabVIEW in current directory is defined in the file generation, but I'm not quite what that means, or why that might happen when there isn't usually prevents me to build on other machines.

I tried the procedure described in the KB, but no help.

Interestingly, I have created a virtual machine (Win 10) for a different project and installed LV 2015 32 bits in the virtual machine, and all my applications build very well in the virtual machine. But on OS from my physical machine, I get this error 8 for all construction applications.

I tried to fix LabVIEW, and also I tried to uninstall reinstall LabVIEW. Nor was the error to go away completely. After the repair, the project has successfully generated once. But subsequent attempts to build fail with the same error.

See the attached test project and the build log.

My best guess is that some external process is the use of the folder and do not let you write here. The most likely candidates are anti-virus software or a service of indexation of a certain type. I'm guessing that he sometimes managed everything simply because it is a race condition and in these cases, the blocking part yet or is already done.

You could try the building to a network drive, when these forces are less likely to be able to make the lock or you could try to find a software that shows you what software has handles opened in a folder and control for an offender. I seem to remember that the Process Explorer and SIW show this, but it's far from my area of expertise.

  • Error 2147220995 has occurred to the unknown

    Hello

I try to use the toolkit to Vanessa echem, more precisely a updated the IV table VI, measuring more than current 5 cycles at a specific voltage. This process then repeated a number of iterations, each time to the intensification of tension in increments of 0.1 volts. After each iteration, the last of the 5 points is recorded in another graphic in the hope of generating a curve on a specific range of voltages. However, every time I run the program, one of the following error messages appears generally, always at the end of a loop when I close the mention the potentiostat at the end of an iteration of the loop, but not always at the end of the iteration as well.

Error 2147220995 has occurred to the unknown

536870863 error has occurred with the exception

two of these errors are unknown so I don't know what to change. The confusing part is that the errors do not occur always and when they do it is not always at the same point in the program. For example, sometimes it will run thtouigh several iterations with no problem and other times, it will display an error in the first. I use version 8.5 and have attached the VI changed as well as the VI original table IV that was included in the software.

Thanks in advance for any advice,

    Kai

Have you tried to contact the developer for the Toolbox?  It looks like some kind of exception thrown within their Automation object.  This kind of thing happens generally in passing in the wrong type of parameter or by sending something out of range.

Have you tried to probe the cluster of error to try to isolate which call is throw the exception?

Hi, openvi.vi, I use Invoke node to run showchannel2.vi, I encountered the problem about error 1. refer to the attachment file.

Absolutely, this problem have been described below.

Error 1 has occurred to the node invoke in openvi.vi

    Possible reasons:

LabVIEW: An input parameter is not valid.

NOR-488: Command requires controller GPIB be in Charge.

I don't know why? How can I overcome this issue?

    Thank you very much

The data types of your controls do not match. In the Subvi you have a U8. In the VI parent cursor is data type of DBL. change the cursor to a U8. You must also make sure that you have a valid range on your cursor. In the Subvi you subtract the input value 8, so it seems you're wanting a control with a minimum value of 8.

    Edit
    --------
Please note that I have no system restore turned on the lack of disk space.

    Hi Kyle Hulton,

This problem may occur if the path to the service executable file contains spaces.

Important: Serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

    Follow the steps below:

    1. click on start and then click Run.

    2. in the Open box, type regedit and then click OK.

    3. Locate and then click the following registry entry, where is the name of the service:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\.

For example, if the service is named MyService, locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MyService key.

    1. in the right pane, double-click ImagePath.

    2. in data in the value data box, add quotation marks around the full path of the executable file for the service.

For example, if the path of the MyService service is C:\Program Files\MyProgram\MyService.exe, change the entry in the data area of value for the MyService service as follows

    "C:\Program Files\MyProgram\MyService.exe"

    3. click on OK and then quit the registry editor.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello

I had a few a problem with a circular border of LabView Vision search.  The problem is when the function found my circle he put a red circle, that's good! but when I move the object to try to follow the point, all the old red circle will not disaper.

I have an old box with Windows XP Professional SP3 installed that I use as a file server. I installed a 2 TB external hard drive and set a couple of actions on it. Everything worked fine until 2 weeks ago when I lorsque je pouvais pouvais join is no longer to the actions of one other machines of the network: whenever I tried, I got:

    1130 system error has occurred.

Not enough server storage is available to process this command.

I installed the additional memory (now 2 GB), nothing helps.

The really strange thing is: I can set and use actions on the C drive (a small disc 40 GB, only containing the operating system). but actions on the external drive D (the big disk) do not work.

    Someone has an idea?

    Hi levensnevel,

Follow the steps to solve the problem:

    a. click Start, click run, type regedit and then click OK.

    b. look for, and then click the following registry subkey:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters

    c. click Edit, point to newand then click DWORD value.

    d. Type IRPStackSize, and then press ENTER to name the value.

Note Type IRPStackSize exactly as it is displayed. The value name is case-sensitive.

    e. click Editand then click Edit.

    f. in the value data box, type the appropriate value for the network, and then click OK.

If the problem persists after you complete this procedure, increase the value of IRPStackSize even more.

  • Error 1074000000 has occurred in a place not identified and error 1073807339 occurred at VISA read

I worked with it for a few weeks. I am a student doing research for a professor and I'm new to LabVIEW (about a month).

We calculate impedance in an object with a pulsar. The pulsar will pass through an area of resistance before and after the charge for the calculation of v1 and v2. This will help us to find the current which will help us to find the impedance of the load. In this case, the charge will be a potato. The pulsar will send piulses so we want the program to record the waveform on the trigger.  We have v2 and v1 of two channels. We must record the results of v1 and v2, more than an hour. In addition, if v1, v2, and timestamp are in the same excel file then our lives would be easier. A waveform by file.

-TL; DR Two channels to be recorded with a timestamp

The oscilloscope is the WaveRunner LeCroy_64xi.

    We use LabVIEW 2014 SP1.

I connect to an oscilloscope via an ethernet connection. The connection should not be the problem, but I connected the oscilloscope using NOR-MAX. The oscilloscope is an ACIP device with a remote system, passport and alias. The instructions step by step are http://forums.ni.com/ni/attachments/ni/140/43120/1/VICP-NI-MAX.doc.

After you connect the oscilloscope, we took a sample program from the driver and changed that to do what we want. We got a few results. FetchWaveform strives to get the shape of wave, but after four or so waveforms, it gives two errors. We tried to add delays, loops and run the program once at a time. I'm willing to start one of these well. This worked well enough at some point, but I think it was because we had a few labVIEW programs open and he was capture the waveform at every second. I think it was because the LABVIEW program has been slowed by the natural delay. It was exactly what we were looking for, but mistakes don't happen often. After the computer restarts and the program, the waveforms are extremely fast registered and errors occur. It is not consistent and we do not know how to register only when the waveform is triggered. Trouble downloading my code here.

Moving this, we tried ReadWaveform. For some reason, we cannot get readWaveform to work. It does not display the waveform and gives the second error or timeout error. We understand why he will not really connect with the oscilloscope. I do not change one of the examples that use readWaveform for this problem.

I'll be here tomorrow, but I'm almost done for today. If there is anything I missed, I'm sorry and I'll it download tomorrow. I'm out of ideas. To message me please and thank you very much for your effort.

    Hi Tnorm007,

I appreciate the level of detail you have included; It seems that there are a lot of things here.  However, it still seems to be inconsistencies and ambiguities in the errors that you receive.  You are able to get a consistent result by running the code you provided?

For example, if you run the code once, it works as you want?

If you press run is once again, it works the way you want?  (I assume that you configure the writing on a measure VI file to add the data to the current file?)

Does it fail after a number of iterations, or it does not depend on the speed at which it runs, back to back?  Which two errors are thrown into this case?

Also, just a general tip, if you want to receive signals continuously, you want only portions of reading/writing the code of the loop (and initialize/close the task only once), rather than put all the code in a large loop or by pressing the button several times run

    Best,

  • Error 1 has occurred to C:\Program Files (x 86) \National Instruments\VideoMASTER\bin\VideoMASTER.dll\Check Size.vi of data

Ok... Seriously I'm banging my head against the wall here.

I'm using LabVIEW 2011 SP1.  VideoMASTER 3.1!  I have compiled mass screw on the 2011 folder.  It does nothing good.  2 machines to put up with the same versions of LV and VMS.

I use the VBF in Image file VI niVMS to convert .vbf files to jpg.  I browse to folder of waveforms in the public domain for VideoMASTER and select the native C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\VideoMASTER\Waveforms\480p RGB OmniGen.vbf file.  I then monostable it in the same folder as the jpg file.  I get the following error:

    "Error 1 occurred in C:\Program Files (x 86) \National Instruments\VideoMASTER\bin\VideoMASTER.dll\Check Size.vi of data.

    Possible reasons:

    =========================
NOR-488: command requires GPIB controller charge controller. »

On computer A, I do NOT get this error (in fact, everything works fine for all files).

On computer B, I get the error.

Do the same for the vbf HDMI file in the folder of waveforms and it works very well.

Do the same for the 480 p file, but a bmp file and no error, however the bmp file is corrupted with no data.

I need to know what is happening in the bowels of this dll.  Maybe I'm missing a codec on Machine B?  It seems that I'm missing a dependency for this file type.  If so how would I know which?  VMS I reinstalled several times.  I copied the dll over the Machine A.  I checked is NOT a licensing problem.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you

Jigg, with some quick research, it seems that the accident that you see can be related to do not call the niVMS function initialize before VBF to picture file feature.  Please try to run each of the screws after the launch of LabVIEW 2011 and see if you get the same results, and also adding the Initialize works in your code solves the problem.  If so, it seems that it will be your workaround solution, but we will also file a bug report; crash is not an expected way to treat this condition.

Edit: Also, if you have other versions of LabVIEW, 2012, etc., which you can compare run this code, we would be interested in the results.

    Thank you
