  Windows 7 handles USB devices very well.

  Please describe your problem in more detail. Tell us what means "cannot use any usb device and the mouse either. Exactly how do you try? What happens when you try? If you get an error message, please quote verbatim.

  Restore the default settings (according to the manufacturer's instructions) and then restore your reach installed since their product installation media/key/numbers of series and restore your data from your last backup of well known data.

  Original title: cannot print photos in window 8

  When I try to print a photo I get the message "this app can send to other devices right now. If I insert the photos in my print shop program, they will print, so there doesn't seem to be a printer problem.

  I discovered I didn't need to go to the charms, devices and then print, that there is no option to do so. All what I have to do is right-click on the thumbnail of the image I want to print and choose print. Easy as that. Why I not see than before.
