Please contact Adobe.

Visit our forums. Ask questions and get answers from experts 24/7.

Outta everyone here works for adobe and the best they could do is tell me to uninstall and reinstall... twice. Let me tell you that I never thought to do that... THIS INFORMATION LITERALLY BLEW MY MIND. I didn't know it was an option.

For all other people who might find your way to this post, I have solved this problem.

First, display the hidden folders.

You find the appdata folder

Find the adobe folder

Find the folder slstore

Delete and lic file found

When you restart adobe it will search the license still solve this issue.
