    Hello.

    This error code and the behavior you describe tells me you have a hardware problem with your machine.  With time to amend the BSOD, I would say the problem is a problem of overheating.  Take the machine to a service centre/repairman good reputation.

  • Error code; The parameter is Incorrect

    My operating system is "Windows XP Home." I tried to print a multitude of photos using the "Photo Print Wizard." When I click the link icon in the "picture and Fax Viewer", I get the error code; The parameter is Incorrect. The wizard does not open. I noticed that the icon in the 'Control Panel' folder has changed and the name is 'File' rather than 'printers and faxes '. I made every effort to change, including to remove and reinstall my printer but nothing helped. I can't delete the file or find the root of this folder in 'windows '. It seemed to me that the path of the file has been changed due to a change of name of this file in the path. However, I can still use a printer installed by other software to print. By the way, when I reinstall any printer, I do not see the printer in this file but it always says 'File' in the 'control panel '. The shimgvw.dll file is registered correctly as I can tell. If I try to launch 'Photo and Print Wizard' from the link on the left in the "Control Panel" itself, I just get a beep for error but no error code. The wizard does not start. This wizard is a very important tool to print multiple selections at once. I havn't used in awhile, so I don't know when it is first of all changed. Any thoughts?, anyone? Is there another install name of the package in the wizard to reinstall it from Microsoft?

    THIS WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM

    1. Click Start> run type REGSVR32 photowiz.dll click OK

    NOTE: leave a space between the two.

    FACT!

    This will re - save the "TheAssistant printing photographs"and it will work from the folder 'My pictures'.

    * However, this does not resolve the question "renaming" of the file folder in the 'Control Panel', 'printers and faxes '.   That remains a mystery, I hope I can solve.

    2. If you are unsure if you have this module, DO a SEARCH using the search tool in the "Start Menu".

    3. If the search shows nothing in the directory... (drive letter) \Windows\System32, and then search the directory(drive letter)\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386, Scroll to module; photowiz.dll and 'Copy and paste' to your windows folder directory as described above. Depends on your drive letter on which you originally installed "Windows XP". It is usually a letter'C'.

    5. If you had to 'Copy and paste' this module in your operating system folder. Then, you must re-register the above method module.

    Hello

    It seems that the issue could be with the file to install the game. I suggest you to uninstall the game and then get the new installation disc. Reinstall the game using the new drive and see if that fixes the problem.

    I suggest you to check with the game support Men of War for more information.

    Actually, I meant the Internet Explorer browser.

    Please check if you have a compatible version of Microsoft Internet Explorer on your computer.

  • Error code coming 1097 in DLL call

    Hello

    I get the error code 1097 in the DLL function call. Please find the DLL by calling the function for more information.

    Function: GetControllerListTest (Controller * ptrControllertest, char * max_controller);

    Parameter Controllertest details:

    set NO_OF_CONTROLLER 100
    #ifndef CONTROLLER_STRUCT
    typedef struct
    {
    CString name;
    status of tank;
    CString blocked_by;
    Char group;
    } controller;

    Data type for the parameter Controllertest is structure. In LabVIEW, I configured the parameter as a cluster.

    name: line control

    status: complete control U8

    blocked_by: control string

    Group: entire control U8

    Could you please confirm it, did I set up the type of data in a correct way?

    I'm getting output empty table and the error Code of the DLL 1097. Can you please tell me where I am missing?

    Thank you

    Sivaramkumar.V

    What type "CString" defined?

    If it's a C++ type, as defined here, then you can not call this function directly from LabVIEW because LabVIEW can not pass of C++ types.  In this case, you will need to write a wrapper (in Visual Studio or another C++ programming environment) which takes a string (character array) standard C as an input, creates a CString from her and calls GetControllerListTest.

    If CString is defined as a fixed-length character array, then you need to replace the strings of LabVIEW with clusters of U8 containing a number of elements equal to the string length (LabVIEW does not support arrays of fixed length).

    If CString is defined as a pointer to a character array, you can pass the data to LabVIEW, but you must call the memory manager of LabVIEW functions to allocate memory for the string data and copy it.

  • Executable cannot find the custom error code file

    I'm building a LabVIEW 2013 application on a Windows 7 computer and deploying it to a Windows XP computer. My application has a custom error code file, stored in -- errors.txt, but my executable on the Windows XP machine can't find the custom error file and returns only the string of appeal for all errors that occur.

    When you use is not an installer, I tried to copy the error code at all locations listed here: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/6077DBEDA4F9FEE3862571F600449501 but the application still does not load the custom errors. I have the box checked to "Error Codes customized Include" in the construction specifications.

    When an executable of construction and the development of Windows 7 to XP, where do I put the custom error code file? It is found in Program Files (x 86), but find not because it's XP?

    It's been a few months that I posted this question and I do not know if someone cares about this track, but the solution I found was to put the custom in error code file \National Instruments\Shared\Errors\English\

    There are other places that the runtime will look for the custom error codes (I tried all the ones listed above), if the same error codes exist in 2 places the error popup will appear two error messages. Error default 1, it looks like:

    LabVIEW: An input parameter is not valid. For example if the input is a path, the path can contain a character not allowed by the operating system such as? or @.
    =========================
    NOR-488: Command requires GPIB controller charge controller.

    So if you have a custom error code file and it is available in 2 places that LabVIEW RTE check error codes, you will get the same message before and after the =.

    List the error as "still included" file when building the executable or by checking the box to include files in error did not tour, obviously. Unless you create a Setup program to distribute the application, the error code file must be moved manually. Shared\Errors file works best for me because it's a place that makes sense.

    Also, don't worry - it doesn't me taken 5 months to understand this point, I do not update all my loyal followers (ha) with a solution.

  • Error code 0 x 80070057...

    Hi, I desperately need help with the error that has infected my computer below.

    I use Microsoft Windows 7 Home premium in a HP - Compacq Presario with a duel processor.

    Error code 0 x 80070057 above appears to be in any of my files copied or transferred to my documents .wpd and there also my personal files to connect to my web browser. Also, I don't know how to stop it either.

    The exact error message is: "error 0 x 80070057: the parameter is incorrect." Technology Microsoft, Jonathan Esperon, said that he had downloaded music on the web site of Mixrosoft.

    This error message is now not allow me to transfer my personal files to the new user that I had to put in place to access my other word perfect files and causes my software wordperfect to freeze in the middle of a sentense.and, the program must close before I have a chance to save my new corrections on my legal documents I work on.as a pro is because I can't afford to pay for legal assistance, and this error also prevented me from access to the Internet, as my wpd has somehow been attached to my web browser...

    I used Microsoft tweb roubleshooter to find the problem and fix it.  Convenience store said he cannot fix it or contonue because an error is preventing them from troubleshooting, and they try to find the problem and fix and report to me, they cannmot solve the problem and will close the web page and off, which they do and then I sometimes can't get back on the web. This problem in my computer for more than 8 months now and everything I have not the chance to record either on the web or in my word perfect files are lost.

    This error is to me literally "crazy" and since I don't know anything about how to solve a technical problem, I'm completely lost.  I contacted my tech support free Microsoft help me, who have had to take control of my computer several times, and that themselves could not fix this problem, until their latest technology that took control of my computer says that this error came from a music download.and that he could fix but, I have to pay him first. My contract to purchase my computer States that free support tech is 7-24 avbailable and I felt that, since it was a common problem with many of theiir customer and their technical support was supposed to be free, I couldn't understant why I had to now pay their technology to solve their problem.

    I understand that I'm not the only one a whyo has this problem with the Microsoft web site and or software, as I saw in this forum, many others who have had the same problem with this error.  Fortuniately some could solve this problem by using this forum, but I was not so lucky.  I'm only a word processer and dare not try to type a command tech, for fear of aggravating the problem.

    Technology Microsoft above who said he could help me after finding their err, was Espersen of Mr.Johnathan who found where the error came to say he could fix if I paid him for his time.

    It's on the FREE support that I got with the purchase of my new HP - Compaq Persario purachased from Best Buy last year around July 2011.

    The "Geek" Squad from Best Buy that had me bring my computer after that they could not solve the problem by taking control of my computer.  They worked on it in their shop, but could not find where the error came from my new computer now destroyed and they have not made worse because they too transferred this corrupt file back into my computer, hinging throughout my computer again. Best buy then gave me a new computer replacement free of charge.  The tech Geek Squad who took care to transfer my files he had saved to get back on my new computer replacement, without first of all to find this problem and fix it, he then naturally infected my replacement computer and once again, it has destroyed havoc on my replacement computer and destroyed now more about this replacement , for this file must be in my computer in more than 20 different places and I can't find any of these files.

    Microsoft technicians, three times took control of my computer to fix, then contacted HP Tech and too much, they take control of my computer to fix and every tech again reproduced this file via the new replacement.

    Then I thought it was a problem of software wordperfect and Corel called; After about three times when three different technicians took control of my infographic to fix, a tech found the problem and fixed it, but it was in a single file and now this error in hundreds of files transferred via my computer.

    When I tried to cut and past all the user files in my files main usser to stop I hope that all these duplication of files, this error stopped me and now I'M LOST. I do not know where to turn and reformat my hard drive again ONCE will not work because it did not work before with the Geek Squad at best buy and I lost more than I won.

    Please someone can help me, it cost me an arm and a leg. They would get same mush because I am unable to walk a lot and my arms are really only good to type. Ha ha. I hope that I can type.

    One thing I know it, is that I am not a technician and don't know how to fix this or type any command of tech...

    LAOU which may be able to help me.

  • Update Win XPp SP2 problem - > SP3 - error code 0 x 80040509

    I recently installed an OEM Win XP Home edition. After the upgrade to service pack 3, it comes up with an error code 0 x 80040509 "the license key is not valid on this media, please reinstall windows. After researching the issue, I back return to the last restore point, and then I ran the MS tool true diagnosis validated ok. It shows the type of product as 'Volume 1' ID, and I have read that I need to update the product key to a version before updating to service pack 3. Before I continue, I would like to verify that this is the correct process to take. I have included information on the diagnostic below. Help, please.
