There is a link available now where you can upload an image from 8.1 to win without a key needed to download... You can save an ISO, create a Flash drive or burn a DVD...
At least I save the ISO and create a flash...
The only problem I know is you need to do this on a Win 7 machine or higher and the same 32 or 64-bit machine you make it for...

Whenever I connect lumia 720 it shows error code 31 (windows cannot load the driver for this device).I tried to update the driver in Device Manager, it says that the driver is already installed.
I use a basic home 7 Windows OS, I tried many ways like restart my phone, rebooted my laptop, tried to update my laptop through Windows update bt nothing solved the problem. When I connected my laptop to my desktop PC, it works very fast and all documents charges.
kindly help me or give me suggestions about solving this problem
Thank you
Bipin PhilipHello
Have you tried to connect this smartphone to the different USB ports on your laptop Satellite C850-B252?
If this isn't it.
As far as I know the laptop supports a USB 3.0 port and two USB 2.0 ports and it is strongly recommended to test all USB ports.
In addition, you can use a USB Y cable that lets connect you this smartphone to two USB ports at the same time. In the event that this problem is related to the low-power USB port, this cable may be the solution.

I'm running Windows 7 on a Lenovo X200S. Windows Update worked until about a month or two ago and has since been giving me "unknown error code' 8007000D. I ran the Mr. Fixit tool in aggressive mode and it did not help. I downloaded and installed KB947821 (sytems update tool) manually and it still does not work. Start button | Control Panel | System and Maintenance | Administration tools
Double-click on Services
(Provide the administrator password or a confirmation if prompted to do so.)
Right-click the Windows Update service and click on stop.2. Click Start, type %windir%\System32 in the search box and press ENTER.
Find and rename the folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.
3. start the Windows Update service
Start button | Control Panel | System and Maintenance | Administration tools
Double-click on Services
(Provide the administrator password or a confirmation if prompted to do so.)
Right-click the Windows Update service and click Start. This procedure will erase your history on the Windows Update Site. Not important.
