  I think I solved this problem and here is the solution

  you first need to know there are many reasond for this error

  1 - dvd might be scratched

  2-dvd-rom may be corrupt

  3 - or you have had a problem in your hard drive (propably it might be a MBR problem)

  MBR mean Master Boot Record of the hard disk

  so

  We need to clear or reset the Mbr

  follow these steps

  Boot cd 1 - download and burn Hiren s

  2. save your data if necessary > if your windows is totally corrupt, you can use hiren mini xp

  3 - boot from cd

  4 - Choose the dos programs

  5 choose the mbr tools

  6 choose mbr utility work

  KI 7-reset by pressing Num 3 and confirm

  8-reset Mbr pressing Num 4 and confirm you will get a warning indicating that the hard drive will have to re partitioned

  9 - Press E to exit

  10. now you can try your own DVDs to a recovery process
