  I just bought Adobe Lightroom 5 online last night and tried to download the installation. The download was not successful, I tried two or three summaries, but still not able to get it completed.   I am very disappointed by the experience that I had with the buying process in line/download of Adobe. I paid for the software, but the service and the reliability of the system that deliver you to your customer is so terrible.

  Copy 3) & Paste ~/library/preferences

  (4) rename the file called com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.0 to com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.0old

  If you are using Windows: -.

  (2) pass C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming

  (3) rename the file called com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.0 to com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.0old

  Try to download the site again.
