  I recently deployed a Server SBS 2011 Essentials version in our office. We are very please with everything except for one thing. We have an IBM T42 laptop running Win XP Pro SP3 (fully patched) I can not stick to the server.
  Whenever I type the URL to bring up the software of the connector (http://servername/connect), I get a browser message-"Server Error 403-Forbidden: access is denied." You don't have permissio to view this directory or page using the credentials you provided. »
  I can ping the IP address of the server successfully and can navigate to the shared folders on the server without any problem. I also have two Dell laptops that are running Win7 Pro, and I had no problem to join these to the server/domain.
  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

[Error 403: no Typekit access] "in spite of not having used Typekit fonts and booked on the Web fonts. How would I fix this? I want to use InDesign so my visitors can select text and so I chose the fonts that I like. All fonts used in my site are Adobe Edge Web fonts supplied with Muse.

  I have a school license that does not include Typekit.

  I am running the latest version of CC Adobe Muse on Windows 8.1.

  Try to disconnect and reconnect to CC.

  If still the same issue, please update me.

  2. were you able to run Windows Update successfully on your system previously? If so, when the problem started?

  3. have you made any hardware or software change recently?

• Forbidden/403 error when you access the OIF after installation

  I just installed OID + OVD + OIF on a Windows 2003 server. The Oracle database is on a separate machine.
  
  For the installation of the OID + OVD + OIF, I installed WebLogic 10.3.3, then ran the installer OID + OVD + OIF and was able to do successfully.
  
  I then rebooted (seems to be necessary), then ran startNodemanager.cmd and can access the Console of WL and seen the servers 'wls_ods1' and 'wls_oif1 '.
  
  I have two of these servers has started successfully.
  
  When I go to http:// < host >: 7005/dohad, I have the console of the ODS.
  
  But, when I go to http:// < host >: 7499/fed, I get an error 403/forbidden.
  
  I checked the Adminserver log file and the wls_oif1 log file, and there are no errors. In addition, the log file of access for the wls_oif1 server shows no access.
  
  Is there an extra step that I have to do to enable the server of the OIF?

  You are using an incorrect URL. Please use this:

  http://: 7499/fed/PDI/initiatesso

  and / or

  http://: 7499/fed/sp/initiatesso

  If you want to administer the OIF, you can use the MS enterprise manager. Using the em, you can start the OIF and use the url above.

  http://: 7001/em
  http://: 7001/em

  Port 7001 is the default value; If you thing hv selected during installation, then use this port. The login is (by default) weblogic and password, this is what you gave when installing.

  Hello! I'm having problems of error 403 on my computer. For information my computer has windows visa, and the problem occurred on Google Chrome, not Internet Explorer. I tried to look for something on the subject of the error on different sites and forums, but most of them understand stuff on Internet Explorer, which I am not using.   You can also restart the computer. After he stops down to leave it for at least a minute and then reattempt access the site once computer is back on and running. I would also check to make sure that Java is up to date and that Adobe Flash is up to date.

  Don't know what is my next action other than redeploy :/

  http 403 error means "forbidden". Are you using a proxy server to connect to the internet which may prohibit access because of IP restrictions or bad/lack of proxy account information?

  Are you able to download the file requested manually using curl?
