When you get error 404?

The not found error 404 is a code of standard HTTP response indicating that the client was able to communicate with the server, but the server did not find what was requested. 404 errors should not be confused with "server not found" or other similar errors, in which a connection to the destination server could not be made at all the. Another similar mistake is ' 410: Gone ", which indicates that the requested resource has been intentionally removed and will not be available again. A 404 error indicates that the requested resource may be available in the future.

If I close the popUp and call it once, it works very well, showing the appropriate content. If I navigate to another page, it happens again (first call-> error code 404, following calls-> works very well).

What is the problem? It only happens for IE. On Chrome, Firefox etc. it works fine

FYI, I tried to run my application in 12 c, and it works as it should. Unfortunately go to 12 c at this stage of development would require making too many changes, so I'll look for another way to reach my goal. Thank you for you answer

I had version 9 ff. When I tried to get on FF, I got the 404 error code on the server. I uninstalled ff and reinstalled version 12. Always get the code 404. Help

I have Windows XP. I can not access FF. When I do I get error code 404 and the message "URL/firefox is not found on this server." It started today, I had version 9 ff. I've uninstalled and reinstalled version 12, but still not same error when you try to access the FF.
PS: Other browsers work fine

Try to open Firefox and Google by typing in the address bar at top and press on enter... If it works, I'd say something happened to your homepage settings and try this: How to set the home page

Maybe it's a problem with security (especially if you have activated the ADF security and created pageDef for the error page).

What happens if you call error.jspx directly?

Try again with a standard html error page (instead of jspx) eliminate security problems or solve the jsf.

The system is slow or bottleneck at all, but I think that the registry has taken hostage by this Trojan horse. I tried to run Add ons, reset IE8, reinstall IE8 offline, I tried different users, tried to run a different browser (firefox). I can ping all the sites in the cmd prompt, but have no luck connection in the browser. A ran mohamed, superspyware, spybot. Is that what I can do without having to re install? I don't have the OS XP Media.

1 search for rootkits.

2 empty the DNS.

3 reset the proxy settings.

4 reset the TCP/IP and Winsock settings.

Error installing WAP browser - myapp - 1.cod 404 not found

Hi all Experts,

I am new to the BalckBerry Development.I have developed an application and have tested on Blackberry phone and Simulator.

While testing on phoneI used BlackBerry Desktop manager to install the application on the phone. Now, I want to download from a wap browser and install on the phone so that one can install it. But I am getting following error when installing from the wap browser.

"myapp - 1.cod 404 not found".

I put the rest of files on the server

1 myapp.cod

2 myapp.jad

3 myapp.csl

4 myapp.cso

5 myapp.alx (I used this file for installation using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager)

Do I need to put any other file for this?

When I debug it I found that my jad file contains sh1 signature for files myapp - 1.cod, 2.cod - myapp myapp - 3.cod.

But I couldn't find the files above.

Should I generate these files?

If the cod file is greater then 64 k is a zip file. I use winrar in context menu. If all defective changes the extension zip and try it then.

in the zip files are the Sub-Sub-cod-files, such as the cod-1, 2-cod etc.

Mistake I made was that I have not put the .zip file on the Web server that was originally the .cod > 64K file.

Can anyone understand this?

I can't get any further to connect to my xampp server and mySQL database.

Add vCenter Workflow error: unexpected status code: 404

I am trying to add a vCenter vRO 7.0.1 host using the plugin existing VC (ver. 6.0.2.3435085) and I run a strange question.
If I choose NO for the option ' will you orchestrate this instance "then the workflow completes successfully. This does allow me to run workflows against the vCenter.
When I remove the existing vCenter and re - run the workflow of vCenter Add, this time by choosing YES, the workflow fails with error validation process: unexpected status code: 404 (Workflow: Add a vCenter server instance / validate (item2) #1)
Any ideas why check YES causes this?

This error probably means that the port number is incorrect.

Are you sure 9443 is the correct port number? Usually, the port number is 443, not 9443 (port 9443 is where vSphere Web Client is available). Could you re-run the workflow with port 443?

Cannot pair VRMS servers - VRM Server generic error. Unexpected status code: 404

I have been setting up SRM in accordance with the documentation and am at the part where I have a VRM server configured on each side. My next step on the vSphere replication tab is #3 'set up the connection VRMS. When I click on the "Set up the VRMS connection" link I get a dialog box stating: "do you want to configure connection VRMS? I click "Yes" and I get another dialog box stating: "VRM Server generic error. Please see the documentation for troubleshooting information. The detailed exception is: ' unexpected status code: 404'.»

think that it is a known bug that should have been in the "known issues" section of the release notes, but did not for a reason that I'm going to check that out in their own country.

It seems that during the installation of SRM, vCenter was specified by DNS, while during VRMS vCenter configuration was specified by an IP address. These two must match. IE, if you use DNS (FQDN) in one place use it in other institutions. In my setup, I used addresses IP for both entries during the installation process and does not see any problem.

If you don't you remember how you have defined vCenter in the SRM installation screen, then I guess the quickest test is to redeploy and configure devices VRMS and doing the opposite of what you did just that is to say if you just use FQDN in the VRMS screens when he talking about vCenter using the IP address instead and vice versa.
